Very bad service, you come at 2 in the afternoon to open an account and they tell you that they must give you an appointment for the next day, you come to your appointment the next day and they tell you that they will not be able to assist you, that they must give you another appointment, a bank disaster. Not recommended

These banks (at least most banks) have to have some sort of 24 hour active surveillance, there's almost always a homeless person inside waiting for you to take your money out so he/she can start begging for whatever you have on you, the main reason I don't go to this bank after it's closed.

Despite what the other reviews may say, I always get treated with excellent customer service. I always come here to make deposit for work, but today I came in with my mother to open up an account & Melinda treated us with the upmost respect

Service is extremely poor. There is a fowl odor inside. Staff is less then professional and lacking in basic courtesy with the exception of Kenia who is acually courteous. I am highly unsatisfied. I would not recommend this branch to others.

Always a line, I've only encountered one banker names Massie who was helpful and pleasant. I try to avoid anything outside of their ATMs. I would rather go to Allerton two train stops away even though this one is closer.
