Been with this bank and branch for over 20yrs and it's just been getting worse and worse!!! The staff gets younger, dumber, and more ratchet and ghetto. Very fake disposition and horrible customer service!!! It seems like everything on south Richmond Hill/south ozone area is going down the tubes!

CPC customer here. This branch ATM is never open after hours. I cannot access with any of my cards. Where is the flexibility of banking after hours. Should I move my business to a bank that gives me options?

The bank is suppose to close at 5, however I was there at 4:40 and they already had the doors shut and no one was in there. They even had a paper posted outside with their current hours which stated 5pm.

They need to stop closing up the door to the ATM in the night people deserve to have the right to there hard earn money anytime they need hire security to keep pan handlers out and clean the place up.

Not a clean place and all mechanised now, they declare they're offering speedy service but how many jobs gone and it's tuff for those who are not very tech savvy.
