I have been to Charcoal Kebap 49 few times now, I Normally just go for the Mix kebab, their chicken kebab is nice. But their meat kebab is hit and miss. I love their salad, and their soft warm breads! Sometimes the bread is little hard but majority of the time its soft. I have to say their staffs are not very welcoming at all, I tend to get the impression they just get annoyed soon as customer walks in to the restaurant, well some of the staff but one or two are ok. I normally eat here late night or passed midnight, dont know if that makes a difference on level of service here. Food is nice so based on overall taste and my overall experience I have decided to give 3 stars. I will give them another try if I am around Cricklewood Broadway area.

First time visit. Would have given this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️ but the table service is lacking quite a bit. Comfortable place. Food and starter we had was delicious. Maybe it’s because this female staff isn’t trained properly or perhaps she’s unhappy with serving many guests on a Sunday afternoon? She seems disinterested even with a tip of £3.00 I gave her for our £30 bill. Will order take aways and avoid dine-in sitting down experience from now on.

Genuinely some of the best Turkish food I've eaten! Staff is VERY friendly, the food is great and the location is also pretty neat! The kebab tastes really nice, the kofta is great, the bread they give you before your meal is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, the mixed grill is REALLY good and the iskender also super good! (And I normally don't really like Iskender that much!) It's also relatively cheap! 13 to 18 pounds for a full blown meal! Overall, I recommend this restaurant, as I truly had a great time!

I've been going here for years! They use to be reaaaaaly good.. Still are but standards have dropped.. the last year everytime I go there's always one item they forgot or they make a mistake with your order. They also treat women customers very differently to the men.. women ordering food are an inconvienant. Fix up kebap 49.. you use to be very busy and today was not! Today they forgot the bread with my kebap! Last time they gave me chicken doner instead of lamb.. luckily I'm local but.. I shouldn't have to if you just got it right!

Best Kebab in London if you like Kebab with asian style! I mean its so tasty although it's too fatty and unhealthy but everyone knows that delicious foods are not good for health. Prices are good and affordable, portions are big as you can take one meal for two people. Just remember all courses come with some free sides. Enjoy...

London is my second home. This year I was staying near Cricklewood and I had privilege to visit this restaurant. I actually went there every single day for my dinner. Excellent food and excellent people who works there. Will visit you when I come back to London. Keep up the good work my friend.

The price was a rip off! I ordered one kofte kebab and 1 water and the bill came to £15.50 When I enquired about the price- I was told that for eating in there is a higher charge. If you are going to tax customers so unfairly then you should at least put a note to make customers aware of the hidden charges.

2nd visit just as good as the first. The kofte was fresh and moist and the bread absolutely delicious. Lots of great salad (I'm not usually a fan of salad but this was the exception) and plenty of delicious chips. We will definitely be returning.

Disgusting restaurant! Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to have a very bad experience with the quality of the food. I received old stale bread and also bites on 2 slices, burnt fish, ayran diluted with water. Used to be good, but now the quality is very, very low.

I’m writing this review while sitting and eating in this place. I’ve ordered a very simple lunch a lahmacun and chips… the lahmacun is old and the chips taste undercooked this place is nasty. Don’t bother waste your money here oh and the chilli sauce tastes like tangy tomato ketchup.

A very nice and fast service. The staff is very helpful and kind. They're also very careful to have anything the customer orders. They're keeping an eye every time they pass among the tables if a customer needs something to bring them fast in order to please them. So, when I left, I was very pleased of them and I'll definitely come back many times here.

What an exceptional restaurant this is! Friendly welcome with a great level of hygiene and cleanliness. The owner greeted personally, and made sure I was very well looked after. Excellent food at perfectly reasonable prices. Quality and quantity on point! Highly recommended and cannot wait to return!

This ignorant establishment assumes that EVERYBODY eats cheese, so when you order food they put cheese. When you call them up to tell them that there is no cheese in what you ordered, they are rude and obnoxious. Stay as far away from these jokers as possible.

Very tasty food and provides great homemade sauces. The spiced bread is great too. Slightly more expensive by a couple pounds than other spots which is why it's 4 stars but it's well worth it if it's a treat.
