First, I'll say he is an excellent doctor. He knows his stuff and is very thorough. Second, I left him after 2 visits and 1 tele-meeting. Why? Because we clashed, a few times and because his staff kept screwing up. Had run in with receptionist before I even saw doctor on first visit. His office is not state of the art, not a big deal to me. In my short time with his practice I had several miscommunications with his staff. The last one made me glad I was leaving. I called the day before saying I needed to get my records to another doctor. Was told I had to come in and sign a release. I said okay and that I would pick up records and take to new doctor's office. Told okay. When I got there was told I could not have the records. Sigh. Messages were not transmitted to him, no patient portal. So if I really wanted to get info to him I couldn't. Unsatisfactory. I have had better, but my recent doctor whom I loved retired to spend time with her kids.
