I have never visited the store since I don't live in Netherlands. My review is based on the orders over two years - 1. Packing - 10/10, elegant, sturdy. Some items are vacuum packed, spices and herbs come in small bottles which is easy to store. 2. Fast Delivery - it takes 2-3 days from the day you order to deliver (from NL to Germany) 3. Quality - the best I have experienced so far and it justifies the price. Wheat Atta gives you soft/ fluffy chapatis. Other items are excellent in quality as well. 4. Variety - ample stuff especially from Maharashtra which you don't find anywhere else be it snacks / condiments/ Chutneys. I deducted one star because most items are out of stock these days. When you need to reach minimum order value to avail free shipping, it's not possible to order multiple times in a month when items are restocked. I hope they resolve this issue.

This shop is authentic Indian food store, every week many varieties of fresh vegetables arrive, fruits chikoo, papaya are very sweet in taste, they maintain good quality, I like the fresh coconut more, even after breaking it stays fresh for more days, I would say it is the best Indian store in Eindhoven It is the best Shop for mangoes too, they brought somany varieties of mangoes, each variety is so delicious, especially we loved the badami, we didnot feel that we are missing the Indian seasonal mangoes, they fulfilled our wish, the best quality of mangoes, almost stayed for two weeks, we enjoyed fully, our all time favourite store

One of the best Indian stores in Eindhoven. They not just store fresh and diverse foods that are unique to India, they also ensure commendable service to the customers. I'm absolutely in love with all the mango varieties they managed to get this year, Raspuri being my favorite. During this mango and jackfruit season, they've helped me not miss my home as much. Almost always good quality and timely delivery. Their wheat aata and rice is of good quality. However, I will NOT recommend their mangoes - we ordered 2 boxes one of which we ended up gifting to a dutch friend - he came back with a question if "all boxes of mangoes from INDIA had a mix of bad vs good mangoes". We were confused, but it cleared up when we decided to open up our box, 5 out of 12 mangoes were spoiled which is an absolute waste of money considering the price they quote.

I ordered some items for the first time couple of months back. I did not find much difference between The Whole Wheat flour (Atta) at local stores(in Munich) and the one from Chai n Masala., They were almost the same. However the quality of Sona Masoori rice was better than the local ones available in Munich. However the price has increased by more than 15% now from 13 € to 15 €. Don't understand, why. The new price for Sona Masoori is the same as Basmati rice. How can it be ?

One of the best alternatives to shop for Indian groceries. The items are branded under CnM and from my experience so much better than TRS, another brand based in Europe selling Indian groceries. The quality of fresh produce here is also quite commendable especially okra, bottle gourd, spinach - much better than anywhere else in Eindhoven. They have a tie up with Bharatiya mithas selling some of their delicious sweets. I have been a regular customer there since early 2021.

Chai N Masala is a great store to get good, fresh Indian groceries and vegetables. The products in this shop are of high quality. The prices are reasonable for the quality products that you get here. One can find vegetables and fruits specific to Indian culture based on Indian festivals and traditions. It is a one stop shop for very specific Indian products. The owners provide good customer service and respond to questions and queries at the earliest.

I order Indian grocery regularly from Chai n Masala online. I personally find the quality of their products way better than other Indian stores (at least from the options we have in Germany). I find their Wheat Flour, Toor daal, Poha, Ambemohor rice, Chole and Moth beans particularly very good. The delivery is fast and they are very prompt in responding in case of any issues.

I am very happy with the service and the ambience of the shop. You can easily find all the Maharashtra famous brands. They have best quality jaggery, wheat flour and many other grocery items. I bought Kesar Mango from Chai N Masala. It was super delicious. I couldn't find these super tasty mangoes here except in CNM. I love Jamun, and I was looking forward to it and suddenly got an update from the group that I can get Jamun in the Netherlands. Thanks cnm. Apart from this, every product like amboli flour, thalipeeth, fresh paneer, and vegetables is also good.

Good Place for buying Indian food items in Eindhoven. You will like the options even more if you belong from Maharashtra or nearby as most of the items have authentic taste from the same region. I personally bring Misal and Farsan from this place branded under CnM Misal( very spicy as it should be ) and also from Kalyan brand, both are great in taste.

Must visit shop for all Indian grocery items. It is the best place where I found the perfect Flour for me. The rotis become so soft and tastes amazing. The mangoes are delicious that the taste provokes me to eat many mangoes at a time. Also, the shop gives so homely feeling. Exclusive variety of ingredients and variety available.

A very good store. They have authentic and unique items. I buy mangoes every season. They are of great quality. I find it a bit pricey considering other indian stores but other indian stores have the same TRS products. But this store has a lot of variety. The shop owners are very nice and dedicated.

Fresh veggies. Quality of all products is too good. Now we can get it delivered as well, so it’s handy. You can buy original Indian mangoes here. And mango pulp. Just you cannot buy everything here, I mean the variety of items they have is little less.
