I cannot speak highly enough of the professional friendly service offered by Wendy and her staff. Every interaction I have had I have been made to feel like the most important customer. Just even little details like remembering my name and what my prescription is, to remembering my wife’s name when she was there without me. Nothing seems to be too hard for this team and what I like the most is that you get an honest, down to earth answer, even when you are asking the tough questions. I have a chemist closer to where I live but could not even think about changing. When you are onto a good thing, stick to it.

Centree Pharmacy is the most helpful, friendly, reliable and efficient pharmacy I have ever found. Wendy is a very knowledgeable person and provides great advice that has helped my family and me many times since we moved to Docklands. I have my scripts sent directly from the doctors to Centree and I get information and reminders on their App. Besides being a wonderful pharmacist, Wendy is a notary and can sign documents. It was great to find out about this as its very difficult to find notaries at short notice. I cannot recommend Centree Health Pharmacy highly enough.

Thanks to Centree’s shopkeeper Wendy who was able to deliver my medicine to my door front during the several lockdown in Melbourne. She is a very friendly and caring lady. She had not only helped me sourcing products and always gave professional pharmacist advise to me. And worth to mention that Centree has a very good oversea courier service which can post products to China in a week’s time. And Wendy and her staffs were so thoughtful that they made Product description and direction label in Chinese and stick in each of the product. It really impressed me!

I am so happy with the professional service of Centree Health Pharmacy. My father suddenly felt unwell, and his blood glucose test strips had run out to do the test. It was difficult for me to find the matched strips at that time. Wendy gave me some doable suggestions to solve the problem. Wendy and her helpful team made me stabilize in the chaotic moment. Wendy is the most friendly and professionally Pharmacist i have ever met. I alway go to her with a lot of questions, especially when you have two kids in the house. she has offered not only with professional and knowledgable solution but also the thoughtful service. she sometimes offers the door to door delivery only because that i was busy with the kids and won't be able to get the medicine. there are few products that she recommended helped not only kids, but the whole family.
