I really like this railwaystation. Most of the time rather crowded as there are very few platforms. It's the bottleneck of the Brussels railways. There are a few shops where you can buy everything you need on the road but not for shopping to prepare a meal on your way to get to your home. There is a supermarket outside if needed. The staff is friendly most of the time. Be careful for pickpockets... But that's the case in almost all the railwaystations.

Muy bonita la central station de amberes.. Pero son un nos ladrones!! Desde s. Hertogenbosch a Antwerpen son 22.20 euros ellos te cobran 23.20 euros y aparte 5 euros de tramitarte el billete internacional.. Un robo a todo aquel que no hable su idioma.. Y no una vez si no varias ya me hicieron.. Lo comunique en Netherland y me dijeron que eso no puede ser.. Ojo a los ladrones que son en la taquillas

This is probably one of the most beautiful train stations that I have ever seen. I’ve probably spent about an hour there taking pictures (yes, a big part of the time was just waiting for people to move). I think there are about three levels, with the ground level having the most spectacular architecture, and the lower levels being more modern. There is also a Café and a few shops, pretty standard.

It's Antwerp's main train station. Their are many stores inside including a small police station, hairdressers, different banks, different cuisines, small supermarkets and you can also take national and international trains, metro underground to different places in Antwerpen. Outside also metro and buses to different Belgian cities.

an absolute must for anyone visiting this city. I have never seen a station so pretty! There are lots of diamond shops along the Centraal area which caught my eye, and then onto the main shopping district which Antwerp is becoming famous for. We veered off and found a few courtyards surrounding cathedrals where we had dinner.

Piękne miejsce! Polecam zobaczyć, ponieważ architektura Dworca Centralnego w Antwerpii to coś wyjątkowego. Śmiało można go nazwać kolejową katedrą i chyba jest to jeden z najpiękniejszych (jeśli nie "naj") dworców kolejowych Europy. Nawet jeśli nie przyjeżdżasz do Antwerpii pociągiem - przyjdź tu! Warto!

Mooiste station van België en wie weet bij uitbreiding Europa.... Het kan hier wel erg druk zijn dus kom op tijd. Ook zijn er hier een paar winkeltjes zoals de Panos en Delhaize die vaak open zijn - ook op zondag en vakantiedagen. Ook vertrekt er van hier een metro naar bijvoorbeeld de Groenplaats.

This train station is beautiful! But don’t forget with what money it was built. Belgium had a colony named Congo. They abused a lot of people there and with the money they got from the resources, they built this pretty building. The train station is a controversial place. Please be aware of this!

Over de treinen gaan we het niet hebben ;-) Het is een mooi station om in rond te lopen. Veel details om te bekijken, je moet in alle richtingen kijken, en als je dat gedaan hebt, kijk nog eens, je ziet dan nog meer. Een leuke locatie om rond te wandelen, en te fotograferen ;-)

Een van de mooiste treinstations ter wereld, niet in het minst door het prachtige monumentale gebouw met voorzijde aan het K. Astridplein, en voor de statige trappen in de centrale hal. Jaren geleden gerenoveerd en een geslaagde mix van klassieke en moderne architectuur.

This place is breathtakingly beautiful. We arrived here from Amsterdam via Thalys (1hr 15 mins) and spent the entire day in Antwerp. This was a great “welcome” to the city. This beautiful building was impressive inside and out.

People usually know about the building. This place is the center of attraction for Antwerp. Probably it follows Brussels when it comes to ease of commute all around in Belgium. Great place to spend time in evening.

Esto es lo primero que te encontrás si llegas a Amberes, o en impronunciable holandés Antwerpen. No me extraña que sea considerada una de las estaciones de trenes más bonitas del mundo.

Best wel centraal gelegen voor een centraal station, 4 sterren voor de moeite; zou nog 4,47 meter naar links moeten voor een nog centralere ligging. Maar dat is mijn mening.. :')

Beautiful building, but annoying to navigate through and the connection between Antwerp and Breda is terrible; one train leaves every hour and on a too-regular basis drops out.
