I have been a professional Masseur of 20+ years. I have worked managing others and owned my own business. One thing I prize more than a great service and quality of product is honesty. I do not subscribe to the bait and switch. It is dishonest. The website advertised a " two for one special on all spa services" We decided that was a fair price for a first-time trial. The lady behind the desk was very clear in speaking English, so there was no miscommunication. The price for a 2 hour massage was 1500 baht. She said they had a 20% discount. I mentioned the 2 for 1 ad on the website. She said the special ended last month. I showed her the advertisement on the website, that it had no date ending, and she said it only applies to spa packages. When i pointed out the ad states. "For all spa services." She answered that the massage was not included. I asked. "Mason is not a spa service?" She answered "no" On the atmosphere, this place is a solid 5 star. But I am deducting points for dishonesty. Having gone back and reading the reviews, I suspect the 5 star reviews now.

Perhaps we are tourist, masseurs are generally not attentive. My masseur was v bad till I got to tell her harder pls. 2 seconds later it was bad to the unfirm gripe and stroke. Can feel that masseur is waiting for time to go by. As I did not feel the comfort I went down recept to ask for an exchange. Wasted and waited for about 5 minutes. First poor massage maybe lasted for 5-10 mins. The new masseur was better but ended at the same time with my friend. Probably total duration is 60mins means in all 60 mins. The first 10-15 mins wasted for poor massage and looking for new masseur was just considered and done. Thought my masseur was lousy. Friend's masseur was not too good too but she just kept quiet. Internal deco is good. Aircon is strong. Lady Receptionist is good in English and Chinese and likely Thai. She proceeded to ask for an exchange of masseur without much question. But likely they did not like us to use GoWabi. 2 stars for environment and receptionist. They had head to head customers but it really wasn't fabulous.

Edit: Second day experience - Reservation is done very easily online. The nice lady at the front desk speaks English well, so no worries about being understood. Payment can be done with cash or credit card (transaction fee of 3% will be charged back to you). My husband adores the foot bath, which is understandable. After that experience, you feel a tad bit cleaner. My masseuse Toy was very good and worked hard to loosen my muscles and help me to feel better. I appreciated the visits we did have! Very clean facility. Everyone is so friendly. The Thai massage is excellent and is a good value. We love how they offer tea in the beginning and end for hydration. I came away invigorated while my husband wanted a nap! We both booked again for the next day.

I've been here multiple times for foot massages and oil massages. The facility is well kept and all the masseuses seem to be veterans and in their 50s and 60s but don't let their age or stature fool you, they can put serious pressure into your feet. I've had a few uncomfortable experiences but bared through the pain. They are friendly though, and will listen to you if you need to go lighter. Tea will be served to you in the beginning and end, all the rooms are air-conditioned, and there is little to no talking between the workers. I could say this is probably the best value you can find in Bangkok for the level of skill and ambiance.

It was our very first day in Bangkok and we decided to get a foot massage. The place is very clean and had some extravagant interior. My girlfriend got a standard foot massage, whereas I wanted to go for a foot massage and a so called herb ball treatment. Although being about 6‘8 with quite large feet, the masseur did a great job using her strength and body weight to bring ultimate relaxation upon my body. The herb ball was wrapped in a towel and was heated to an extend in order to make the muscles more relaxed. My girlfriend and I certainly had a great time, even dozing off at a certain point. We will happily come again!

The masseuse did not make any effort and I can feel she was just waiting for the time to end. I chose foot massage and my feet did not get relieved in any way after it ended. The air conditioning is too cold. I went to another massage store yesterday in Sukhumvit with a similar price, and their masseuse is excellent at their service. Don’t come here! It would be a total waste of money. The one star is for its decoration.

Didn’t enjoy the experience. I was expected to have a full body Thai massage after a long morning trip to come to Bkk. The main massage was on my back and shoulders, the pressure was too soft, the AC was so cold .. I was so tired to say anything as I should :( Quite disappointed how Thailand had becoming focus on the money and no more on the service and overall pleasant experience

Save your money :) $2000 thb for a couples massage where all they did was rub oil into your skin and occasionally press in certain areas. They sort of go everywhere randomly instead of going from limb to limb. Nothing is asked in terms of softer or harder (ayyoo) they just go about their business quiet as mice. This massage was def not worth the price !

Best message place in bangkok. The place is so aesthetic. First they welcome you with a warm cup of jasmine tea which was absolutely delicious along with a hot towel to refresh. Then they take you to the massage room. The entire therapy was so calm and relaxing. The washrooms are so clean that you can see your reflection on the floor.

I highly recommend visiting here for anyone, especially if you took a long flight to Bangkok. Every inch of the building and massage rooms are gorgeous and the services are excellent. I mean, you get tea at the start and finish. These are the little extras that also add to this experience. That and the amazingly kind staff.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I had a set deal - body scrub, oil massage and a facial. My skin has never felt so soft and moisturised. The staff were all very kind and thorough. Hot tea and warm towel on arrival was just the nicest added touch. When I make it back to Bangkok, I will be going again.

We were walking around Bangkok the whole day and in desperate need of a massage. We walked in and got booked in 15 mins. Tried the herbal massage for the first time - it was amazing! Feeling really relaxed and the masseuses were very kind. They spoke a little bit of English and Chinese. Would recommend!

Good massage and friendly and helpful staff. The prices are OK for the quality of the massage and the experience. We were a group of three and had a one hour oil massage each. Everyone was happy with their massage. The decor is an experience to behold in itself, quite funny actually.

My partner has always been wary about Thai massages as he never really had a pleasant painless experience but this is the first time he fell asleep and actually came out of this massage relaxed and happy. I loved seeing him enjoy massages with me and we will be coming back!

A lovely place, beautifully decorated, calm and peaceful, and the masseuse were excellent - I went with friends and had two massages in a row. We went to one other well-rated place that was slightly lower priced, and this was better in value for how thorough they are.

Wonderful massage with lovely atmosphere. We came twice during our stay in Bangkok and had Thai, food and the Siam Package 4 and can recommend all wholeheartedly! The tea before and after treatment, and calming music is a perfect antidote to the business of Bangkok.
