"A sad place with a heavy atmosphere, what saddens me most is the ambition and lack of scruples of the vultures who profit from the deaths of others, taking advantage of the fragility of the moment by charging exorbitant and unrealistic prices, extremely expensive services of inferior quality"
The last time I was at the cemetery, I thought the place needed some care. The floors of the chapels were dusty and full of leaves and the bathrooms were locked. The other bathroom that was open did not have paper to dry your hands. Apart from these negative points, the place is very quiet, has ample parking and is well signposted.
He's been abandoned, he's been paying the fees for ten years, he's never requested any service. Now I needed to change the stone on the tomb, which was broken because they passed the cart from another burial on top, making it extremely difficult to provide care, and until now, no action has been taken for more than ten days.
A place of great beauty not only for housing our dead but also for being located in a privileged location in the Capital of the Republic and adorned by the native cerrado. Great personalities were buried in this place which, in addition to being an environment for prayer and reflection, is also a tourist site.
Inhumane, insensitive and irresponsible. They broke my brother's tomb in a project they were doing and didn't even tell us. They are still making contact difficult. Since yesterday the website has been offline. In other words, we weren't even able to register an ombudsman's office. The neglect is absurd.
A sad place with a heavy atmosphere, what saddens me most is the ambition and lack of scruples of the vultures who profit from the deaths of others, taking advantage of the fragility of the moment by charging exorbitant and unrealistic prices, extremely expensive services of inferior quality. A shame.
I stayed (more than 1 hour, standing in the sun) waiting to be seen at the administration office. There's no password, just a guy who controls the entry and exit. There's no shade, no chairs, no water. People who are going through such a difficult time should be respected.
Unfortunately I can't give 1 star less. From the telephone service to the pre-scheduling to the funeral, there is a lack of empathy, a lot of annoyance and neglect. Dusty hood and accessories. They just want to push services so that family
On 04/20/2023, we went to the administration of the Campo da Esperança Cemetery, at 12 pm, to confirm the services for exhuming my father's body and burial of my mother's ashes, in the same place and exhuming my sister's body and burial in
My first contact with the company Campo da Esperança Serviços took place in 2006 and from then until today, I pay a monthly amount called conservation and administration fee. However, the state of the place is deplorable. The oldest graves
I went with my elderly uncle so I could see about my aunt's funeral and they didn't let me go in with him. Geez. In times of pain, you cannot accompany the elderly, especially when it comes to values! I thought it was simply absurd and the
my parents and grandmother are buried in this cemetery. My father worked at this cemetery for almost 40 years. At the time, water was not purchased. He was registered with Pioneiras Sociais and was placed in this Cemetery. He was in charge
Horrible, the cemetery administration doesn't have a shred of respect for the tombs, everything is messy, and if people go there to tidy them up, besides saying that they have to ask for permission, they rip out everything that people put
We need to talk about the Campo da Esperança cemeteries... A place that should bring peace to visitors and workers there, in fact has huge flaws: The place has no security cameras, no guides to provide information, and no security at all,
They do not respect the family's pain at the time of the wake, they said they would pick up the body at 4pm, at 3:40pm in the middle of the prayer, the employees enter without even asking for permission and without a shred of respect for
The cemetery is abandoned. The interest of the company in question is only to earn revenue from the sale of new land and other services. There are graves that have already been driven over by a tractor and called the next person in line!
My nephew was buried in October and to this day the tomb is bare of grass, the candlestick was not placed and it looks like an abandoned tomb. We paid a lot for him to have dignity in his last home, but the people who work there and are
My father and my brother just arrived from Campo da Esperança in Asa Sul and were very well looked after. It was quick and the attendant treated everyone very kindly. We just lost a very dear aunt and they were treated very well.
Almost 9 years ago I needed to bury my father-in-law in this place. On this occasion, along with the entire contract, they included a very expensive maintenance fee, which you were obliged to pay because if you didn't pay, the
Some parts of the cemetery are beautiful, full of flowers and trees. Others, almost forgotten, with gray and abandoned tombs. In this part it is even dangerous to fall into any tomb, as the floor gives way in some places.
Brasília's main cemetery. Clean, organized. Well identified. Unfortunately, there is still no crematorium today. The website could have more pertinent information (database for research, history of the place...).
We pay a lot to give a little dignity in the last minutes with our loved one and we don't have to go directly to a clean bathroom, a dirty, smelly place. Poorly educated employees do not know the information.
The organization of the place is much better. Parking spaces are still the biggest problem, but a little patience won't help. The bathrooms were empty of paper and not so clean, the snack bar was unique,
I congratulate the service provided by Mrs Jovy, and the security guard, they are patient and guide customers well. But unfortunately the scheduling system leaves a lot to be desired.
I usually love visiting cemeteries in foreign countries; this one, unfortunately, was a disappointment. It's not very aesthetic and care takers of the place do not like visitors.
The attendants have no preparation to deal with citizens at such a delicate moment as a burial. Terrible service and guidance regarding the necessary services. Look for a
Terrible service with no information, prices change all the time and the attendant won't let go of her cell phone for anything... total disregard in Planaltina Df
Horrible service over the phone. I've been trying to call them for 3 days and I only get the message "that all agents are currently busy" and the call hangs up.
Unfortunately, it looks abandoned, with tall grass and a lack of maintenance. There is a lack of government oversight as they are a public concession.
You can bury your family member paying less than 1000 reais, see the Cemetery Services Table - SEJUS The best option is to rent a 1-drawer deposit!
Absurd prices, total monopoly, lack of providing a decent service. Even to die, they look at you like a coin. Too sad...
Terrible service, they broke my father's tomb and kept trying to fix it, the worst service I've ever had, rubbish.
I was seen by Igley. It was perfect service!! This was the first time that someone treated me with dignity there.
Place of reflection and peace! Masses during All Souls' Day, orchestra playing songs of peace and longing.
Much better with the standardization of tombs, but there are still many that are poorly maintained.
Horrible service! Not even in a delicate moment for family members, this company is sensitive to
This cemetery is rubbish, my grandparents are buried there for lack of other options.
Lack of security, cleanliness, tree pruning is completely neglected
"They didn't let me in I missed my aunt's entire funeral"
