I highly recommend Cedarhouse Spa, both for their treatment services and customer service. I initially had an appointment booked which I missed due to a series of events outside of my control and as it happened just before my appointment, I wasn't able to give any notice. I had already paid my deposit and spoke with the owner Julita to advise her of what happened and see if there was anything they could do to help me out. Julita was very understanding and offered me two different options to try and resolve my issue, even though she was not obligated to do so. Julita added me to the waitlist and offered a reduced deposit for my next appointment. I was able to be seen just 2 weeks later when there was a cancellation. The spa was clean and very organized which I appreciated. I had a massage treatment with Barbara who did an amazing job and also provided me with some helpful stretches. The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience due to the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere created by Julita and all of the staff members. I didn't intend to write a long review but wanted to ensure I properly conveyed what an enjoyable experience I had with Cedarhouse! Definitely recommend checking them out!

First time customer at Cedarhouse Spa. Decided to go based off of reviews & many options offered for various different treatments. I booked a house facial with Iris and house pedicure with Marzena. Both treatments were absolutely fantastic. This is hands down the best facial I have ever gotten and Iris was extremely informative during the treatment. She really catered the facial to what my skins needs were. I also loved that there was a small massage element to the facial. Extremely relaxing with a beautiful result. Also loved the pedicure. Marzena really took her time with each part of the pedicure for a flawless result. She had great attention to detail and was very delicate. Also love that you get exfoliated and gently massaged with the pedicure. All staff from start to finish were so polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. The spa itself is also aesthetically beautiful and very clean. I would give this spa 10 stars if it were an option. Would recommend to anyone looking to treat yourself or a loved one. Will definitely be returning!

DISGUSTING treatment. I called in to reschedule as I had woken up with a high fever and they told me they will charge me for the full appointment. I told them I’ll come in and wear a mask, and not reschedule, and they said nope they won’t see me either. So they would not even give me the option of coming in yet charging me for services not completed?! I have spoken to my lawyer friend and looked up now is actually in violation of Canadian business regulations. Moreover Absolutely lacking in compassion and rude front desk worker who argued with and berated me on the phone as I was trying to calmly explain to her the situation. I was shocked as I have never had a bad experience here before but I will no longer be bringing my business to this establishment and I will be filing a complaint as their policies are an infringement of Canadian consumer protections. AVOID.

This is my first visit and I am completely unsatisfied with all the service provided to me today with Fasiha Tanweer. For the full body massage, she did not message my foot or toes, and the response I received from her is unacceptable; she said that you booked for a pedicure, so the message will be covered with a pedicure, but they charged $105 for full body massage and Deluxe Pedicure for $70. I paid $570 in total for a full body massage, Scalp Massage, a facial, a manicure, and a pedicure; nothing was perfect. The owner must speak up with the client and clarify if the client received all the services they requested. Waste of money and time. I will not recommend this spa to anyone.

I came to this spa based on the positive google reviews/rating but unfortunately i do not agree with the rating. I received a facial here earlier this year and was very underwhelmed by the process especially considering the price. Very few products were used, there was lots of massaging of the face and shoulders but very little extraction done. The spa is clean and the receptionist was very friendly but unfortunately the service was underwhelming. I passed my feedback onto the receptionist who told me the owner would reach out to me but unfortunately I never heard from them.

I had a nice experience at CedarHouse Spa! It was clean and the bed was heated. I appreciate how they offer a drink and snack before your service. I had a deep cleansing facial with Marzena and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She used most of the time for extractions which I don’t mind but I wish she applied a mask to calm the redness. Overall would recommend and I’m excited to go back.

I came here for a prenatal massage and the entire experience was fantastic. The ladies at the front were very friendly, I didn’t have to wait too long to get to my massage room and the masseuse (Barbara) was amazing. Super sweet and thoughtful and really made sure I enjoyed the experience while providing great advice on stretches etc. for my back pain. Would love to come again!

I came here for my birthday and received a body scrub and relaxation massage. I typically don't get those, but wanted to try something new. They were fantastic! The body scrub was gentle and relaxing and the massage had many little extra touches that just made the experience amazing. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Beautiful relaxing space that overlooks the ravine. Have been for massages and pedicures multiple times over the last several years and have always been so pleased with the friendly and attentive staff at CedarHouse Spa. An unpretentious, spotlessly clean atmosphere. Such a wonderful way to spend a few hours of your day.

From the point of making the reservation until I left the spa, the service was outstanding. I had a facial that was the best I’ve ever had. The music, the room temperature, the products, the aromas and the treatment provided by Marzena were all exceptional. I’ll be making this my spa of choice in the future.

The place was smaller than I expected so it's advisable to book an appointment as it may be hard to just walk in. The lady who did my mani/pedi was a sweetheart but I noticed a regular customer beside me was offered tea/coffee and I wasn't.

I was running late so they tried to accommodate me! That was great. It was out of my control and I still got to have my treatment just a bit shortened. I am giving a 4/5 because the facial wasn’t my favourite for the mama-to- be - package.

Excellent services and wonderful, skilled staff. I had hydra facial, pedicure, and paraffin treatments on hands and feet. All treatments were simply awesome. I’m definitely coming back - especially for pedicures!! Highly recommend this spa.
