"I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Hill"
I, like others, chose this place because of the reasonable price. Please, for your sake, choose another mortuary. I have been hung up on several times. The body was not picked up in a timely manner , when they finally gave me a pick up date
Our beloved 91 year old cousin passed away in April. Because of the Coronavirus my husband and I were unable to be in Los Angeles before she passed and afterward to make funeral arrangements. The Descendant Affairs department at Cedar Sinai
Horrible experience!!! They picked up my mom after we cancelled their service and they are missing in action! Calls and calls without any answer. I’m about to call BBB to see what’s going on with this business. My poor mom is in their hands
I chose Cedar Hill because of the reasonable prices; I'm taking the time to write this 5-star review because of the professionalism, responsives, and kindness of David and his staff. When my uncle passed away unexpectedly, i called around
I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Hill. I live in a difference state than my Dad when he died. I took care of everything over the phone, e-mail and faxes. I first chose them because they were the most affordable funeral home we
My dad passed June 3rd. I called several places before I got to Cedar Hill. Their prices were reasonable & they were very accommodating with helping me through email & over the phone since I didn't live in the area. I just picked up my
They don't respond to emails and calling only gets a busy signal in 2023? I have been trying to help a family bury their loved one in our park, but Cedar Hill refuses to provide a death certificate to the family. I would think twice.
Extremely poor communication!!!! It’s bad enough our nephew died shortly after birth but to not provide accurate updates on his cremation is unethical and emotionally damaging. The staff is not creditable and they lack empathy.
They received body 10/4, ashes not mailed till 10/31 and received at my post office 11/2. Still do not know actual date of creamation, though from my conversations with them guessing between 10/25 to 10/28.
please don't take your loved one here . - I couldn't see my dad before hand to confirm it was him, took one month to get the ashes .
