I don't recommend getting flowers from this place if you want it to last AND if you want good customer service/solution-based service. We received flowers on Saturday and by Thursday they were all dying. Upon further inspection, some of the stems were cut SO short that they weren't even touching the water in the vase. We called to rectify the situation, when Carm (who refused to give me her name at first when I asked because she claims she did not like my "tone"), began to point out how it's almost been 7 days since the flowers arrived, as if that was an excuse for poor craftsmanship (the flowers were also taped together with a type of cellophane tape in certain areas, which is weird; never experienced that in any other arrangements from other shops). I have flowers I received from February 23rd that have held up better than flowers received on March 5th. We were told that photo evidence was not good enough proof and that we had to drive all the way to Toronto for "inspection" of the flowers. An appropriate solution would be to allow for photo evidence to minimize in person visits during COVID-19, apologize for the shoddy arrangement and offer to send another one or connect with the sender of the bouquet and offer a credit. This is typically what reputable businesses do. The arrangement looked beautiful and we were in awe upon arrival. It was sent by someone sending their condolences on the passing of my grandmother, who loved floral arrangements. It's unfortunate that their money has gone to waste in 5 days.

Cattolica flowers is so generous and accommodating. I just picked up a $30 bouquet and the bouquet had rose, gerbera, snap, buttons etc. wow very beautiful flowers and wrapped so nice with a bow. I have gone in different flowers shop and grocery store and I have to say no one is as generous and kind like Cattolica Flowers. I ordered for funeral a beautiful traditional tribute and I paid only $85 including taxes and they delivered all the way to Oakville. Excellent place!

If I could give a zero I would!!! So many times flowers have not shown up on schedule day for delivery!!! They make excuses saying the printer wasn’t working, instead of being truthful and letting ftd know they are not open on Sunday so that another florist can take the order!! How many of my special occasions have to be ruined because my children feel bad for their orders not arriving??

My husband and I recently hired Cattolica Flowers for our arrangements for our wedding day and they did not disappoint. Carmela was detailed, organized, and meticulous when it came to bringing my vision to life. My arrangements was everything that I wanted and more. I cannot thank Carmela enough for everything she has done to make my wedding day all the more special!

The service from Cattolica Flowers is amazing! Due to lockdown supplies and restrictions, they had to make some changes to my order (which I fully understand). They let me know what changes were being made and sent me pictures of different options for me to choose from. This is amazing customer service!!! We were in a time sensitive situation and they sold us dead roses for full price. We ordered 12 roses for a funeral and half of them were dead and made us pay full price of $60. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not returning back!!

Not consistent. First two bouquets I purchased for $56 were large, fresh and full of unique flowers. Last two bouqets for the same price were horrible. The single rose lost its petals the next day and had less flowers than a grocery store bouqet.

Excellent experience at this florist. Dropped in, small space but well spaced out for social distancing. Luka helped get me the flowers, wrapped them & brought them out to the car where he secured the potted plant. Lovely flowers, great service.

Cattolica Flowers delivered a beautiful center piece Arrangement in time for Christmas. Delivery driver was warm and friendly despite COVID-19. while observing PPE safety protocols. I highly recommend this shop.
