We hired Castle Roofing to repair/replace the siding and trim on our 22 year old home. Over all, the experience was so good we hired them twice! The communication was VERY good and I really liked how responsive they were. The quality of the estimation was good, though after reviewing the work done, we thought the crew could have recommended a few more fixes. Please understand, these were not areas that were in desperate need of repair. But they were areas that I might have asked them to fix had I noticed them earlier. I had pointed out the really bad places that I knew about and they did point out a few extra places, but I think they missed a chance to go even further. Again, they didn't do anything wrong, but they could have recommended a little more. The quality of the work itself was excellent. All the repairs and paint matching were very good and we are quite happy with the results! There is one thing I think the crew could have done better: Clean-up. It's normal in any job to have nails, chunks of wood, and other trash hit the ground. It's also normal to have paint and sealant smudges on nearby surfaces. They did clean up some but didn't quite get it all. In the end, Castle Roofing provides excellent work. 2 days of work including all materials was ~$7500. Money well spent. In my earlier review, I said we would hire Castle Roofing again and we just did! After reading my review, Castle contacted me and asked if they could come and handle the clean-up they missed. No charge. I said "sure!" While the crew was here, I asked them to look at those other places I noticed. They gave me a fair estimate and I hired them to do that work too. Castle Roofing is a great company and they respond well to fair criticism. I will use them again for sure!

Found Castle Roofing on Google when searching for some gutter cleaning and repairs I needed done. I contacted two other "Google backed" companies and both took my information to come and make a quote and never showed up. When I called Castle Roofing, they made an appointment for a quote and actually showed up to make the quote. As far as price goes I'm not sure how they compare to others (due to the other two companies not showing up, I had nothing to compare to. Was in a similar situation before and the other company ended up lowering the cost without me even knowing until I saw the invoice). The crew was polite and on time (I hope Jose is feeling better) and got the job done. The real all-star I feel like is Samantha. She really went out of her way to try and make sure I was taken care of in the time frame I needed for the job to be done. She stayed at the office even after they were closed to make sure I could get scheduled. Then when they came across an emergency with one of their employees, she still battled to make sure I had my work done that day. In the words of Kevin Durant, Samantha, "You da real MVP".

TL;DR Thorough and speedy work, outsourced communications suck. I needed some repair to my siding. Out of the 3 companies I called, Castle's pricing was in between and they were open to negotiations. I had to follow-up with Samantha the office agent to get my estimate... After that, any communication was done through some crummy outsourced call-center which only collected my information and told me another person would contact me back because THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!! ‍ The roofer came by 2 hours late, but did a good job on the house! It took him 4 hours to replace the siding, add flashing, and add storm shield. Person had to run to get paint after I told him I didn't have any... If I'm spending a couple of hundreds I'm expecting you to bring all the material. Overall not the perfect experience but good enough compared to what's out there. Most important thing is that they're insured. BTW they only take payment through bank transfers... No credit card. Bummer, I want my points.

I am so impressed with these guys. They made a major repair on my roof at an affordable rate. The technicians that worked on my house were: 1) very knowledgeable; 2) they kept me informed every step of the way by sharing pictures of the problems and explaining how they would make the repair, and 3) the work was professionally done. I am so very pleased with the work that was done. I've already referred them to other homeowners I know. I am a senior citizen and I've had so many people take advantage of me. It's so refreshing to have someone you can trust. It's like when a women finds an excellent and honest mechanic she refers all of her friends and they refer their friends. That's the way I feel about Castle Roofing; I have an excellent and honest contractor - I'm spreading the word. These guys are my go-to. I had a roof leak. Castle came out for an inspection. They did a great job detailing the issues with pictures, and explaining the scope of work needed to fix the issue. They were able to fix the issue earlier than the initial scheduled date, which was great! The only concern I had was communication. I was unable to reach anyone for questions and I had to reach out to them a couple of times to schedule the service appointment. But overall I am happy with the service and the work completed. The most important thing I appreciated was their honesty. They were the only company that did not try to encourage me to call my insurance company to replace the entire roof. I reached out to at least 5 other companies and no one else detailed the issue or offered a repair option. They all stated they will give me a repair quote if the insurance refused to replace. Castle was the first company I called and the best fit for my needs.

I called them because a section of my gutter had fallen. The were able to have someone come out the same day although I was first told it would be the next day. So it worked out perfectly. They sent me a price quote a few hours later. For them to fix a 30ft piece of gutter (they just rehung the existing gutter, added some wood, and 10 hangers) and to clean my gutters was $1489. I think it was a tad pricey for using an existing piece from my home. But I needed the work done.They do send you an invoice but there is not actual price breakdown so you know what you're paying for in specifics. In addition, they needed to use my electricity to use their tools. Unplugged my deep freezer and never plugged it back in. Overall, very nice staff!. Would I use them again in an emergency Yes! If I had time to price shop. IDK.

I had a home inspection completed prior to buying a home. The inspector noted serious concerns about the roof and siding install. I contacted Castle as I needed a professional company to perform a roof and siding inspections and provide a quote. Because my phone kept dropping the call I was able to text with the office manager to answer all my questions. I was able to choose my appointment online and see all pricing. Carlos and another gentlemen showed up on time and explained to me exactly what still needed to be repaired. After my appointment I was happily able to make my payment online and within 24hrs I had my Report to provide to my builder who made the repairs Carlos recommend. Carlos thank you for your service.

Castle Roofing and technician Jose’ were great. They were professional, timely, reasonably priced and honest about the roofing repairs and did not try to sell me a new roof, only quoted the repairs that were needed above the master bathroom leak. The roof was only 1.5 years old. They were able to do the repairs the same day I received the quote online and authorized the work. Jose didn’t even collect payment from me after the work was completed and then an invoice was sent to me online for credit card payment. Easy, efficient, and organized. Samantha was knowledgeable and helpful over the phone with any questions or information. I will definitely be using Castle again for the roof repairs needed on my deck.

I'm giving the second star because I was on a time crunch and had a limited schedule to be available so they were able to get someone out very quickly to do my inspection which was appreciated. However, since then, I've heard nothing from them and never received the quote. I called 2 full business days later and whoever answered took my information and said she'd have her manager call me back. We're now 5 business days later and still haven't heard anything. I have seen other reviews similar to this so maybe my project isn't large enough and not generating a lot of revenue so maybe it's low on their priority scale, I don't know. That's all I'm left to assume since I've been given nothing else.

I can’t say enough good things about Castle Roofing. My roof was damaged by a large branch and I didn’t notice till a few days later…on a Saturday. They were to my home in 40 minutes, yes you read that right. FOURTY MINUTES of me calling on a Saturday and had my roof patched before it began to rain again. The crews were out promptly on Monday morning and did a beautiful repair. You can’t even tell a difference where the patch is!! They also identified several other issues (including finding a bullet lodged in my roof ) and did some preventative care. I feel the cost was very fair and the value very high. Hire these folks and you won’t regret it!!

I had an appointment and explained that I had a leak plus I provided a pic of the damage over my garage. My house is on the market for sale so it was critical that I resolved the problem expeditiously. They provided me with time slot (8-10am) so I arose early to be prepared; however, my time slot was delayed (I guess by a more urgent matter). The scheduler explained that the team accepted a small project to take care of that took precedent over mine. But, my project was small too. The scheduler did ask me but she did not make me aware that my time slot would be moved back some hours. I would suggest that Castle does not honor it’s appointments.

We could not be more thrilled with the work of Castle AGAIN! They replaced our entire garage detached roof with cupola and even dealt beautifully with some prior homeowner "arts and craft type" repairs they found. Carlos the owner is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and easy to work with. The entire office staff is beyond kind and quick to respond/help with every step of the way, from permitting to color selection. The crews are timely, reliable, and fastidious workers. Woke up to a bulging ceiling from an unexpected leak this weekend . Not wanting to wait I quickly reached out to several roof repair companies. None could see me until Monday but Castle worked around my schedule and got a technician out to review the damage. Still had to wait until Monday so they could get the supplies but I rested better knowing what was going on and what I could expect. Monday has come around and they were able to fix everything quickly and with out needing me to be present . I do wish they would do a more in-depth breakdown of the charges…. But overall I am happy with their work and service!

Castle Roofing has done two jobs for us and both times they were incredibly responsive when we were getting the estimate. They came out quickly, gave a reasonable estimate, and did a great job both times. The roofers were very nice guys and really respectful, which was nice as a woman. Sometimes contractors don't treat you very well if you are female. I felt completely comfortable with them on the property. And, they left our patio even cleaner than when they got there! Really good job cleaning up both times. Very efficient. Every single person that I interacted with was professional and nice.

Castle Roofing is an amazing company to do business with. They were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with our roof, why it was leaking and offer suggestions for that particular problem as well as others! Needed fascia repair with flashing and vinyl siding and needed a bathroom exhaust fan to vent through the roof. Both were done in the same day, with the materials I requested, before sundown. Castle Roofing did an excellent job and gave me peace of mind now that those repairs have been completed. This was my first time using Castle. I was very pleased with their work. When the repairmen first came to appraise the job, he showed up on time , was courteous and professional. It all began with a sudden leak at night during a spate of unusually long & hard rainy weather and because of constant rainy days it was a while before the entire job was complete but the office stayed in constant touch, offered temporary solutions and the guys who did the job were outstanding! Very professional team and enjoyed working with them. If I can recall correctly, they completed the roof but had to come back out to fix something we discussed on our initial visit but they completed that work without issue too. I even got a compliment from another vendor quoting me on insulation how good of a job the roofers did. No complaints from me which is hard to come by :)

Louis and Juan came on time, were very communicative, and were very helpful. They are very hard workers and I would rehire them and highly recommend them for any roofing related job. I had some detached gutters due to some storms. Jose came out and repaired and cleaned the gutters exactly when he was scheduled. A large tree fell and damaged a 60 foot section of gutters and some elements of my roof; within just a few days the repairs were completed and its as if the event never happened. Castle came out with an estimate, fixed our roof, and found/fixed the source of a leak in our attic. One of the starter shingles seems a little too far from the edge, I think somehow the builders broke a floodlight (and didn't know or didn't tell us), and there was a good bit of trash/old shingle and a few nails around post-installation;
