Beauty of Google tho gives me the opportunity to review one's experience appalling! is my only word....not for the insulting low ball on the quality whisky I sold. But for the cheek of paying half the balance by a refund.bit dodgy that!...leaving us waiting for half the money over the weekend!!...I dunno I thought the gentleman involved in this trade had alil more class n dignity. I guess 2023 money orientated world is what is, won't be purchasing or selling to this place again....oh n the fob of tomatin legacy to bleed an extra 1o quid tasted like acid and wood! was an insult bare in mind I gave 3 age statement limited edition custom's only aston Martin and a becoming rare macallan estate with box immaculate....a small part of my expendable collection lol. Note !!!this dude will smell you need some cash!!! save ya self the insult use a place called whisky galore a good honest online site they have a 5 star review from me takes some time but you will get a sensibly price with them avoid these sorts I say.and pay attention to most of these reviews....and who they are more importantly.....this my personal honest opinion which I am intitled to.

Would give Zero Star rating if possible. Totally misleading website advertising cigars in tubes (7 different varieties as advertised on website) but when I visited store was told those cigars do not come with tubes! I was looking to purchase as gifts so the tubes were important, and visited the store from out of town only to be completely let down by their mis-advertising on their website. Wasted my time & petrol! Also the website price is different to the instore price, I was looking to spend over £200, so I offered to make the purchase online whilst in the shop & just collect as per their instore collection offer, however was told you cannot order & collect on the same day!??? Absolutely shocking customer service, these guys need to review their policies and change their misleading website!

We visited the shop as we wanted to buy a bottle whiskey for a special birthday present. We don't know a lot about whiskey so it was brilliant to be given advice and offered samples to try. The guy serving us was very knowledgeable and friendly - we didn't feel rushed or that we were taking up his time when we were trying to decide on which bottle to buy. He told us about the countries that produce whiskey which was very interesting, we also talked about gin, and after another sample, we decided to treat ourselves too It's fine buying online but the whole experience of speaking to someone who knows their products, to gain advice and being able to peruse all the lovely bottles in-store certainly made our day - thank you!

Absolutely brilliant company! Ordered some special gins for a friend who lives in Leicester (ordering from London) due to the current situation we couldn't visit for her birthday. The package arrived the same day as ordering, with an added note for her birthday! She was very happy and surprised and has been enjoying the gin of course! Brilliant communication, so friendly and helpful throughout. I am looking forward to being able to visit the shop in person once this is all over! Could not recommend more!

Popped in to buy a bottle of Bourbon after browsing the website. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Great selection of spirits from around the world and Bourbon from distillers I'd only seen online. Prices are reasonable and I'm glad I took their advice to spend a few pounds over my normal budget to try something slightly different, it was genuine advice rather than a pushy sale. I was driving so no testers, but it was very nice to be offered an open bottle to sample the aromas.

I had been searching high and low for a wine crate to make a Christmas hamper. I came across this retailer finally. The owner could not have been more obliging. He moved stock around several times until I found a perfect crate which I was happy with. He was so patient and helpful. I returned for a second crate at a later date. Again so helpful. Thanks a million. 2 perfect Christmas gifts thanks to him. Highly recommended. Lovely shop, lovely owner!

A fantastic selection of wines and spirits from around the world. The guys know their stuff and can recommend a drink for any occasion. A huge range of whiskey, gin, rum, vodka, brandy and liquors to choose from. Regular tasting events give you an opportunity to sample new stock as well as some of the old favourites. There is also a large selection of champagne as well as cigars for those extra special occasions.

My sincere thanks to 23 Wine and Whisky, who's service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to arrange same day delivery, to my friend who lives outside of Leicester, delivering outside of business hours. Nilesh was a pleasure to deal with and helpful in guiding my selection of wines and whisky. Alas, I don't live in Leicester but I highly recommend them. I wish I could give them a 6-star rating!

Sadly, an online click & collect order that never completed due to a technical stock issue their end has been charged to my card & the promised 3 working day refund is yet to materialise some 2 weeks (and still counting) later. Great stock selection, local to me, but I don't trust their online processes anymore & I've used them in store for several purchases. May return instore.. may not!?!

Myself and my friend went in for some advice as we are both very new to whiskey and wanted to know where to start. The staff were incredibly supportive and understanding of our student budgets. There are some more expensive drinks available but also some on the more affordable side so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend.

Popped in today to get a nice bottle of white wine to help my dad get out the dog house for forgetting about valentine's day. Didnt know anything about wine but that wasnt an issue because the two gentlemen behind the counter knew everything. Ended up walking out with an amazing wine chosen from there large selection. 100% recommended.

Excellent visit to one of my favourite bottle shops this afternoon. Daresay one of the best collections I've come across in Leicester,very friendly and knowledgeble staff who were more than happy to help and have a chat with me. Got a few interesting new tasters and I'll definitely be back for the last of that Tequila before it goes!

Seems like the place has really gone downhill since they stopped selling anything other than, Wine, Whiskey and Cigars.. It used to be my local go to shop for pretty much anything I needed minus the monthly shopping. Now since I've moved back into the area I was disappointed to find its become purely Alcohol and Cigar sales

Pleased to come again and again in this shop. The owner is always there and he knows how to satisfy his customers, i got some great gifts for my family and its a good place for this! Drink's are for everybody who has the legal age of course!!! I reccomend this place, deffenetly will come back.

I've been in before and the bloke is very friendly and his customer service is on point when it came to their cigars and while their selection is expensive (it's cheaper online but what can you expect) they had a few others that I couldn't get online while still being decently priced.

Crazy fast service! Had an issue ordering on the night so sent a message as I couldn't justify going to the shop. Got a reply in the morning and managed to place an order which was at my door the following day! Very hard to find such a quick and reliable service these days.

Just popped in for a little everyday bottle of whiskey. Huge selection and very knowledgeable staff. Ended up with a fantastic bottle of Goan whiskey that I would never have found on my own. Easily comparable to a good malt and at a fraction of the price.

We have been here twice in the summer and just now autumn. Both times were very different but equally as enjoyable. The service was very good so was the food and the wines are always delicious. We will definitely go back.

Just when you need a very niche shop who's role is alcohol beverages here is a perfect shop with such a selection. The team are helpful and can guide you through some of the options on size and age of beverages.
