Nothing but great things to say about Phil Casey and his staff. After receiving a federal sentence years ago I have spent a fairly large chunk of my life inside the federal prison system and it's easy to get tied up in more trouble.. unlike other lawyers I've had, Phil Casey is very knowledgeable in federal inmates and the extra restrictions and procedures put in place for us. I didn't need to call him often, when he said he was going to be there to fight for me he ment it.. he pulled thru for me when the system was doing the opposite, and thanks to phil and Jennifer, his Secretary (who is also very helpful) I'm now back home with my family... I'd recommend phil to anyone in kingston area who needs a lawyer. Great service!

He's very uninformed about law, it's suspicious that he ever passed his exams, honestly. He's also an unhinged, raving lunatic on social media. It's weird that a criminal lawyer spends hours of his day online accusing people of crimes and saying someone is "going to jail" without any presumption of innocent. It's insanely unprofessional and shows that he has no grasp of law. He's certainly not qualified to take any serious cases.
