I've been trying to buy a car on HP through your website. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had as your unfriendly and clunky website wont let me finalise the HP application. Definitely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Carzone makes it so difficult to finalise the purchase and I will now go through CarsIreland to finalise this purchase as the same car is on their website also. Get your act together Carzone. Horrible experience.

Not worth selling your car here as a private seller, as dealerships are prioritised. Despite paying extra for a premium private advert, my ad was still on the third page after filtering by make, model, engine and transmission. After a week my ad had less than 20 views, while my Donedeal ad had almost 500! I had posted my previous car here a year ago and had the same experience, not a single phone call or message the entire time.

Easy, straightforward, no hidden extras bar the extras i recieved, FREE! This part i cant say enough about,, the help i received which didnt fall to Paul or Alan but they stepped in and sorted the difficuties. Id never go anywhere else or recommend another garage.

I find the database search facility is by far the best in Ireland. It's not just a bit better than the others ..... it's way ahead. This review is based on using the desktop version of the website (which is really the only satisfactory way to use the internet!).

Definitely don't bother if you are a private seller. Completely wasted my time & money. Sold my car in 24 hours on DoneDeal to a dealer for a really strong price. Nothing wrong with the presentation or functionality but it is really suited to dealers only.

Utterly pointless spending 39.95 for an add with this site. No benefit other than a shaded version of any other add and they say the car will be listed until sold. You might be waiting a while as your car will be difficult to find. Don’t waste your money.

Made the Ultimate package of €39.95 and after a month and a week my advert had 229 views and not one phone call I have then advertised with Donedeal and sold it in 2 weeks. The advert with donedeal had 1988 views. Do not bother with carzone

Irelands best car site for buying used cars. Simple to get around and easy to use. Would like to see more information from Dealers on used cars, fully serviced, new tyre's Engine excellent ECT. I'll be back

Put a car up for sale. Had a scammer try to purchase. He even sent me a false Bank Draft.Customer service was useless.Got in touch with Gardai.

There is no point in spending time and money on this platform to sell cars. I have had 20 views in a week after paying 35 euros!
