Stuff are so helpful and doing everything possible to satisfy the clients. Since a few weeks this place became horrible. It wasn’t like this before. Something changed, durty, if you don’t watch your step can fall, the famous baguette are now back to oven if not sold and become hard as a rock if you don’t go on the right timing. I prefer to walk a little further and go to Allday where employees are helpful in witch station, not one guy alone cutting meat, cooking bread, weighting fruit and vegetables and very bad reaction if you asking something

Bad customer service, the cashier a Filipina whom I asked to help me with getting my goods on the top of her counter because I had a pain in my hand was furious and started throwing my stuff angrily on the top of the counter and when I asked to for home delivery for the wanted bottles since it was heavy she said after one hour “IF YOU WANT” !!! I mean is that even acceptable at any level. !!!! And that phone number isn’t working!!!

you need to watch the sellers carefully when weighing fruits and vegetables, they can write another product on the label and put it on the scales, and if you notice, they just apologize to you !!! But when you come to the store the next day, it will be the same ... Look carefully at the check and see what you think you are buying. The employees are low qualified.

Totally NO hygiene care, fruits and vegetable are not fresh, poor staff they came directly to hire places where hygiene is required without trining. The previous management was properly managing. Do you believe most of the products are fresh cheaper in Spenny's and park and shop than in carrefour markets.

For first time its difficult for me to find this store since I was coming from back side of Bahar Building 5 nearer to Hilton. The store is okay but What i observed is more discount was there in big one's for eg I went to Mall of Emirates and in there the Carrefour Store was big and more products.

Variety of products and good service. I had couple of mixed up products at the counter and the cashier helped me and sorted it all by herself without me feeling any pressure. My experience with carrefour branches is always great no matter which country am I in. Thank you Carrefour team.

Best Carrefour in all Dubai Marina and JBR area,always fresh vegetables and fruits.Plenty choice of products.And most important that it’s very clean and organized.Not compare to Careffour in Murjan area.Managment needs really look in to it as it’s mess.Although stuff is very friendly.

My Husband and I recently went to Dubai and were recommended the Carrefour supermarkets by a family member, if we wanted to get snacks and drinks etc. Definitely good value for money and there always seems to be one around.

A nice medium sized market on the edge of town, bigger that a baqa'alah, but smaller than a regular Carrefours. Not bad Besides, It was the only place in Palm Jumerieh that I could afford to eat at.

This carrefour is a small tuck shop and has a little bakery with some pastries and such. They have self checkouts and regular tills as well. Good to grab a few odds and ends

Nice supermarket with of course all well-known products and brands where you can do your shopping as you are used to. The place to go with everything you need close by.

Not the biggest outlet but you will get most daily use stuff. Well stocked. Great selection of produce. Staff was friendly. Self check out counter there too.
