The location is very good and practical, but unfortunately I witnessed very poor service from the attendants who were there on 10/05 at approximately 5:30 pm. I believe they could be more tactful in providing guidance on original and alternative medicines.

Management allows people to enter without a mask during the pandemic. Lack of responsibility, only thinks about profit. I went in the afternoon on 04/09/2021 and there was a guy without a mask buying. And they didn't do or say anything.

The Carrefour Passo d'Areia pharmacy is very varied and complete, however, when it comes to the service provided by the pharmacist (dark and fat man) he is unfriendly and shows no interest in sales.

Worst pharmacy in Porto Alegre for tele delivery. They accept the order, the amount is deducted from the card and it takes MORE THAN AN HOUR TO CANCEL the medicine order. Don't ask.

I like the practicality of being within the market, but they leave something to be desired when it comes to the human aspect. My wife was discriminated against for being mulatto!
