It's okay as far as stadiums go. The physical design is fine, and the 300 level gets you access to air conditioned sections where you can watch the game on tv in the event of rain, or if you just want to stretch your legs. Getting into the stadium is typically a nightmare because gate access is limited and the mob crams into lines that are supposed to be for various sections, but aren't well advertised nor are they enforced. Add security screening, and you typically have a 10 minute wait just to get in, so this can definitely be improved. The real let down is the food service once inside - its not great, the beer selection is poor (Budweiser, Miller, Bud Light) with no options for any of Charlotte's great local breweries, and prices are typically high. On game days, you can usually grab a couple hot dogs at St. Peter's on Tryon St before heading into the stadium for a fraction of the cost of a hot dog inside. Also, if you sit on the north side, you are typically in the sun, and in the shade for the south side, so a hot day can get hotter, or a cold day colder, depending on where you sit.
Whoever is working the store this afternoon seriously needs to work on their customer etiquette. My husband and I are on a road trip from texas, He has been a fan of the Panthers his whole life. We went out of our way to stop in Charlotte to take pictures of the stadium and decided to drop by the team shop. As I said, we are road tripping so we are dressed accordingly. The guy working basically shadowed us the whole time and was passive aggressive everytime he spoke, treated us like we were shoplifters or something. I literally hate that we stopped in the store because of how sad it made my husband, he was so looking forward to this and the stop at the store just left a bad taste in our mouths. What a way to ruin someone's experience of a place.
It is pretty awesome that we the people can be involved with our team, The Panthers and our awesome #1 quarterback Wam Bam Cam, He is the man. But the whole team is a team effort, and I love them all for that, and I pray for all those that has to be out of this coming game tomorrow, they surely will be missed because they are a team effort like I said, one without the other makes it hard for the others, so it will make the other team mates have to work a little harder, but my prayers will be with you all.
Understand securiry but the ACC championship access to the game should cost people their jobs. They are only letting one in at a time, again understand security but half the stadium is waiting on a un prepared stadium staff. No direction and only two police officers at the main gate. They have created a drunk angry mob outside the stadium. The police are standing back and watching the action outside the gate, both of them. Pothetic security and organization.
Extremely busy as is to be expected but the staff was extraordinary! Beyond friendly, welcoming, and professional. They never stopped greeting everyone with a smile, worked tirelessly to stock every item they had available, and answered every question thrown at them. Definitely the most friendly staff I've ever dealt with of the several professional sporting events I've been to. Worth visiting just to interact with the crew!
Love it! Great selection of Panthers gear for fans of all ages! This is where I do my Christmas and birthday shopping. The store is open during the week if you don't like dealing with the game crowd. I usually go at lunch during the week. I like that I can park on Mint Street right in front of the team store and use the entrance that's outside of the stadium.
Excellent facility. Relatively comfortable seating. Staff is normally helpful but keeps any nonsense from unruly people under control. Not a bad view in the building. Scoreboards and audio system are phenomenal. Security policies for NFL games are very restrictive, but they are set by the NFL for all teams, not under the control of this stadium's staff.
Easy stadium to get to since it's in the city. Would recommend staying at Westin, it was a quick 10min walk. The staff was friendly and easy to navigate around. We didn't park but heard that it's tough to find. Tailgating was alot of fun. They have just enough bars in walking distance. Really like the augmented VR panther
A little pricey (as expected), but that didn’t stop us from spending our money!!!!! The store is clean & the Staff was super friendly!!! Tons of awesome Panther’s Attire, Collectibles, Stuffed Animals, & etc. Will definitely go back, next time we visit. I forgot to ask if they do Military Discounts, though.
Omg I went round the merry go round on the streets trying to find the parking for this place that’s located apparently between the honeywell building and team store on S mint. I can’t rate the store - I’m sure it’s great. I just went around for 20 mins trying to find the curb parking and left ♀️ …
Went to stadium concert there. No one to help you find your entrance to stadium. Very chaotic. If this is your first time like us it makes for a frustrating start to something fun. We drove 400 miles to attend this concert. The plus was they kept up with keeping place clean including bathrooms
I was in Carolina on a 2 hour layover and am a lifelong panther fan. Decided to go here and got to the store at 3:55. This rude lady told me the store is closed and I’m now considering switching teams. I just wanted to look around for 10 minutes. This place doesn’t treat fans very good.
I'm a Syracuse ny area girl, but I've been a Panther girl 20 yrs,I've been there 1-14,but such a great improvement. ...Hey,gotta say, this season was the ride of my life WOW talk about perfection. After being a 20 yr fan I did stay true100% it's gonna come but it need the same fire, power
Beautiful stadium, policies and staff were a little too strict on some things such and not allowing me to take baby bag in even after I showed them the diapers, wipes, food and bottles were all that was in there which made it uncomfortable but other than that good time!
Great deal on jerseys yesterday, 25% off. I found leggings on a mannequin I liked, but there were no more available in store and the lady working went out of her way to take the last pair off the mannequin so that I could purchase them. Awesome customer service!
Was charged multiple times for basic concession stand transactions. Tried to call the BofA customer service people for Panther Stadium and they were clueless how to handle it. NEVER use your credit card if you ever go here. Only pay with cash. Just ridiculous.
Lots of football and soccer clothing and tchotchkes. Very nice staff. Parking is almost nonexistent. Staff said there’s parking on Mint St, in front of the store, until 4pm, but the signs don’t say that or else the print is too small to read from your car.
Only 4 entrances. Took more than 45 minutes to enter the stadium. VERY Dangerous. People could have been trampled easily and if there had been any kind of event outside the stadium thousands could have been impacted. I will Never go back to this stadium.
Nice stadium however when I went it was cold and rainy and the stadium was at best, 20% occupied. The vast majority of the seats were unoccupied and yet they were very strict on us sitting in the seat we paid for. It would have made more
Charlotte is definitely a soccer city. 75,000 fans is more than most European matches! Great atmosphere, tons of fun, great opportunity to see world soccer stars! Chicharito played for LA Galaxy in Charlotte FC's inaugural home match!
What would be cool is to have a "willy wonka" type experience...random tickets have a gold holigram entitling holder to a cat's meow suite experience (parking, locker room and then to a suite, seating, food, video, merchandise (NFL))
Me and my best friend went to the stadium tour to see motely crue def leppard poison and Joan Jett..omg this concert was legendary and we had the absolutely best time ever ..won't ever forget thar concert!!!history in the making..
This is a great club store with a huge variety of Panthers apparel and collectibles, including jerseys and sweater and hats and jackets. Great staff and open on weekdays and GameDay. Highly recommended, but parking is difficult.
Awesome service by the staff. Only issue, merch is a little pricey. I walked out spending $140 on some decals, a cooling headband, a pin, and two scarves. And the season ticket holder discount isn't applicable in store yet.
Well organized and staffed. Not a long wait to get through security though they were very thorough. Very friendly to opposing team fans, bathrooms were ok. Be prepared for the weather and the sun as there is no canopy.
The store has been taken over by the soccer team, I was here 6 years ago and it was amazing the amount of panther stuff. Drove from Wisconsin to spend time in the city to be disappointed in the lack of Panther Pride.
The experience at a Panthers game is very good. I still believe there is much more that could be done to enhance the stadium, the entertainment in between quarters, the food and the atmosphere in general.
Not as nice as some of the newer stadiums in the league, but it was clean with lots of food choices. My seat was comfortable, and had a good view despite being in an end zone. Too bad the packers lost!
Expensive, but quality merchandise. It was raining so we didn't purchase, but I now know what the online merchandise looks like. Great placement in BoA stadium, as well. It was easy to find the store.
Didn't have all i was expecting wish the owner of this team would stop inputting his two cents into a game he has no clue about this team deserves more the fans deserve better #pantherpride #tillidie
Been a fan since we were selected as the 29th NFL franchise in 93. The stadium and the team have come a long way. All the renovations are awesome, can't wait for next season when we repeat!!
Not a Panthers fan but my wife is. I was not impressed by the selection of items. There were no novelties only shirts and jerseys. No outdoor items, car decals, or collectables.
We LOVE our Carolina Panthers! We absolutely love the Panthers store! Very friendly staff who go above and beyond for a customer...just like the Carolina Panthers …
We got tickets tho the VIP section, so during halftime, we got to go get warm and drink hot cocoa. We got panther coffee mugs, we're still using. Great experience!
Cool store with a big selection. Can be very busy and tight on game days and on busy weeks, but still cool to visit. Open even when the rest of the stadium isn’t.
The Carolina Panthers team store is open all year round not just during football season! It’s a neat little place to go and get some really cool Panthers gear!
Clearly says on the website order now, get by xmas, my item apparently is not available. I dont work well with false advertisement. wont be buying from them
Great year even though we lost to Denver game was rigged in favor of Denver but congrats making it to super bowl 50 we will be back next year keep pounding
It was a fan experience for my husband. He purchased merchandise & took a lot of pictures. His experience, not mine lol. No pictures taken by me sorry!
Awesome, wish it was open now. Miss my trips to bank of america stadium. Very pleasant and a little pricey, but well worth it for authentic nfl gear.
The store was nice, but it is too small for game day crowds. They need to expand or figure out how to better move people through the store.
Great team store, good variety, a bit pricey but most of this stuff is the same price wherever you go. A great stop for a fan in the area.
Great selection of merchandise! I am sure you could get it cheaper online, but nothing beats the appeal of an actual team store!
I LOVE The Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Soccer team (not sure of their name yet, lol) but the prices here are OUTRAGEOUS
Awesome place. Super busy during game days but quiet during the week. If you have the option, visit any day but game day!
All levels accessible to food and restrooms. The stadium was clean. Restrooms were clean, and staff was seen wiping down
Great stadium! Great team. Proud of you guys! Don't Let yesterdays loss Get into ur head. Still number f'ing 1 to me!
The staff was proactive in helping us find what we were looking for. Great experience and great selection of merch.
Great experience. Stadium was very nice! Merchandise choices very limited ( buy your Panthers apparel elsewhere. )
Overall the first ever NFL stadium I ever been to was surreal, just wished they did tours like other teams.
All the stuff in this place is garbage. Terrible colors, stupid logo and high prices. Nobody likes cats.
Loved it!!! Panthers game. The staff was well organized and everything went as planned. Ample restrooms.
Beautiful stadium. Easy to navigate. Not a bad seat in the house. Easy parking great game team sucks
Prices are just as high as anywhere else and you can't turn around without running into someone.
Great selection to be a super fan. Staff was helpful and got me geared up for wins all season.
Attended a concert and had a blast. If you like alcohol bring lots of money way overpriced
So much different merchandise for panthers! The have sections for men, women and children.
Our first time there. It was a great experience especially watching our Cowboys win!!
It is an easy walk from downtown and has plenty of parking at an affordable price.
Never had a bad experience here and can always feel the atmosphere walking around!
If you have not been to KEEP POUNDING you need to do it this season! Let's Go!
Everything Carolina you could ever possibly imagine is available here!!
Packed team store, lots of cool stuff. Rowded because of yhe game!
Love a good sale! Staff are always pleasant and friendly
Now 40% off for some stuffs I got a cap and scaff by 50
Expensive but that's expected. Very nice place.
A memory with my family i will never forget.
Excellent atmosphere. Soccer or footballer.
Definitely should put on your bucket list!
Solid selection, steep prices!
Had a great time at the game
It was ok. People are rude
Can you say "expensive"???
