Bad service. Very disappointed because I was hoping to try a new salon and actually like it. I had to wait a long time despite having an appointment. I got in the chair 2 hours later. Stylist was talking and left to tend to another client while she left my hair with half relaxer for almost 15 minutes!! She showed no concern if it was it itching or burning . I was so scared half of my hair will fall out because you are not supposed to leave relaxer in for that long. But she was too busy to care. On top of that I was overcharged despite bringing in my own relaxer that I bought and paid for. So $65 is crazy. I usually pay $40-50 at other salons. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT MY OWN RELAXER. I honestly want my money back. I don’t plan to do any future services here. That was my first and last time. Im so upset , this literally ruined my day. My hair came out decent but the damage to it is DONE. On top of her leaving me under a very hot dryer for an hour while she was with other clients, I know all the heat must’ve done even more damage to my hair. She eveb turned it on higher after 30 mins. It was just not a pleasant or welcoming experience for me. Please keep in mind that if you care for the health and treatment of your hair you might want to reconsider this place. Also note that the appointment booking online is not accurate either. I made an appointment for 1 and wasn’t seen till 3. To make my horrible experience even worse I was overcharged.

Let me just … ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ !! Listen , I don’t have any experience bleaching and dying and doing highlights to my hair and this is the first salon I go to to take that risk . Let me tell y’all the lady did a great job. The dedication, the patience and the perseverance this Woman had for my hair is just whewww. Mind you I don’t have regular soft straight here , I’m a curly headed frizzy girl but the lady at the salon did her thang okayyy. Personally I suggest going early in the AM to do your hair here because since they take their time I’m telling you they take their time but it is all worth it in the end. Prices are soooo like not expensive. This is my first salon experience ever and I’ll be coming back. They slayed my tips , my highlights and straightened my hair all for less than $100.cmon now. They have earned a loyal true customer PS. Carmen didn’t do my hair it was some other lady whom I forgot to ask for her name.

Wow!!! I can't say enough about this salon! The hairstylists only speak Spanish but they are so sweet and they are very professional! I came in on a rainy Friday morning for a wash and set. I have very thick, curly long hair and the stylists did an excellent job! I don't use perms, I haven't in 15 years...they washed and deep conditioned my hair. Then I got a roller set. After the roller set they blew my hair out, flat ironed and trimmed my ends. Altogether I paid $50, and almost a week later it still looks amazing and hasn't frizzed up due to the fall weather! Don't hesitate to stop by this salon, you get your money's worth plus more!!! Thank you for the amazing service, I will definitely be back soon!

Very disappointed. It went under "new ownership no longer Carmen" but I wanted to give it a chance. My hair coloring by Marisol was fine but the girl that was blowing out my hair seem inexperienced and does not respect people's time. She lied and said she didn't know about my having to leave by 620-30pm after almost 4 hrs and her coworker told her she was not telling the truth because she told her. She was not finished by almost 7pm when I had to grab a cab because I was running late to a meeting. I never had bad service like this before. Very inconsiderate no discount either. I have never complained in my life about a salon ever. After 10pm I had to visit a friend to rectify the issue.

I literally googled the best hair salon to go to in the Bronx and this hair salon was one of the ones with the most stars and best reviews so I took a chance and Uber myself to the salon with my daughter. I freaking love this place! My daughter has really thick curly, frizzy hair and she came out of that place with her hair straighter than I have ever seen it! We used the hair mask that she recommended us and our hair came out so beautiful, looking healthy and full of life like I don’t even know what to say! They are so friendly and welcoming. We talked and laugh and they even offered me some coffee… I am truly grateful and will absolutely be coming back! Love this place!

Carmen has been doing my hair for years she knows my type of hair and always does an amazing job she is a humble and amazing woman of many talents. Josie is also very talented she has been working on my mothers hair & let me tell you my mother always leaves satisfied , I also had the pleasure of letting Josie dye my hair into this beautiful pink color & saved me from a disaster I did at home lol thanks ladies they are the best !!!! As a first timer there it was very clean,and Carmen greeted me herself which was a warm welcome. I had my 3 girls with me as it was my birthday so it was a girl's day. She was super sweet with my girls even let them sit on the salon chairs. I had highlights done with wash and set. The wash was amazing and she gave me a treatment for free because it was my birthday. She cut my hair in layers. The highlights came out the exact color I wanted. Overall I was very pleased with her performance and work. Definitely recommend.

I found this place online and decided to go after looking at the reviews and seeing the photos. First time here the place is very clean, people who work there were very friendly . I took my daughter for her first time to get her hair done in the salon. My daughter has thick, long hair . The lady took her time my daughter's hair came out amazing she was very happy with results. Carmen did my hair it came out amazing so worth it. She took her time and made sure I was happy. I definitely recommend this salon.

I told the owner what I wanted and I received it. Very satisfied and happy. I had highlights done on the front and cut it to A-line Bob. Before and after pictures are added to show the great job the owner of the hair salon did. The price was very reasonable and not that bad. The hairstylist speaks mostly Spanish but does understand and speak some English.

I’ve had many not-so-great hair experiences across various salons but I’m glad I came across this place! I absolutely LOVE how my highlights turned out and the staff’s dedication to getting my hair to the desired end result I’ll definitely come back here again I whole heartedly trusted Carmen and her stylist’s with my hair anytime again️

Carmen was very polite and attentive. My teen daughter wanted a specific hairstyle and Carmen went out her way to make sure she got what she wanted. My daughter was very pleased with her new haircut and style. I would definitely recommend her and will be returning.
