It's almost never too busy, except maybe on weekdays at lunchtime when highschool kids are there. There's a US Bank and a Credit Union (don't remember which one), Porkyland, Oggi's, an Acai place, a sushi restaurant, and a liquor store that has a small selection of South African/English food. You can take the stairs or elevator in the back to go to the Highlands.

Nice small shopping center with a variety of shops and a unique sushi place. They also have a very personalized pharmacy which does compounding. The Oggi's offers sports fans a chance to grab pizza and watch the game. You also find the San Diego credit Union here if you need to take out money from an ATM.

A beautiful shopping mall that is kept very clean and has a little bit of everything. They don't hold back when it comes to decorating for the holiday season. I'm about a 1/2 hour from this location but I will definitely drive up again.

Go there every morning to pray to the gods...waaaay too many dentist offices:) and still many many empty suits... otherwise it is very well kept. Looks like the Triple Net (NNN) is actually used well.

Wishing there were more tall green shade trees. Right now it feels more like Carmel City Plaza

Einstein bagels is great. Same about Rubio. Sammis pizza is not the same as it used to be...
