I'm writing this review on behalf of my whole family. Which includes: my mom's dad's and my owns experience. I started using this dental services around over 6 years ago. I really like the location, plenty of parking spots. Right in the center of Bartram, very convenient. The office is very clean, the staff is usually friendly especially the financial crew. I had many procedures done here in the past and it was always a success with minimal painful experience. As for my dad's implants, it was more complicated, we started out with the bridge crown recommended by Dr. Carlson, but that didn't last so we had to upgrade to the permanent implant crowns. Which was more expensive but Dr. Carlson was understanding enough to give us a discount on it. It's been a year and he is about to receive his implants crown, since it took 6 months for the crews to be installed and stabilized. My mom's case is also a bit complicated, she had a root canal done a few months ago, also performed by Dr. Carlson, and he placed a crown on top of the tooth. But the new crown was not comfortable and kept on cutting into my mom's tongue and inner mouth resulted in blisters. So we came back multiple times to get it correct but unable to. Today we came in for Dr. Maurice to put in a whole new crown. Im hoping it will work out this 2nd time. Wish us luck this time around! :) ‐----‐--- 04-04-2018-------- I've been coming here for the past 2 years and always had a great experience. My recent teeth cleaning and x-ray wasn't too uncomfortable so that wonderful. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and honest. She was so thorough with the cleaning and able to remove my coffee stains, which was awesome. Sadly the hygienist is leaving the company in 8 weeks, otherwise I would love to have her for my next cleaning appointment. The front desk girls are always sweet too. They usually offer water or toothbrush while im waiting in the lobby. I usually don't have to wait long for my appointment, on average is 15-30 minutes. My last experience with the fill-ins was pleasant, the dentist was gentle and quick. They take all dental insurance and I usually don't have to pay for my cleaning services or x-rays unless I get extra done. It's nice when they send a reminder card a week prior to my appointment. I love how clean, modern and organized the facility and staff here, and would recommend them.

I debated between 1 or 2 stars and ultimately, decided on the lowest rating possible. If you’re going in for a cleaning, you’ll be fine. It’s the advanced dentistry experience that made me leave the practice. A few years ago, I saw Dr Lee for a crown replacement where I ended up returning THREE different times to have the new crown fit right. On the third visit, I felt that he gave up in a sense and settled for the subpar crown. It still didn’t fit quite right and the gap between the adjacent tooth was enlarged compared to my former crown. Miraculously, CDG’s crown managed to stay put for about six years. That changed when it started to get loose recently, which caught me by surprise given that my former crown of over a decade (different dentist) had no issues before the crack. At this point I already switched dentists, however, I decided to see if CDG was able to repair the crown to minimize out-of-pocket cost. Upon my exam, Dr. Lee finagles with the loose crown until I suddenly felt a stern grip on it. He was trying to tear the loose crown off. Not once was I informed of the dental plan nor included on this decision. The exam was stopped promptly. Long story short, Dr Lee wasn’t able to re-seal the crown. Rightfully so, my new dentist took care of the crown replacement. It was only after the loose CDG crown was removed when the ineptitude was exposed. The substance used to fill the area to prep a crown was overfilled to the point that never gave the new crown a standing chance to correctly form a bond. My current dentist and dental assistant were both amazed at the crude work executed. It’s safe to say I will continue my business elsewhere and not recommend this practice.

Horrible experience. Find a dentist that is honest about pricing. I have been a patient at the Bartram Park office for over 5 years. I recently visited the location to have 3 fillings done. I was provided pricing after a cleaning and scheduled the appointment for a few weeks out. I went in for the fillings and was charged $377.24 for the 3 fillings. About 2 weeks later I received an EOB from my provider that listed the total at $133.60. I called the office to inquire as to why the amounts were different and was told that the extra amounts would not show up on my EOB because Carlson Dentistry uses a "newer form of technology" that the insurance companies do not recognize and that the $279.00 difference would not show up on my EOB because insurance companies do not recognize it nor cover it. I was also told that I should have been advised that they would be utilizing this "new technology" and that I should have been given the opportunity to opt out if I chose. I was NEVER given the opportunity to opt out nor was I advised that this was a "new technology" that I would be directly charged for that would not be covered under my insurance. I will not be returning to this office and I would advise anyone to steer clear from this place. It is COMPLETELY dishonest for any healthcare provider to charge someone directly for what they describe as "new technology". This place is a scam and they are completely dishonest. If you do happen to continue to go, PLEASE be overly diligent when provided ANY sort of billing information as they will provide ZERO empathy or help after the fact. What a joke.

Phenomenal experience! It's unfortunate that my first appointment with Carlson Dental Group was an urgent matter. However, perhaps that's what made this review 5 Star worthy! And deserving of the long explanation. It happened! I had a filling pop out in the middle of the Holiday Season! I was referred to Carlson Dental by a friend. I expected to call and be advised that no appointments were available (since it was Dec. 29). To my surprise they were able to see me that same day! Getting there was relatively simple. The office was easy to locate. The office was clean and modern. Upon check in, I was greeted with a warm smile, welcoming tone and even offered a bottled water (this surprised me because it was the end of the day). That whole essence continued throughout my whole visit: the office staff were professional and courteous! I was seen shortly after arriving. During the visit everything was detailed to me without being rushed. They were even able to do the small fix that same office visit! The doctor and assistant were thorough. The doctor made great effort to make sure I was comfortable. In addition he communicated every step of the process. The assistant worked so well with him. I was impressed with how well the office connected with each other. I've never experienced that level of courtesy and respect shared in the office. Each staff member regarded each other with manners (please, thank you, sir/ ma'am). My expectations have a much higher standard now. I'm grateful to the doctor and staff that made this experience remarkable! Thank you!

First, ambience - from the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you're at a spa rather than going in for a dental cleaning. Calming music, lighting, aromatherapy, comfortable seating and a sweet and efficient receptionist who always offers a bottle of water (cold or room temp - your choice). Second, new technology - Leave it to Dr. Carlson and his staff to thoughtfully utilize the latest and best treatments available. Cutting edge dentistry at its finest! Third, the people (this should be first!). From the moment you step in until the minute you leave, it's clear that patient relations are top priority. Each of the dental hygienists I've had has been very nice, gentle and thorough (shout-out to Heather!). I've had dental work done by Dr. Carlson and Dr. Le - both are very professional, easy to talk to and most importantly, they listen to their patients. My dental assistant, Shannon, was incredibly gentle - she knows how to make you feel comfortable while making sure everything runs smoothly. Even Keke at the check-out desk helped sweeten check-out with some humor. Dr. Carlson knows what it takes to run a dental practice the right way, using the best equipment and technology available and surrounding himself with the finest staff.

My first appointment I got there and whoever I had an appointment with could not be there, the front office gave me a Starbuck's gift card for the extra few minutes I had to wait for someone else to come in to see me. This was a very nice and considerate gesture. When I got into the room my hygienist was very friendly and we talked the entire time. It had been a while since going to the dentist and she made me a lot more comfortable being there because how nice and genuine she was. The entire staff that I came in contact was very nice and pleasant to be around. I loved the clean and tasteful design of the office; it made me feel a lot more comfortable and at home than any doctors/dentist office I have ever been too. I would definitely say that if you do not currently have a favorite dentist, or you are looking to upgrade, Carlson Dental Group should be your first choice. It was truly a great experience, and that's saying a lot because who really likes going to the dentist. I'm so fortunate I was introduced to Carlson by my family, this group is my first choice when anyone ever asks for my opinion in picking a dentist. Thanks for the good energy and smiles! :)

Excellent practice! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but this group makes the whole experience better. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists themselves, to the check-out staff, everyone is warm and friendly- even at 7 AM! I’ve had two of the dentists and several different hygienists over my 4-5 visits there, so there is a little lack of consistency, but all of them have been great. I have only had routine cleanings, so I cannot comment on any other dental work done by this practice, but even during the cleanings, the staff is completely honest and transparent. They identify “watch areas” which have the potential for turning into cavities and give you the steps to take to keep this from happening. They are very conservative and give you the chance to reverse any damage before subjecting you to a filling, which is a welcome change from my previous dentist, who filled all watch areas as soon as they were identified. Overall, fantastic group and I would highly recommend!

Truly a first rate dental group who has handled my dental needs with efficient information and first class service. During one of my dental appointment, I had a unexpected reaction to the nitrous oxide, The staff's professional reaction and care during this episode was simply outstanding. Sarah, my dental hygienist, closely monitored my vitals and Dr. Murray provided detailed tracking information and written report. Their efforts were vital to my specialist doctors at Mayo Clinic being able to investigate the cause and provided the specific guidance for future dental procedures. The entire staff was calm and ensured that I was medically okay to return home after the procedure. This kind of service is what all medical offices should provide, regardless of the specific practice or medical specialty. I highly recommend Carlson Dental Group for dental procedures and I can only say thank you for their care and medical expertise in dealing with my dental work.

I've always hated going to the dentist. Until I found Carlson Dental Group. The staff is exceptional and does a wonderful job of always making me feel comfortable and welcome. They really focus on the details. Every time I stop in, they offer me a bottle of water while I wait, and always make themselves available to eagerly answer any of my questions. The tools they work with are state-of-the-art. The advanced equipment and lasers make any and all procedures so much more enjoyable and stress free, which has always been my biggest concern. I've personally seen Dr. Cavka and staff for my routine cleanings and teeth whitening, and Dr. Rice for orthodontic procedures, and they all continue to do a superior job. I couldn't be happier with my smile! If you are considering a new dentistry, reviews are a great way to help make the right decision and I think you will find that Carlson Dental Group is the right one.

I had not been to the dentist in a very long time, mostly due to my overwhelming FEAR! I received the Carlson Dental Group postcard in the mail and finally made an appointment! The office is absolutely stunning, and I can't rave enough about my hygienist, Sarah! From her introduction and tour of the office she was kind, friendly, and professional. She sensed my fear immediately and knew exactly what to say! Needless to say after putting my visit off for so long, I did need quite a bit of work... However, Lisa from the office staff sat down with me and explained all of my options and addressed all of my questions with patience. Dr. (Roshen) Patel and his assistants could not have been more friendly and gentle. I was able to get all of my work done in one visit! I would recommend this dental practice 10 times over to anyone that shares my fear, or just anyone in general! Thank you Carlson Dental!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! If you have any worries about the dentist, this is the place for you! Brittany was my hygienist, she was so warm and kind. Answered any questions I had and made sure to explain everything in a way that I could understand. The front desk coordinator was also very kind and helpful with all my paperwork etc as I was a new patient. Dr Murray did my exam and was amazing! He was extremely warm and friendly, asked me questions about dental history, really covered his bases. They even were familiar with my connective tissue disorder and asked me questions about that! Above all else, that made a huge difference to me. I literally called yesterday to make an appointment and they got me scheduled for today. Within 24 hours. I’ve never had a dentist accommodate me that quickly. This team deserves all the appreciation they can get!

I'm one of those people that really dreads going to the dentist. After reading reviews, I finally decided to make an appointment with Carlson Dental Group (Bartram Park Office), and I am glad I did. The facility is top notch, and more importantly, so is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I ended up needing to have a crown and root canal done. Dr. Patel, Mauricio and Heather did everything they could to make the experience as painless and anxiety free as possible (I barely felt a thing when they were working on my tooth!), and I am very appreciative of that. I can honestly say that after going to their office, I will no longer hesitate to go to the dentist again. Of course everyone will experience different things, but in my opinion, Carson Dental group is definitely worth the consideration if you are looking for a new dentist.

I love this dental group! I generally only go in for cleanings, and they are always very thorough, with several different evaluations to check for abnormalities or gingivitis risk, etc. When I did have to have crown work, Dr. Carlson was awesome in handling my increased sensitivity to pain (I have dual nerve endings that need to be treated separately to completely numb me). I never felt anything and that's just the way I want my dentist visits to be! :) My husband has had more extensive work and loves Dr. Carlson and his team as well - they are very good at ensuring you know exactly what's going on, but don't feel any pain. They are also excellent at providing up front treatment plans which let you know exactly what your insurance will cover and what you may need to pay. Then you can plan accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience at Carlson dental could not have been better. I was welcomed into a luxurious waiting room where I was offered a bottle of water while I filled out my initial paper work. Then before my appointment was given a full tour of the office which was the most beautiful dentist office I have ever seen. The rooms were clean and professional while being comfortable at the same time. Once it was time for my appointment I was asked several questions about my background to get a feel for me as a patient. Then I was given a personalized gift bag! I couldn't believe it. The whole experience from the cleaning to x-rays to simply sitting in the chair and watching tv during my appointment was incredible! The prices were reasonable and the staff was extremely professional. I highly recommend Carlson Dental to anyone in the area.

From the first time I called to schedule an appointment to my actual visit I have been very satisfied. Everyone was very professional and they kept to their appointment time! (With 2 kids and a husband to get home to moms know this is critical and usually unheard of). While at my visit they were very kind and not pushy. I had a great check up and cleaning and the doctor was very personable. I highly recommend this office if you want to go somewhere where you are seen on time and they are friendly. It is nice to go to a place for the first time and you really feel they are trying to earn and keep your business. Great job to whomever staffed that office! They must have great team member engagement to operate at the level that they do...the Publix of dentists I would say. ;-)

Please pay attention to all the 1 star reviews on this page for your own good! The dental profession is one of the most unregulated industries out there in the market. The Carlson do a great job of marketing and have nice facilities, however they sole purpose is to charge "extra and quiet frankly unnecessary" warranties and protections. I was told I was needing 4 fillings. I did not believe this was the case. I went to a respectable family owned dental practice (Drs. Levin & Fetner) and actually only needed two fillings. They also told me a routine check up would not cost anything out of pocket as it was covered by my insurance. They have been sending me a bill for months, which is completely unethical. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Carlson Dental Group for about a year now, and can honestly say this is the most satisfied I've ever been with a dental practice. I am always impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the entire staff; they are consistently friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make their patients feel welcome. The hygienists and doctors have always been willing to take the time needed to discuss any questions and concerns I've had, and I also appreciate how up-front they are with their billing policies by offering a one-on-one consult to review potential charges before your procedure takes place. I would definitely recommend their practice to anyone looking for a dentist in the Bartram Springs area.

What a great experience I have had with the Carlson Dental Group! There is so much I can say as I have been coming to them since 2014. I would like to personally acknowledge Dr. Murray and his Dental Assistant Jeanette, these two are super knowledgeable, very detailed, personable and honest. They truly love what they do and it shows! I can appreciate a perfectionist of one’s craft, especially when it comes to facial aesthetics and what’s best for the patient. The results I received in a recent cosmetic procedure were beyond what I ever expected. Besides the great smile I left with, the experience left the greatest impact. I am not a fan of going to the dentist and before I came to Carlson Dental Group, it had been at least three years since my previous visit. I'm so glad I started coming here. The office is very nice and very high tech. I typically see Amy for my cleanings and she is so nice and GENTLE!! I used to leave the dentist in pain after a basic cleaning, but not anymore since coming to Carlson. I also had two cavities filled and I was impressed by how quickly the procedure took. They numbed me up so good that it took a good part of the day to get the feeling back, but I didn't feel the procedure, which is what matters! They also run on time and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes after checking in at the front desk.

Today was my first time visiting Carlson Dental Group at the Bartram Park Blvd location. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. My overall experience was very pleasant . My front tooth was broken, so my previous dentist said that my only option was to get a crown, which I refused. I wanted a second opinion, so I did my research and found Dr. Carlson's practice. Dr Carlson did an excellent job, I could not believe how good my tooth turned out . I give the doctor five stars . He is very knowledgeable. Both the doctor and his assistance Cindy have a lot of patience. They were never in a rush until the job was done. I can't stop looking at my tooth...Amazing job! ..Lili Demiranda.

I know most people don't like to visit the dentist. I had an unexpected visit this morning because my crown broke. I called the office last night and was able to get an appointment at 9 this morning. Dr. Carlson was able to replace the crown right away. The staff was polite, kind, compassionate and professional. Everyone is so nice from the minute I walked in the door and given a cold bottle of water until the time I left. Jackie and Grace did a fantastic job of taking care of me (especially the numbing process!!) and Patrice is always wonderful and pleasant. Dr. Carlson is the best and so is his entire staff. Thank you for making what could have been a bad experience very pleasant.

People are shocked whenever I tell them that I LOVE going to the dentist! I tell them it's all because Carlson Dental Group takes such great care of me!! I've been coming here for about 2 1/2 years now and I have had consistently wonderful service! Margo is the best hygienist and always leaves me with a beautiful smile! Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. In addition to the wonderful people here, I love the fact that everything I need is under one roof! They have dentists, oral surgeons, and they even have a wonderful orthodontist Dr. Rice! So needless to say, if you want to love coming to the dentist, come to Carlson Dental Group!!!

Let me just start by saying I have never been to a dental office as beautiful as this one. The atmosphere was elegant and truly regal. The staff here are also amazing. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and was immediately called to the back at my appointment time. I was then given the most thorough cleaning my mouth has ever received in 32 years. Jackie was amazing!!! She and Dr. Patel were very informative when assessing my x-rays and advising me on a care plan. They were also very welcoming and courteous. I definitely felt at home here. My experience today will probably make me a client for life!!! Please continue to do what you guys are doing!

I switched because of insurance, but will stay because of the service. Dr. Carlson and his staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. Our previous dentist said that our daughter needed fillings on newly erupted teeth. On getting a second opinion from the Carlson Dental Group, we were told there was no reason to suggest that was necessary. The are honest and upfront about procedures and costs. The office is state of the art and with the credentials that Dr. Carlson and his staff have, I wouldn't need to be "outsourced" to have procedures done like I have had at other dentists. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had the most rewarding pleasant experience than I have ever experienced at a dental office I called in a state of panic and got an appointment in the same day, also validated my parking I didn’t wait long at all upon my arrival wasn’t waiting at all and met the sweetest understanding hygienist ever Mrs. Patrice listen completed my information and then the best Dr. pleasant knowledge and very kind came in did my evaluation setup my referral to solve my issue so I can return. I will definitely return and already told my Best friend about them. Thank you all so much for easing my stress from the front desk to the examining room. Carol

Due to a traumatic childhood accident, I spent the first fifty years of my life with a severe dental phobia. Because of it, I avoided the dentist and neglected my teeth. Dr. Carlson started me on a treatment program with sedation dentistry. After three sedated visits, I began to overcome my fears with the help of Dr. Carlson and his kind staff. Over the course of two years, I’ve basically had a complete restoration of my teeth. I can smile and laugh without worrying about how my mouth looks for the first time in twenty years. I go in for frequent cleanings and maintenance now with calm confidence. I can not recommend highly enough!

First time at this dentist for xrays, exam, and cleaning. Office is very nice, clean, and everyone was very friendly and polite. This was absolutely the most thorough cleaning I’ve had in quite a few years. The hygienist got stains off between my front teeth that have been bugging me for years that nobody else apparently took the care and time to remove. She was gentle and thorough as well as very friendly! I only saw rhe dentist for an exam but he was also thorough and gentle and I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist. Extremely pleased and satisfied, thanks for a great experience at your office!

Sally and I are both new to the area and we received "invitations" to the Carlson clinic by mail. We love the very personal attention and I have had 3 recent appointments that were pain free and my cleaning and new crown look great. You won't be sorry you came to the best dental practice. Came in for my semi-annual cleaning, x-rays and regular exam. My hygienist Amy is a real gem. She pays strict attention to detail to make sure I get the right things done in the right sequence. She did a lot of work to get all the old records when I switched to Carlson Dental. Don't delay, check out the great care for yourself.

By far the best dentist that my husband and I have both ever gone to! We love both of the Carlson Dental Group locations in Jacksonville, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and the professionalism! Every visit we have had, we are always warmly welcomed, treated like a real person rather than just another patient, and everyone on the staff is so friendly! As someone who dreads going to the dentist, this is the first office I have ever been a patient at that I leave pleasantly surprised every time at how quick, easy, and gentle the hygienists are! 10/10 recommend Carlson Dental Group!

I am very particular about dentists (I've had some bad experiences in the past), and Carlson Dental Group is absolutely excellent. In addition to everyone in the office being incredibly friendly and professional, the quality of the teeth cleaning I received was fantastic. Instead of scraping the living daylights out of your teeth to get the plaque off, they use an ultrasonic scraper that is a heck of a lot gentler on your teeth but is just as effective at removing plaque. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of this practice - it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist!

I recently moved and had not yet established a dentist in the area when I had a crown come off of a front tooth. Carlson Dental was able to get me in the next day. I was put at ease by everyone from the moment I walked in. Dr. Murray reviewed everything and talked with me about various options. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and understood the potential results of each option. I'm very confident in the decision I made as the best for my long term dental health. While the reason hasn't been fun, I'm very glad I found Carlson Dental Group. Thanks!

I am a new patient and very impressed with my entire experience. From the minute you enter this well-maintained and pleasant office (Bartram Park), you are greeted with a friendly 'hello' and offered water and a toothbrush if you need them. Thy hygienist , Ashley did a thorough job ( while nie sort music plays in the background, while she explained each procedure and answered all of my questions as did Dr. Carlson when he did the final evaluation. I am very happy that I choose this office, as is my husband who has already had crown work done there. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Murray and the young lady that assisted him, Tyra, was patient and courteous. They answered all of my questions and didn't try to rush me. They made sure to take their time and do the work right and efficiently. Most importantly, they listened to me when I told them about what was going on and didn't treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I will most definitely be coming back. The atmosphere in the waiting room is very comfortable and comforting with beautiful music. The staff is excellent, they explain what they are doing, the sensation you might feel and extremely sensitive to your needs. Their focus is to make you feel comfortable while attending your dental needs. I have been multiple times over the past 2 years, each visit was very pleasant. The actual dental work performed has been the very best using all the latest technology. The only suggestion I would make would be to fabricate the porcelain crowns on site.

I recently started going to the Carlson Dental group. I love the personnel and professionals there. Everyone was keen on being patient and respectful to my needs. They actually spend time to explain things and also the different dental procedures available for me within the cost range I had in mind. The facility is extremely neat and clean as well and well equipped with technology. I loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the crew as dentist vistis make me very nervous and it is pertinent when getting any sort of dental work done for me.

I had a wonderful experience with Carlson Dental Group. I went to the practice at the Bartram Park location. The staff is very friendly and the office looks more like a spa! I can't recall her name, but the hygienist I saw was awesome and even gave me an awesome tip about cooking hard-boiled eggs in the oven (who knew you could do that?). I really liked the fact that they gave me a detailed quote for dental work I needed so that I would know what to expect for costs. I really appreciate the transparency. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Carson Dental Group. I went there for the first time today for the routine dental cleaning. The staff was very welcoming, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Carlson provided valuable insight and shared personal experience with regards to procedures I was interested in doing in the future. I am planning on returning there and have my next appointment already scheduled. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who seeks professional dental care and flexible appointment times.

The dentist has never been my favorite place to go to but the staff at Carlson Dental Group always puts my mind at ease. The several hygienists I've had throughout the years have always been pleasant and gentle. They make sure to ask me how I'm doing or feeling throughout my whole appointment. With my exams, Dr. Le has a calming way about him when he speaks to you and knows exactly how to explain dental terms and treatment in a way I understand. I would, without a doubt, bring my family and friends to this office!

I have been going to Carlson Dental Group for a couple years now and I'm so happy to have found them. For the first time in my life, I don't dread my dental appointments. From the minute I walk into the office, I feel calm and peaceful. The waiting area is serene and every member of the staff is friendly and professional. I can always get early morning appointments before work and I've never had to wait. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give Carlson Dental Group a try- you won't be disappointed!

I learned that a root canal had failed and I needed to have the tooth extracted and get an implant. I would recommend Carlson Dental to anyone! The office is almost spa like in the waiting area. The staff is always friendly and kind. I was able to make early appointments and was never kept waiting. Dr. Carlson is such a wonderful man! So kind and meticulous! I did not have insurance coverage for implant treatment but the price was lower than other Dentists and I was able to pay with each step of the process.

I have recently required some more extensive dental work along with my regular cleanings, so I have visited the Bartram Office frequently. I have been a patient of Carlson Dental Group since 2004. Unfortunately I have had a lot of dental work in my 55 years and these are absolutely the best dentists I have ever been to. I rarely ever wait more than a minute or two in the waiting room. The work they have done is five stars. The customer service is 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. I refer my family and friends to them. I would not want to try any other dentist. Why would I. I've got the best.

Dr Carlson and his staff were extremely helpful throughout my whole invisaline experiance. I was skeptical about getting invisaline at first because i had braces when i was younger and my teeth shifted back out of line as i grew older but when i saw the before and after photos it was well worth it! The process was slightly longer then expected so if you have a little bit of patience and trust, you will definitly be satisfied with the outcome as Dr Carlson is a perfectionist.

I had to get a crown done this morning. Dr Murray and Tyra is the assistant. I honestly didn't feel the shot. He's so gentle. Tyra was great in making my temporary . The office is very professional. I know they have 2 other Dentist there too. My mouth is getting the feeling back so it's not lasting 4 hours later. I'm so glad I found a dentist close by. I worked for a dentist in Yulee before we moved here. It was hard to find one that was good and gentle.

Old school dentist with high end technology. You will not feel like you are being sold products and services you do not need. This practice is how dentists should be - there for the care of their patients and not out to make extra money on upselling. The dentists care so much that they discussed my daughter’s chart and history together the night before her appointment to best prep for her particular diagnosis. I can’t say enough about this practice.

I have not been to the dentist in many years and have anxiety about it. The Carlson Group was very receptive to my concerns, and were friendly, professional, and honest with me as I had my first examination. A plan has been set and I can honestly say as nervous as I get at the dentist I am very thankful and fortunate to have this group as my dental care professionals. I look forward to continuing to be a patient of the Carlson Dental Group.

The way a dentist office should work is you have a set price, insurance will cover a percentage and the patient will cover the rest. What they do here is toggle and play with the numbers to overcharge regardless. If you get better insurance they simply raise the price on a certain procedure. I am saving 2,000 on a procedure because I happened to move to another state. You may be better crossing state lines to find a dentist in Georgia.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental chair. I had at least one cavity filled and two teeth prepped for crowns. The staff was very professional and they routinely checked to ensure I was comfortable during the three hour procedure. Afterwards, I was pleasantly surprised that I had no pain whatsoever from the shots or procedures. I can’t say enough about the quality of dental care I received during this visit.

I'm in my 40's and as of May this year, I had only been to a dentist twice so to say that I was reluctant is a huge understatement. The staff at Carlson are amazing. My hygienist went to great lengths and explained everything I wanted to know in great detail. The care and attention to detail is second to none. Carlson Dental Group has employees that are all very happy and smiley! They are all very courteous in making sure you have all that you need and were very nice at explaining everything to me and what my insurance covered and what not. The only thing was that the girl working was having difficulties with the xray machine so it took a little long but the end result was well! Very friendly and personable dental hygienists!

The Downtown Riverside Team is awesome. The entire team is knowledgeable and friendly. They really try to make your visit from start to finish as “painless” as possible, and that includes the office staff, whom could not be more helpful. The front desk lady was really nice and sweet. The doctor seemed okay but seemed eager too just send me off to another endodontist when they do that there. He said that the other Endo would be able to get in sooner, it's been about 2 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything anyways so it's laughable . Maybe the work on teeth is good but I won't know. Won't go back.

My recent visit to the Carlson Dental office was exceptional! Their office is without question the nicest, cleanest and most well equipped I have seen.
