Service was good, though expensive. My main issue is they’re pushing the Pharmacy Guild propaganda with dozens of posters against the 60-day prescription dispensing. Everyone knows 60-day dispensing benefits patients, especially those with ongoing and chronic medical conditions. The Pharmacy Guild is just mad that it means people come through their doors less frequently and buy fewer incidentals like paracetamol, jellybeans and homeopathic junk. Make no mistake, this campaign is not about us patients at all, but about a professional guild that is worried they’ll get less money from you. I know I won’t be returning the next time I need my prescription filled.

Fantastic pharmacy who give 5 star customer service and have the best staff. I've been using this pharmacy since moving to the area and it's the best pharmacy I've ever used. No matter where I've lived I've always had to be a regular pharmacy user due to being on medication, and they are the first pharmacy that knows and remembers my name and who I am when I walk in. I've never felt so welcomed and cared for by a pharmacy before. They are also so accepting of my assistance dog, and not just because they have to be, they genuinely love him. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I had an awful experience with a staff member "Nicole H" this morning. She took my prescription without a word and handed me the slip. I had to ask how long it would be and was told abruptly "10 minutes!" Once my prescription was ready, she told me the amount and that was it. I am totally blown away by her appalling attitude. If providing friendly customer service if too difficult then you are in the wrong profession Nicole!!!

Fantastic staff, caring, happy to spend time to explain. Cannot thank them more for their excellent service during Covid isolations. Able to efficiently give excellent customer service remotely and in person (when we weren't in isolation). Staff are community minded and super helpful and friendly. As a customer you are treated like a rural community member with staff remembering who you are and asking about your wellbeing. Genuine and caring. Pharmacists are both exceptional and more than willing to consult and provide options. Brilliant.

The staff at this chemist are extremely friendly and more importantly knowledgeable they always found the time to recommend the right treatments for me I am now moving away from the area and will surely miss this level of service. A sincere thank you to all the staff.

I have used Caremore Kilsyth for the past 18 months and I have to move house. They have been absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful. I highlu recommend this business to anybody. Oh, and they have access to Medadvisor, which is excellent.

Been attending this, our regular pharmacy, since 1991 when it was in Collins Place Kilsyth. Has changed Pharmacy Names over the years, but it's wonderful to have such professional, friendly and completely trustworthy Staff.

Simply the best experience I have had going to a chemist. Staff here are fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable you don’t feel rushed out the door here but welcomed!

Awful... Wanted to charge $10 for a blood pressure test... No one pharmacy does that. Never come back.
