This place could get help on customer service bad. I’ve had terrible experiences here and after calling corporate and talking to the store manager nothing changed. The lady from deli is still rude and worse approved by the directors. They walked us out saying yes we will fix this because it is unacceptable but in reality they were just trying to kick us out. Did anything change??? NO! Did anything get fixed!??? NO. The lady from deli is encouraged to disrespect the customers. If you ask for ham to be sliced it will be a no go. You have to grab what is there or else they will yell at you! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Full of lies and nothing will change ever!

The customer service at this location is appalling!!! All I really needed was some meat, the guy working in meat department looks right at me eye contact and I waiting to be served and he just full on ignores me. When I finally get him to come over he says he doesn’t speak English. Ok no problem I can easily point at the meat I want but he refuses to even try and turns and walks away from me. So I go to the fish department and ask if someone can help me at which point that gentleman points me back to the same guy and I say he doesn’t speak English and the the guy I the fish department tells me he does. SMH! I will NEVER come to this location again.

I am writing this after the 6th attempt to get thru. And he hung up on me when I requested someone else to transfer my call to bakery. This is unbelievable. I have never been treated this poorly by the switch board that obviously doesn't appreciate it's customers request. I've called literally 4 times in a roll, and the person answering the phone can't speak English n hangs up on me. I ask for the bakery n nothing. How hard can it be to transfer to that department? Each ti.e left on hold for over 10mins. This is unbelievable n I love the store just the lack of speaking English which should be something to look into.

Went to the an agua Fresca and there was nobody at the stand we waited 5 min and then asked someone at the hot foods section and they said someone would be on their way. We waited an additional 5 min and nobody arrived. Someone at the bakery noticed we were waiting and said and did nothing. They lost a few sales because someone wasn't there. We went to pay for the rest of our groceries and the cashier was a little rude.

Horrible horrible customer service. Went to get chorizo and the guy seem like I was bothering him . In a bad mood rolling his eyes like a little girl . 7-9-22 around 7:30pm . It looks like the manager or owner of this place doesn’t care about customer service. What a shame . And no I will not be contacting you when they reply to my review. Fix the problem. Which is customer service with your staff !!!!!!!!!!!

Feel if you're white probably shouldn't go here. I went here and just got awkward looks from everyone. That wasn't the big deal tho. The problem was the cashier never greeted me or even said a word to me. She acted like I wasn't there. After ringing me out I said thank you, and she still just ignored me. Gave me no response and started talking to someone else instead. Very impolite and unprofessional!!!

I worked for Cardenas for two years approx. They were selling out of date products. Re making old cakes. Washing meats in the meat department when they discolored. Giving the kitchen old product to sell from all other departments. Avoid shopping here at all costs unless you like poor quality. Oh and by the way the will say call us if you have any problems but won't answer the phone.

Place is disgusting and selling expired products. When told (talked to Reyna) she insisted there’s nothing she can do and refused to do a refund even though you can SEE the mold (bought a day prior). Customer service is disgusting just like their products. Also read other reviews and apparently another worker even said they were selling expired products.

I bought some carnitas there ok but to much salt but the salsa was bad and the employees they have working there major problem attitude with customers never going in there again it was a good place to eat but NOW IT SUCKS sorry to say but it's the truth or give your employees a attitude adjustment if they don't want to work there quite …

This is absolutely ridiculous. They only have two cashier's working. The lines are crazy long. I don't understand why a department manager doesn't step in and open another register. They are lucky I really need groceries. I only gave one star to be able to write this review. Waiting in line while typing this....smh

I went to this Ranch market at 67 th ave and Thomas and there was moldy cheese. There’s always a long wait in line to pay and cashier Alondra was really rude had some tostadas and was just throwing groceries on top of everything she wasn’t bagging groceries. Won’t shop here again . Don’t greet customers either

Let's talk about the tamales. If you order ANY kind of meat, be prepared for the gritty fatty gordura, nervios parts to be in there. I personally do not like that but some peeps do. The cheese ones with the rajas were bomb. Besides the puerco, res or pollo tamales, i do love the store.

Very bad service the cashiers don’t even bag your food I spent 500 600$ dollares every time and they always just leave the stuff on the cashier and expect the customer to bag it for them. And the butchers in the back for the meat are horrible I’ll never come to this location place

I love the Ranch Market. Produce is very reasonably price...a steal actually! You definitely receive more bang for your buck! You can also get authentic Mexican dishes meats, salsa, ceviche, gual, pastries, etc. here. Expect a long wait at checkout. Accessible parking and ramps.

Sunday morning and the store is super clean! vegetables look amazing! Lots of specials! Fresh fish, shrimp and meats! picked up some bomb house tortilla chips too! Got everything to make a bomb ceviche and cooking some.pork for the rest of the week! I love this place!

Disappointed that chicken special was not available & had to wait 35 minutes plus the fried fish that we had to wait 30 minutes for was overcooked & DRY... IT WAS WEDNESDAY & only 1 person ahead of us at each station. The produce areas were were lacking in selection.

Prices for produce meats and poultry are great everything else is okay. Customer service is okay not the best. I always go on a weekday because it's to crowded on weekends. Over all expenses is okay still better then shopping at Wal-Mart.

I had chiliequias they are the least expensive to make however they are one of my favorite ,my nephew had Carnitas tacos I guess he liked them he pretty much finished them . You will enjoy the place. Ya come on stop by SeeYaJesse

Probably a great place, don’t go here if you only know English in America. For some reason they think it’s okay to have Spanish speaking only employees working the cash register. If you know Spanish and speak it you’ll love it.

The worst place. It smells the moment you enter, the flys are all over. It legit smells like death. I wouldn’t even buy a canned food from this place. How the health department hasn’t shut this place down yet is beside me.

Employees talking about their personal things to do while taking care of the customers, WE the customers dont need to know where you going out with at all, just take care of us then you can talk while you working

It's a very clean store and the food is delicious. The only issue i had was i ordered chicken tamales and they were very hard . I couldn't take them back because i actually live 1 hr away from the store.

It's a nice Mexican market, low prices on whatever you need. However, customers can be prejudice saying you need to know Spanish to shop here but there are plenty of employees that speak English.

Good prices on produce and meats. Some of the stuff not on sale are expensive, and you have to hunt down a shopping cart because they're none at the front of the store. Overall a great store

It's expensive here. A coffee creamer that costs $3.25 at Walmart is more than $5 here. Sugar is $5.40 and it's $3.00 at Walmart. Please go easy on the prices so we can shop here more often.

Poor customer service I've been calling for two days and they do not answer the two times I did get them to answer they hung up on me left my wallet there I'm trying to see if they found it

Love coming here for their fresh food and some groceries. Caldo de rez, chichsrones, carnitas. Grab some talapia and shrimp to cook at home or you can have them fry it for you.

Hadn't stopped by in a while. They have now little jugs to go of Agua Fresca I was like what the heck. For party's last min. There always cleaned and organized. ❤️❤️

Very Mexican grocery store viva Mexico but I literally was like talked down for not speaking fluent Spanish we are learning Spanish for sure viva Mexico.

Had the Caldo de Res ...which was delicious...but it came with a side of spanish rice...and in trying the rice..it was ice cold....so disappointing....
