I used to frequent this car wash alot, living locally and being part of the car scene; however my most recent visit saw the machine take money out of my card and never dispense anything. I sent a txt msg explaining the situation to a man named Peter who told me to text him the card details so he could organise a reimbursement. I responded by texting him limited card details, as providing such details over an insecure platform is beyond stupidity and unreasonanle request to begin with. However, a month later I still have not heard anything, even after following up multiple times. For anyone reading this, I DO NOT reccommend using this car wash, instead AQUA ONE (further down Beaudesert, toward Granard) is my new go to and their facilities are new with a card tap service on the wash machine itself.

Being very fussy with my car, and this car wash being the closest to home, I use this car wash. I have been going there for many years. The cost was $1.00 for 1 minute 15 seconds. It always takes 15 seconds to change when you switch the dial. Now I see its now $1.00 per minute, yet it still takes 15 seconds to change when you switch dials.. I.e from presoak to wash. So you only get 45 seconds. Turning the dial to Rinse Free nothing came out. So frustrating... I won't be going back. There is another new car wash down the road, I strongly recommend you avoid this one and use the Karcher car wash like I will be.

I'd be careful using your card especially at the auto. I had my card automatically cancelled by my bank not long after being here (first time I have used my card at this car wash too) because of an attempted test transaction and this is the ONLY new place I have used my card recently. Possibility it wasn't but the place doesn't have a business name or business contact number online that I could find. Otherwise car wash does the job like any other, just advise you to use cash if you choose to come here.

Would not recommend this place unless you want to be rudely rushed by the attendant there. You cannot change $2 coins into $1 coins so best bring your own coins. Whilst everyone were cleaning their cars the attendant was mowing the grass around the area, just something to take into account if you don't want dirt flying over your lovely clean car. Not a good first time experience, wouldn't come here again.

Good car wash, not as many options as at Zoom Zoom, but still all you could need: tyre/engine wash, presoak, low pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, low pressure wax, spot free rinse. The only problem - it does not work 24/7, if you come late it will be shut down. No business hours stated on site, but I noticed they shut it down shortly after the sunset.

Don’t go to this place expecting staff to change silver coins. They only accept notes and gold coins. I went up to the change machine and realised I couldn’t do it only, for the manager on duty, who, you would think could have changed 2 50c pieces for him to say..... “sorry we don’t accept silver”. Umm really you're a business don’t you accept all currencies?

Put $12 through to wash my car to have the old grouchy man come up twice how long will you be, are you still washing the hose still in my hand had just finished and I get jumped on I'm not making any money out of you move we have a line up. SINCE WHEN IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO WASH YOUR CAR. The hose had just stopped you impatiant mony grub

Went there last night to wash my Ute selected the tyre and engine wash feature didn’t even work and the brush wash had no soap come out of it I selected the longer wash option to maybe give it time to come out of the nozzle and nothing am I able to get compensated in anyway

Pathetic attitude!!! Can't believe one can treat customers like this! This was my first and last visit to the place...it was our first time using self serve so took a bit long....no guidance provided, attendant asked us to leave the place instead....DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

It is a reasonable car wash been to better out near Oxley but it waz fine for what I needed it for.. the system seems a bit strange as the instructions and the key pad on the card scanner is well worn but the car is cleaner then before I went so it's a good thing

It’s local and convenient. Some of the guys work here are ok, but I have had bad experiences with some dodgy workers who were rude etc. the current guys seem ok. As all the equipment use coins, they should have a machine to get coins from debit cards.

I have show cars etc so I know what clean is. But I do get lazy for my work truck. (Rodeo 4x4) If you decide to use the "auto" wash the staff that attend you car for the "pre" wash are very friendly and professional in every way. Thanks Guys.

Worst staff ever. Staff abused and bullied. I add money in machine and he swiched off machine from inside. I asked and said don't wants to let you wash go away..still I didn't get why he did it.. I think he had some mental issue.

The brushless car wash is brilliant...wheel clean and sponge clean by attendant prior to entering wash. Spot free rinse and blow dry ensure your car is streak free. Price is very reasonable. Good job.

Easily accessible location at beaudesert road after Kfc and across McDonalds. You can turn 10 or 20 dollar notes in to 1 or 2 dollar coins using machine installed at car wash. Quite economical place.

Good DIY carwash, vacuum option at the back area. Price increased from last year due to popularity I feel but better priced that any other carwash locations you could go to. 5 stars

A little more expensive than the other manual car wash place at Eight Mile Plains inside Freedom petrol station. $1 only buys you 1min 20sec here while Freedom gives you 1min 30sec.

Great self serve car wash not expensive also has vacuuming service out back. Just come with gold coins or their is an exchange machine in sites. Recommend does a great job

I know automated carwashes aren't perfect but some parts of my car look like they didn't even get wet, let alone washed! Poor value for money and won't be going back.

Very Dirty. It looked as though there was no one managing the car wash. The bins were overflowing with rubbish and rubbish on the concrete in the vacuum bay. Yuck.

It's alright the wax on the self serve bays is a bit slow to come out you do not get an even coat of wax other than that everything else works fine …

Straight forward car wash, uses coins or card. If you have cash there is a change machine located at the office door. User friendly and economical

They used to hand wash your tyres ect before going through auto wash when u pay for premium but not the last 2 times I went there

they used pre wash the car before it went in to the touchless car wash not any more it was dirt when it come out not happy

The service is good but it took the paint off my BMW badge so I won't be getting the car washed there again
