Wish I would have read the reviews before going in. I paid for the $35 exterior/interior clean and paid an additional $4 for Armoral of the doors and dash. Why that’s not included, I have no clue. I was told the car was done, I checked the inside, and was surprised to see the cup holders and center console weren’t clean at all. My vehicle is a Jeep and I’ll admit, it was very dirty inside to begin with. I pointed the areas out to the crew and they “re-cleaned” it to which I was still disappointed. I asked to speak to a manger and Tim came to speak with me. He was nice, but I could tell that he’s had plenty of these conversations before and said that I should have purchased a full detail if I wanted that level of clean. He showed me his truck and spoke of what product he used to clean the interior which had nothing to do with the situation. He offered to “send it back through,” but I already asked his team to re-clean it, so that wouldn’t have made a difference. I told him I didn’t have time and he offered to take care of me the next time I brought my vehicle in. I could tell that he wasn’t going to offer a discount or help further so I left. I completely understand that the vehicle was filthy, but $43 is a lot of money to still have a dirty gear shifter, dirty center console, dirty compartment on the dash, and water spots on the windows. Tim, if you see this review - I don’t need a response and I don’t need you to resolve the issue. Just do better.

From the moment i pulled up and the attendant put a menu in my door window without saying hello, I knew something changed. I took the time to return because Car Spa had provided value on my last visit. There are too many failures to list, however, there is not one area, both interior and exterior that is acceptable. Yes, I asked the staff to re clean, but they didn't care and even said "oh well". They were certainly excited to split the tip I gave them before inspecting my truck. I have an "armor all" like product all over my seats and doors on the passenger side, but not on the drivers side. The key point; I had asked to not use any shine on my vehicle. The bugs on my mirrors and front end are just the same as they were before I arrived. The wheels now have armor all on top of the dirt. I am sure you get the point, but I will spend 2 hours or more cleaning up the mess they made of my truck. This is unfortunate situation and I would never return. I called to advise the manager and he said, " i was not here when you were here". I will never again refer business to this location.

horrible horrible horrible company. horrible customer service. The car was here for 30 to 45 minutes before they even start it. The employees don't do anything extra and get upset when you don't tip them. The place is not clean. looks like they haven't washed the windows for 20 years. there is no one in sight when you drive up. and when you enter a lounge there is also no one here to help you. if you call to cancel. good luck. there's no one who ever answers across back so you physically have to come up to the location to cancel. The employees don't seem to know what they're doing or why they're doing it. One of the machines is broken that cleans the tires. but they wanted to charge me $5 extra to clean the tires. that's a machine was supposed to clean.

I had received a basic wash and interior cleaning by Jeff and it was good. I had to re vacuum some areas but I think it was the other guy that was with him that was rushing through. I noticed some changes being done to the car wash while I waited. I hope that it’s not turning into one of those express washes. I wanted to ask the manager Joel who has helped me before but I was told he no longer works there. Which is a major bummer. He always showed great customer service and was nice. The employees seemed to like working with him. His rave reviews were what made me start coming back in the first place. I hope that they don’t make too much changes otherwise I’ll have to find another detailer store.

Isaiah, the assistant manager of the Atlantic Boulevard location, absolutely transformed our eight-year-old Toyota. My husband and I recently moved to Jacksonville and had not yet taken the time to clean our vehicle. The exterior was dirty, but the interior was downright nasty. With abundant dog fur in every crevice, we anticipated that we would never again have an acceptable level of cleanliness for the interior. However, with Isaiah's attention to detail, our car was unrecognizable! Seriously, I was speechless when I looked inside. If every person on the planet were as dedicated to his/her job as Isaiah, the world would be a much better place. Thank you for hiring this outstanding young man!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location, my first time I was blown away by the quality of the services and then the second time I went with my other vehicle, the inside was superb it they missed my whole front right tire, not a big deal but inconvenient to have to ask before leaving for them to fix, which appeared to be a bothersome request. Todays service was awful, not only did it take two hours but they just stopped, when I asked about my front dash and window he obliged but only the driver side. Once I got in the car I was just shocked…it was incomplete. It’s obvious something has shifted and my biggest regret is that I tipped him (well) before I inspected my car.

Stay away! I had a bad experience a few months ago but thought I would give them another try. Well after a $31 exterior wash that took over 1 hour. The interior of my windows were not cleaned along with dust left on the dash and console. The exterior was left with waterspots and my rims not cleaned. I asked for a Manager and they could not locate him:) The place seems to be either shutting down or on the chopping block. These pictures tell the the story!

We paid for their service to vacuum and clean interior of our company van and paid extra to clean and condition the seats. My employee also left them $20 tip. When I came to inspect the van I was shocked! There were bread crumps in the seats, dust everywhere. I was about to fire my employee on the spot for not paying attention! That being said we will never take our vehicles to a trash place!

Fast, subpar cleaning... paid for the platinum package, but it was definitely basic. No armor all on the interior (same dust I came with), half vacuumed, tires looked worse after. I was about to sign up for the monthly plan. However, after seeing the quality of service, I'll have to pass.

I just had my car washed (gold level) at car spa. The first thing I noticed when I got home was that my wheels were not clean. Then I saw that the dashboard had not been wiped down. This service cost $33 and the reasonable expectation was that my vehicle would be clean. I won’t return.

Outside wash looks awesome, but I paid for the full service wash. I understand you wont be able to get all the sand when vacuuming but for $30 I expect a whole lot better than this. I could of pd a neighborhood guy $15 and the inside would of looked tons better. At least try... …

If there was the 0 star option I would give it, I took my truck to have it cleaned and it's like I had thrown my money in the trash, they didn't clean the dashboard, the seats and the car doors were all stained. The worst place to take your car.

Got the lowest price exterior wash for $6. It came with a buy one get one free deal if redeemed with in two days AND THE WASH WAS AWESOME! Love how they hand dry every car after it comes out of the drive true wash. They have tons of vacuum

Scam. Look at the pictures of my car they just wash. If you want it clean you have to pay more money. The oil change was quick and the lady was super nice. I will not wash my car there.
