Got to see behind the scenes when our youngest puppy was in the ICU and witnessed such dedication and devotion and love evident in how the vets, nurses and assistants really cared for the many animals that came in from the smallest kitten with a severe head injury to the biggest Great Dane with a phobia of having her nails done and from the oldest stray mongrel to the most anxious and stressing pawrents (such as myself). Can't say "Thank you" enough (and especially to Emma at reception)!

The night staff member Melissa was absolutely useless! She could not have shown less interest in her job if she tried. What part of ‘medical emergency’ does she not understand! We called ahead to prepare them for the 90kg emergency, and she tried to convince me to go elsewhere. There were animals in real danger, than needed medical assistance and she was more interested in getting my email address than saving my puppy!

Our dog's absolute favourite place. He never knows that he is "going to the vet" because everyone is super friendly and extremely passionate about animals. The doctors all greet him on the floor and make him feel so special. Thank you, guys, for being there for our animals like they are your own. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Excellent medical service for your pet...it is expensive...but your pet deserves the best treatment ...this is where vets tell you to go to if its 24 hour care required

Picked up this fur ball walking on the road at Town Centre. One could only see bones. With the right medication and love she is now part of the Jones family...
