On reading reviews wd add that I thought the owner absolutely charming. Eccentric yes, but honestly this is why I love Bangkok, to meet people like this. And her two lovely Siamese cats. Shop has a good range of bikes inc the tasty Orbea Avant and Terra models. It's quite easy to drive past it (next door to a furniture shop). There are parking spaces but easier to park in the soi next to shop. If it looks closed, which it did on my visit, just call the number and she'll let you in.

Unpleasant woman who runs this store. As an importer of Cannondale, she possesses only medium knowledge of Cannondale. She is more concerned with not losing face than admitting mistakes. Avoid this store, unless you like nasty women, cats and lots of clutter

Not an unkind lady, but not one to let someone speak much in regards to what they themselves know. Very much tries to tell you she knows what's best. The store is in a bit of a clutter, and there are cats everywhere.
