I've came here plenty of times because the workers are usually pleasant and help out. Well today wasn't one of those days. Apparently the owner's son is a employee here and is very unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. The young woman whom I'm used to by now rung me up, the son watched her ring everything up and watched me pay. Okay weird but whatever your being cautious of your fathers business. After he watched the whole transaction go down he literally took the receipt and read bottle for bottle. I felt like a prisoner or thief of some sort. He was looking for something to be wrong or possibly not paid for. I asked if this was new and he said yes but by the looks of reviews it's not. It's an insult to the buyers and the workers there. He was busy checking transactions he didn't even ID me upon entering or looking at my receipt. I felt very uncomfortable and will be searching for a new Warehouse like yesterday! I will be posting this review also for my 12million followers on YouTube! & Twitter! Absolutely disgusting service and I hope it changes!

This is the best place to buy liquor in the neighborhood. If you like wine, you will have a vast selection available, in various price ranges. They have a great selection of liquor, and they do tastings weekly featuring different I dependent vendors. The staff is lovely. You only get stuck on a line of it's new years or another equilavent drinking holiday. Great place to buy gift liquors and wines as they have lots of gift bottles and some higher end wines. They don't gift wrap, but dollar tree is in the same shopping center, and you can easily buy a bow there and stick it on! The BEST thing is the PRICES. THEY ARE RHE LOWEST I HAVE SEEN, ANYWHERE.

Courtesy Matters. One thing their cashiers can DO BETTER with is... saying these two magical words that go after the end of ANY transaction where someone has spent guap $$$ money at your business and that’s: “THANK YOU.” Especially if you’re male, and MAY or may not be related to the owner(s). Don’t just say “next” after you gave me my change!! Try “thank you”. Courtesy Matters. The male they had on register today apparently didn’t learn this. Now there are a few of their longstanding cashiers who have been working there for a while who are quite pleasant, on a regular. They stand out easily.

I always come to this store due to the large variety however I will no longer be going to this store because the manager does not work with customers... I went to return and exchange the wrong bottle that I bought with receipt and I was told by the manager that Nys law states you CAN NOT return and exchange purchases alcohol.... I looked it up and it's on the manager discretion... once you buy anything here you are stuck with it... I will no longer be going to this store... they lost a customer over $13. Good luck

This used to be my favourite place to shop for my alcohol needs. Under the old management, there were tastings of different wines and spirits. The old manager was friendly and knowledgeable. You could ask him about almost any bottle and he had an answer for you. Now, under this management, there are no tastings, no one knows anything and the prices aren't as good as they used to be. The feel of the place has diminished and the new manager is kind of a jerk. I'd rather go out to Queens for good liquor.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!! This store allowed a $119.75 sale for through on my bank card. I’m in Oklahoma. When I called to dispute the false charges, the person who answered the phone was rude and extremely unhelpful. I’ve filed a complaint for failure to check IDs with the NY ABC board, filed a claim with Brooklyn police department, and will see to it they are fined and stripped of their liquor license!!!!

My friends and I often throw big parties that requires a lot of liquor we've always shopped at different stores till one fine day we stumbled upon this gem! The place is super clean and organized with a crazy variety!!!! They have everything you need but to top it all off they have the cheapest prices on everything!!!!! The staff is super helpful and friendly!!! Definetly my go to spot!!! P.S. A drink a day keeps the doctor away!!!

I love this place because of the selections to choose from. However, their customer service needs a lot of work. The cashiers are always on their phones and seem annoyed by customers waiting to pay from their items. If you have to be on your phone, just acknowledge the customer and hold that conversation until the transaction is done.

Great store and great location. After I do my Bjs shopping I always stop by to get a few bottles of wine,preferably organic. I wish they would carry more varieties of organic wine though. The staff is always pleasant. It’s one of my favorite locations for wine. I’m not a hard liquor drinker but on occasion I get my Tito here lol

Great selection of spirits & wines. The prices aren't bad either. No need to travel to any other borough, when we have this great liquor store in Brooklyn. One suggestion: have a day or two set aside (for an hour or two) where you do wine & spirits test tastings. All the big liquor stores do that, even some of the small ones.

I love liquor stores that you can actually walk around and see what they carry. Looking behind a glass is just so ugh! But i do understand the purpose. I just wanted to try the Smirnoff pink lemonade i heard great reviews. Pretty good actually it taste just like pink lemonade with a little kick. Alcohol volume perfect.

Great prices but customer service by management Sucks. Cashiers & stock men are very nice. Management is not nice at all. I'm in & out of 2-3 a week and not 1 of them that sit in that office speak but who really cares .I just feel if I'm giving you my money you should say hello when you look me in the face. SMH

Beautiful friendly and helpful staff...wide variety to choose from and the prices are within anyone's budget. I recommend this place to ALL my family and friends. The location is convenient and ideal for shoppers...you can food shop at BJ'S then shop for your taste in alcohol...that's a very good combo.

I liked this store because they had a nice variety of wines and liquors at different price points. We were looking for two wines and vodka. They carried 750ml and 1 liter sized. They also had individual size wine serving in 4 packs. Checkout was smooth and we got boxes to carry out our order.

Big variety on Liquors. I gotta say this when I entered the establishment I felt very welcome they were playing music and lines weren't taking long. You will find what you looking for here. The prices here are decent with good sales prices compared to other spots.

Best prices around! Wide selection and several checkout registers. Helpful staff.There is a line controlled by security at the door. This prevents overcrowding (Covid) inside. Moves quickly though but the line tends to be a bit longer on Friday/Saturday evenings.

Truly nowhere better! I havent always had the best luck with liquor stores, but this place blows everyone else out of the water. I am so happy with the selection, the prices, and the comfortable location with a parking lot. Highly recommend

A good place to stock up on wine, alcohol etc....It's always crowded but with multiple cashiers, service is quick and efficient. Their selection is adequate with competitive pricing. It's worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

For basic level alcohol it is reasonably priced. Don't go there looking for anything upscale. But for the usual Jack, Jim, Jose, Hennessey, basic stuff its the best price point. And they carry decent boxed wines at a great price

Awesome customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Conveniently located at the entrance to the shopping center. I will definitely go back for the wine tastings held on Friday and Saturday evenings.

BEST PRICES IN BK. Excellent selection of wines and liquor. Friendly staff. On site parking lot. Can get busy right before holidays such as Christmas and new years, but they keep the line moving FAST so don't be deterred.

I stumbled upon this liquor store by accident a few years back and have been a loyal customer ever since. I am a big wine lover and this place has the best selection by far. Great prices as well! Highly recommend!

I may be bias but this is the best liquor around my house. They have such a wide variety and their prices are good. The cashiers are great except for one. She always seems like she doesn't want to be there.

Great selection of hard to find bottles at reasonable prices. Was able to buy Yamazaki 12 at retail price. A few other bottles are much cheaper compared to other liquor stores.

Decent budget liquor store. Staff isn't very knowledgeable about the wine selection. If I'm buying hard liquor you can find some deals. Wine selection is quirky and not great.
