On December 28th around 10 am I was going to CWB bank and the grocery store beside it. I parked at the bank spot because I was a customer at both. The security guard opened his window and started yelling at me he couldn't understand what I was saying when I said I was going to both so I went into the bank first. After I had my documents I needed I was going to walk to the grocery store this man got out of his vehicle and started screaming aggressively at me I said I went to both. I moved my car because I was frightened for my safety because of him. I literally backed out of my stall and went one spot over. While on the phone with pwm he started pointing and laughing at me. Surprisingly the open spot was next to his. When I walked back his door was open and I could hardly get in. This security guard is dangerous to the public. The bank staff did give me the number to make a complaint but because hes representing your company as per his words I will be giving this poor review.k

I went there to open a chequing and a loc account. Michael performed the credit check. He took the approval from his manager for a specific limit. Every time asked him, he answered that I need to do the application again if you make any changes in future so please be careful with what you select. He repeatedly answered this. What a lazy approach towards your client. He did my credit check, got the approval and later when some other bank approved me for the LOC, he declined me as I already got it from other bank. What about the credit check he performed ? He rudely said no just because he had to do an application and he didn’t want to. Such a lazy personality. I ended up closing all my accounts with them after wasting my time and credit check. Never ever go to this bank. If you go to them for anything, they will treat you as if you are a criminal. Such a classless act from Michael !

Crazy parking lot attendant. We were trying to find a parking spot elsewhere as we were trying to get to the grocery store. But the attendant insistently waved us to park in a reserved spot. We were trying to get around her, but she repeatedly stood in front of us pointing us into the spot. So we obliged and were quickly accosted upon her insistence of where to park.

The security guard is so obnoxious. All he does is supervise a couple parking spots, and yells at the bank clients to move their car WHEN THEY HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT THEIR CAR!!! If you guys wanna cut costs AND improve customer satisfaction, I suggest letting him go. Security is a lot of common sense and it's clearly something he has NONE of.

I've left at least a couple of messages for my account rep to call and at least one email, over the last 90 days or so. No effort has been made to respond by this bank. Their website is somewhat of a dinosaur. Even the credit unions have websites which are more functional.

Never go to this bank. Seems like manager hardly knows what he is doing and acts like an illiterate person. Michael seems like a puppet and not able to take a single decision without asking his manager. Overall it was a horrible experience of sheer negligence.

It is a bank with a strong team of employees and knowledgeable hospitality and service. During my stay, they are professional staff who can not only teach but also give teach and develop. Star is not enough for professional staff. Keep going

Excellent service and higher interest rates than most large banks. They allowed me to park in their reserved areas and go shopping next door at Freestone after banking. The security attendant was friendly.

Horrible business, the manager will close your account without permission. Completely illegal and a disgusting business practice. I’ll be warning everyone I know about this branch.

Friendly I guess. Upset that they didn't offer me there high interest account like they were offering everyone before me. Was it because I was in my dirty work clothes.

The manager here needs to be taught a lesson in customer service. I would not take my business here and ill be making sure all my friends and family do the same

First time experience with this branch. Good location, easy parking, nice interior/office, professional and knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient service.

Don’t go here!! The manager discriminates against customers with medical exemptions and closes their accounts without authorization which is illegal!!

I'll be closing my account tomorrow after hearing this bank closes account without consent and what happens to our money would be a mystery.

This branch is not too competent unfortunately.. next time i will make a detour for sure!
