Didn’t catch his name and don’t want to cause trouble. Although there’s one longterm employee at this location that is SO RUDE. Never smiles, never helps figure out solutions. I had to pick up a package, my drivers licsence was being renewed but I had the temporary paper one with my name on it and a school ID WITH photo. He refused to accept it and said “next” …. I avoid this location because of him, and I’m not the only one. Even other employees have spoken out about him. So why is he not fired ??

I was served by Brad on a Saturday morning and was delighted by his warm and friendly service. He seemed thoroughly happy to be working there, and offered me the best option to send off my package. He offered outstanding customer service. 5/5 for Brad!

Regular staff handle work flow well. I use this location regularly. Customers regularly come unprepared but are handled fast and efficiently. This can be a very busy location so have all your packages taped up and your forms filled out.

They "go on break" at the most inconvenient times. Should there not be two people to cover all hours? Very irresponsible! This has happened too frequently!

They don't work consistently, constantly changing the working hours... Almost not possible to catch that this post office would working.

The staff here know what they’re doing and never hesitate to answer any questions. They’re kind and efficient, and always upbeat!

They walk on my lawn after I continue to tell them not to, and they don't even try to deliver packages anymore.

Post office hours inconsistent. Either call ahead or expect it to close at 6:00.
