If I could rate 0 I would for this evenings experience. I was able to mail my items without issue. But while there a gentleman arrived who had his phone and ID stolen. He politely asked the lady behind the counter if she could look him up and she wouldn’t even look at him and said she needed his ID. He explained that was the issue and asked is she could call the shelter to have them send a copy to her. She said no. I offered to call the shelter for him and when I asked the staff for the email it could be sent to she simply said I don’t have one. So I had them send it to myself. Once it arrived we waited for her at the counter as she had made her way to the back, she came out with cleaning supplies and didn’t acknowledge us so I had to get her attention. I showed her his copy and she hardly looked at it and then continued to tell him she couldn’t help him. I wish I could’ve done more. But have some empathy when a member of the homeless community needs your help. He was not rude or disrespectful he was simply stuck between a rock and hard place.

Specifically this canada post location has some of the best workers who make life a breeze. Diana is super knowledgeable, helpful and always has a smile on her face. Christine is super helpful and friendly etc. Whenever I come into this location I don’t wait long and usually they already know what services I’m using etc.

Just wanted to mail a package..waited for 22 minutes and she damaged my envelope and she said she can't help me...really....just another broken person....

Dude behind counter just walked away with a lineup of customers we have been waiting for 15 minutes now and he isn't even acknowledging us ......

Didn't ring my doorbell, Just left delivery notice saying to pickup tommorow after 1. Went to pick it up was told come back at 6.

Never had any issues with this location, friendly employees. Lose a point for the issues with Canada Post in general.

What's the point of priority when you take 7 days to deliver something with regular mail without tracing takes 4?

This is my go to location in the city. Staff is friendly and never had any issues.
