Service is way too slow. Don't know how to figure out how to get the line moving. Really shouldn't have to wait 20 mins to get a prepaid label package sent. Multitasking shouldn't be something that is a challenge to customer service. Today, it was a younger girl that was helping someone on the phone. If you see packages with preprinted labels process it while talking. Plus, the customer service people are often snippy and not helpful. There is definitely an individual there with horrific customer service and almost every time I go in her attitude is terrible. It's gotten slightly better over the last year but nonetheless it's always that reception. Someone said it's hard in customer service with difficult people...I dunno, maybe work in a factory then!

I've always had good experiences with this canada post location. Both when calling and going in I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Idk, maybe I have missed the rude worker mentioned in the other reviews or maybe they were just having a bad day. Either way, I just called earlier today to ask about a package arriving and the worker who answered the phone was very helpful and clearly wanted to help me find my package. Maybe the people leaving the negative reviews don't realize that when you work in retail, you have to deal with a TON of difficult people and this can cause you to not always be cheerful.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went to send something off to my internet provider. And i have not had to send anything off in such a long time. So i didnt know how everything worked. The assoicate there. Im pretty sure her name was Wendy was so rude to me the whole interaction. I had apologized for not knowing what to do serveral times. And she was still extrmely rude. She had the worst attitude I've ever seen. Will not be returning to this location in the future, not even to the shoppers which this is in. This was the worst customer service ive ever received.

The staff working at the post office was super rude. When I was speaking with her she stopped and began speaking rudely to another customer. Will NOT be using that post office again! I’d rather go out of my way and go to another shoppers for all my shopping needs!

The customer service was so bad!! The old lady cashier is so rude and miserable. she doesn’t even want to help customers she’s lazy. Such a bad location

they need to hire some new people that have patiences and can deal with the Public, if you can't you shouldn't be working in retail
