Extremely unprofessional. Was told my order will be received in 45 mins. I called 1 hour after placing the order and i was told that there was an error with my order and will take another 45 mins. If i did not call, to find out where my food is, they would have never told me despite knowing theres an error(they had my contact details too so they could have informed me at the earliest). They refused to compensate me. They kept saying that my pizza will be delivered to me on time in the future. How on earth can they expect i will ever order from them in the future? They have a lot of competition and had i faced this issue from a competitor, they would have tried to make it up to me so that they can secure me as a recurring customer in the future. Really sad to see their personnel do not possess such a drive.

I have visited this place with my family. A nice place to be. Seating arrangements were on first floor. One can take stairs or use the lift. Staff was helpful. The order was ready within 25 minutes. It was a nicely baked Pizza. The drink was also properly chilled. There was some discount offer which attract extra customers. A LCD was there with cricket match. The room temperature was ok. Pizza quality and taste as always good. The garlic bread was as good. This time I found 2 serious negative things. One was a cokroch roaming on the side wall of my table. I told the attendant about it. Second was the garlic powder which was like mud stones. This is very sad. Rest was ok. The ambiance is good. Table distance was ok.

Poor quality, the pizzas had no cheese, and meat.just plain crust with some silly sauce on it. So so so disappointed. The staff needs to be trained, they lack understanding of things. Their behaviour was like why anyone is coming to eat there. They kept changing the time for takeaway. Never dining or takeaway again.
