What can I say about Canada drives? Let's see, they sold me a vehicle where the steering freezes at minus 30. I mean, the entire steering mechanism is frozen. Panic and more panic when you try to stop the vehicle. The vehicle came with a squeak. I figured after their exhausting inspection of the vehicle that this would be a minor issue. Such was not the case. Tie rods and suspension have massive rust. I checked the vehicle history and discovered the vehicle had originated from Quebec, hence the rust. $7000 dollars and 2 weeks later, the car was drivable again. I came close to telling them to just keep the vehicle as the costs spiraled up and up. I was comforted by the fact that I had purchased the extended warranty from Canada Drives. I sent my request for warranty coverage from Canada Drives. They promptly denied my request and advised me their warranty covered mechanical issues, not mine. The fact that Canada Drives sold me a vehicle with such damage to it was my problem. I should have known better. Canada Drives warranty is purely a money grab. If you must purchase a vehicle from Canada Drives, please get it inspected by someone else. Canada Drives wants your money and doesn't care about your safety.

Worest place ever, arrogant, rude, they called me several times offering to buy my used car as they really need it, and they will pay top dollars for it as it's a confidential campaign. After I drove all the way, they simply and rudely told me, we only trade, and the salesman Jay just threw the keys in my hands and gave me his back saying sorry in arrogant way. Whrn I asked for the person who phoned me, he told me she isn't here yoday, and for his bad luck, I just met her while I was leaving the place and she introduced herself to me. Staff are liers, rude.... etc.

Great experience dealing with Tarek and his team at Calgary Drives. Applied for the loan, he got me approved and driving my new car within couple days. Highly Recomended!!!
