The overall experience was fair,I had to clean the utensils for they had soapy stains most likely from the dishwasher.The sad thing is that the person who handed me the tray on the counter didn't bother to check the Utensils. I even slammed them on my table to catch their attention and there was no reaction from the staffs. I had to take my coffee and cake from the counter to my take by myself while I noticed others having their coffee brought to their tables.and yet I could be wrong about this procedure. The latte was awful and to be a bit positive,they have a nice selection of sweet and cookies despite their high prices. P.s if you have cams installed, please do check them and that will confirm what I mentioned above.

I noticed some vegan items on display,which is good and that might bring me back for a visit for during a certain time of the year I eat vegan food for 50 consecutive days as part of Easter fasting.

Bad service Because when I said I need fresh falafel sandwich. They want me to buy the expired one . After I checked the date, I let him I told him give me today sandwich he said the African man we don’t have but when we was going to lift the shop, he said we have how many you want ?? I ordered two in the process to make it work. It takes a long time and he leave it in the bag in front of him not on the top corner. He start to do other customers and left me behind because I ask for a fresh sandwich. it’s my right to have fresh sandwich. ,, I saw him he put the bug not interested to give it back to me so I take it by myself. I told him this is how you work. ? It’s African man and Filipino lady. They are rude.

Just +1 place, where we never come again. Prices more higher than average, but zero service. You must order and waiting, than by your self bring your order to table ( Coffee not tasty and too much foam. Cakes very dry and not fresh. In this mall many another cafes more cheaper, with tasty food and coffee, and waiters will bring your order to our table. Don’t advise

Popped by to grab a coffee very quick with my wife to go. Lady taking the order did not answer our “good morning”. Never said please or thank you. When showing us two cups to show us the sizes she literally slammed the two cups on the counter and said just: You want this one or this one. When asked if she was ok, she looked at us from top to bottom and went on. Ignored our requests for the coffee as well. Cant judge about all the staff but she was extremely rude. Everytime I see her I avoid the place and go somewhere else.

Very good coffee shop, It's my first time trying this place and it won't be my last for sure. I like a good cup of coffee and they have it. Their Americano was great, their cappuccino was also great. We also ordered cappuccino cake, chocolate fudge cake and halloumi falafel wrap, they all were delicious. Good location and comfortable seating. It was a quiet evening at @caffenerouae in @citycentremirdif with a good hot cup of coffee. If you are not into a very bitter or stronger taste of coffee, then it would be a perfect place to be. They also have a decent rage of pastry items to try from. I happened to get white chocolate cookie, but it was too sweet for my liking with hard edges, however, my daughter seems to enjoy it. #nowthatsaburp

The manager dont have any sence to talk with middle class people. Specially different nationality. He think he is the owner of the branch. He is very polite only with rich people. But the middle class he think they are not humans specillay the bike Riders. He do not listing them what they want to say. And shouting on them.every one are humans he have to deal every one with polite even with middle class people. Not only the rich people. Thanks.

Nice place in Merdif, staff are professional, friendly and helpful, it’s a high quality coffee ☕️ we tried this coffee for the first time, it’s great and well toasted, the quality is really high. We usually brought whole beans coffee. We did try their espresso ☕️ as well which was very nice from the people their to let us try it. I would love to visit them again. Worth trying and highly recommended

It's one of a good cafe for coffe luvers. I loved their coffee . They have a offer card if u buy 9 coffes the 10th one is free. didnt try their sandwiches, their chillers are also gud and the cakes are yummy too.

The location was quite crowded but we were lucky to find 2 really comfortable seats. We used our entertainer deal to get 2 lotus frappe lattes. The frappe was great and I loved the level of lotus taste in the drink. The service here is much better than the dfc location and overall i enjoyed my experience at this branch of cafe nero. Will definitely be back again soon.

Staff who work today 29-06-2023 are not professional at all, very rude, they don’t want the customer to ask (the cashier staff) they just need for someone to order something on the menu, if you ask any question they will answer in very rude way I advice the owner to do some assessment to his staff

I am used to order hot chocolate, it is the best in town, this time I ordered double espresso and it was also great, thank you guys, the staff is always friendly and welcoming! This place suffers from a bit of weak Wi-Fi transmission, so it should be noted!

Family favourite. Great customer service and food quality/coffee are as you would expect. Highly recommended. Have given 5 stars, could have been 4 though. Only point to note is that some other Caffe Nero branches such as DIFC offer combo deals with coffee and pastry and discounted food in the evening.

Hi The service is bad and tables are always not clean . I have asked the staff lay to clean the table for three times and she did not clean . I was standing for long time waiting.

Just visited today February 26, 2023 at 2:15 pm. I asked for a strong amaricano. The lady split my shots into 2 and just served half to me keeping the rest for… This is unprofessional behavior made my coffee disgusting and made me decide to never visit the facility.

Good staff especially that smiling black guy , but some kids are loitering around making noise , parents don't care hence making the place disorganised

it's my favorite coffee shop in mirdif city center, too bad they don't serve Turkish coffee. the ambiance is cool relaxing and joyful. I love their cortado. sometimes I spend the whole day since they offer delicious sandwiches .

Nice atmosphere and service, however, they need to review their standards, they would make coffees too hot unless you ask for standard temperature, which causes the taste bitter!!

Best cafe in whole Mirdf . The coffee is aromatic and intense. The seatings are comfy and don’t want to get up. You can have healthy food options .sandwiches salads etc

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I personally did not love the cuppacino (still enjoyed) but my dad did so it is all about taste and type beam used.

Café nero offers a good customer service, orders are made fast. Not the tastiest, but still really good. I wouldn't consider it a pricey place.
