I had the soppressata pizzeta and a glass of Côtes-du-Rhône, Chave "Mon Coeur" for breakfast, and it was amazing. Great way to kick off the last day I was in Dallas. Only think I have to say against it is there is very little room for dining-in. It's surprising because there is plenty of room outside for a table to two, but the concrete was bare.

There is a small lot ( maybe 6 spaces) in the back, but I am not sure if it was public or not. I didn't see signs, so I risked it. The street is narrow, so I didn't want to try and park there in a Chevy 1500.

I'm a huge fan of the Charles and was excited to hear about Cafe Duro. I stopped in relatively early on a weekday morning for a quick bite and coffee. The cashier was either out of it or monotone that morning so it was just an awkward exchange. The barista was very sweet and bubbly. The decor is beautiful but the coffee was nothing special, and being that there's a plethora of coffee shops in Dallas, I would rather visit those instead. May give it another try when their indoor seating/permit situation is resolved. Would also probably recommend visiting over the weekend because during the week was a bit dead. I really did want to love you!

I had the kolache and my boyfriend had the mushroom polenta cup. What an amazing breakfast! The coffee was to die for. My BF had the nutella cold brew and it was perfect. Strong taste of chocolate but not too sweet. We live in the neighborhood and I am only upset that we didn't find this gem sooner.

Cafe Duro was cute. I had a cold brew and a croissant, and both were very tasty. The croissant is a little sweeter than a typical coffeehouse croissant, but not in a bad way. They also had complimentary biscotti and sparkling/tap water. I’d give it 5 stars, but to sit down at a table we had to take our food/drinks to the patio next door. It was quite cumbersome when your hands were full and you had to open the door to get in. Otherwise it was a fun spot. I’d come back.

Small European style cafe, serving coffee and wine. I ordered under their specialty drinks, the cold Topo Expresso. Not a fan - too fizzy for me. Also, the White Mocha - it was ok. Think I will stick to my usual hot drinks. The cinnamon apple cake was good. Not too sweet and perfectly moist. Love the atmosphere. They provide paper menu of their specials on site. Got myself a Cortado which is how I judge all cafes. Now I've been to coffee shops in NYC, but the cortado at this place was $5.00, which is more expensive than what I'd pay at best cafes in the big apple! Moreover, the taste of my Cortado was so bland that if it wasn't hot, I wouldn't even have noticed it was coffee. Probably the worst Cortado I've had in Dallas. Avoid if possible. This European-style cafe is stylish and classy. You order at their lovely bar, and wait for your food and drinks to be made. Then, you can take it next door to the shared patio at Sister. The process was a little inconvenient at first, especially since your hands are full, but that's alright. Food was great, coffee drinks were delicately made by the bar staff and tasty but mild. The vibes and aesthetics are wonderful.

What a wonderful place with friendly staff! Drinks are all very unique and presented splendid. I got the NUTELLA RASPBERRY NITRO LATTE $6 which actually auto comes with oat milk which is a plus! It was overall a fine drink, Not too sweet but I am not sophisticated with cold brew to give it a true review. I would not get it again. Their restroom is very pretty fyi, they got lotions. I love their sparkling water on tap! Its extra bubbly and had a sweetness to it.

Love everything about the menu & decor but why is there no seating except an upholstered bench you'd worry about spilling on, with no table to actually eat at? The tables & chairs pictured outside weren't there either, and the parking lot out back has misleading signs about valet parking that apparently aren't accurate in the mornings.

Try the nutella raspberry nitro, and the olive oil coffee cake. Delicious. I was expecting it to be overly sweet but I was pleasantly suprised by how easy it was to drink. And the olive oil cake was moist with such great flavor, whoever is baking here needs a raise and a high five.

Great selection of coffee and morning food options! Someone was always around to help and constantly asked if I needed anything which was a welcome and hospitable way to start my morning. Will definitely be back!
