I came late at night to buy an inhaler without a clue what I was doing after having my first attack (that was still in the process of happening as I was in the store) in years. The store was very clean with soothing music playing and all around positive vibes. The set up and organization was very well put together making it extremely easy to locate the area I needed. After being almost devestated to see the rack I needed was empty I started to leave then happened to see an employee named John stocking shelves a few rows over and told him I needed an inhaler but the shelf was empty. He was extremely polite and let me know there were a few kept behind the counter and not to worry. Before walking away I asked about a pharmacy product and he informed me to the best of his knowledge and also apologized for not having the full information I needed and ensured me that if I can't back to talk to the pharmacy while they were open they'd be able to help me even if I didn't know what I needed. The line was a little long for check out but the cashier was very friendly to all the customers. John notice from working the floor that the line needed attention and came up to assist without being requested. I got lucky enough to end up in his line and without having to say a word he already had my inhaler waiting for me quickly rang up my other items and made sure to tell me to have a good night and he hoped I would feel better soon. He went above and beyond with his hospitality and I hope his manager sees this and gives him a raise because I've been to many places and it is extremely rare to find somebody as hospitable and helpful as John was. I had no issues at all at this store and completely recommend it and I will definitely be coming back anytime I need a product it carries. I want to give a specific thank you to this employee John for being so swift and considerate and I want him to know I was able to take a full breath before I left his parking lot thanks to his hospitality and knowledge of the store and its contents, I am ever so grateful. ️
CVS is under Dept of Justice investigation for several violations regarding pharmacy issues. The attorney general wants to hear your complaint. Especially if CVS has refused to give the pharmacist name who filled your prescription . If anyone filled a Ritalin prescription at the Cunningham location around the end of September. Check your capsules. I accidentally stepped on one earlier today and found out it was empty, I checked the rest of my bottle. Every capsule was empty. That explains why I have been feeling the way I’ve been feeling for the last week. Conveniently, this was five days after I filed a corporate complaint on the pharmacist. If it was heart meds, she could’ve killed me. Be careful not to make the pharmacist mad she will turn your birth control to placebo, your diabetic meds into sugar, pills, etc. because she knows better than our doctors. I hope they pull every camera and anyone can come get this pill bottle and swab it to see there was never any medication’s inside of it. And then they billed my insurance for air capsules. This was obviously a personal attack unless CVS has an inside drug trafficking issue. And no call back from district manager.
Wes needs to be fired he cursed at me! Charged me for medication and had me escorted out the store because i told him i already paid and refused to give me my medication. I am suffering from chemical exposure and i needed this medication to breathe and this ghetto, unprofessional, despicable, trash can called the police on me, the lady who works the front register back there told me to not talk to her and the old black lady was more concerned about getting me out the drive through because it was packed instead of answering concerning questions. I had to be admitted into a hospital because i couldn’t breathe and your employee refused to give me an already filled prescription because he didn’t understand i had already paid. I will be suing this pharmacy since they think it’s a joke to play with peoples medication all because they hate themselves and their jobs and i will not stop until all three are fired and let go. Especially Wes and the old lady!
The pharmacy( store 6553) is the worse!!! I have been using this pharmacy for years, up until last year everything was fine. Now every time I go I have an issue. I was assaulted by the pharmacy manager Caroline Koester today after asking her to very my insurance information, since the pharmacist kept saying I had a copay. I explained to her that this wasn’t true, & that they literally do this same thing every other month when I’m picking up my prescription. Instead of her verifying my information, she was very condescending & rude. She closed my arm up in the counter. She called the police on me & refused to give me my medication. I had to go to another CVS to get my prescription just for it to be out of stock. Upon going to the different location, they were able to confirm exactly what I was telling Caroline, which is I do not have a COPAY!!! I will be contacting my lawyer concerning this assault.
Store is nice, pharmacy is awful. Wait is always forever, be it in person or on the phone. Got an alert my prescription was ready, spent 30 minutes in line after driving over, only to be told it wasn't ready and to come back in 30 minutes. Thanks for wasting my lunch break. Also called to discuss needing to change from generic to brand name on a prescription, as my prescription is written for the brand name and my insurance doesn't cover the generic, and was told I have to do all the calling to the doctor myself... Even though my prescription is already written for what I need. Which is exactly what my doctor said when I contacted them. Pharmacist very "sweetly" called me dear and brushed me off when I asked about it further. About to transfer to a further location because it would probably still save time with how slow and unhelpful this pharmacy is.
Family has been coming to this pharmacy for years. Never had an issue all the staff was friendly and greeted right away. Since COVID all the old staff has left. The new employees are extremely rude. Had a question about the price of a prescription. Asked one of the techs to help me out and was told that’s not my job. You will need to call your insurance. I get that the employees are overwhelmed due to being short staffed. Not having enough staff anywhere seems to be the new normal. People are coming in sick to get prescriptions last thing we want is to deal with is someone being heartless. Honestly considering trying a new pharmacy
The absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever come in contact with. I waited a week and a half for an inhaler that was supposed to be ready the same day I sent the refill in. I even involved corporate, and they never got back in contact with me either. Even after being told twice they would have the district manager call me back. I’m still waiting. When you call them no one answers the phone. Then you go up there and see AT LEAST 6-7 people behind the counter. But no one to answer the phone. I was on hold for 35 minutes and NOBODY answered to say hold on or anything. You’ll die waiting on this pharmacy. DON’T DO IT!!!
Do not use this pharmacy. They are the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Every time I refill a prescription and go to pick it up I have issues, it's either they can't find it or it hasn't been filled yet. Then when I'm upset because it happens all the time the workers are so rude. I can't emphasize enough how rude the staff is to the customers. Today I called and was hung up on 3 times. The third time I waited almost 20 mins and someone picked the phone up and hung it up right away. Called back, and the pharmacy is now closed for lunch. This pharmacy is pathetic. I'm transferring to anywhere else asap.
This is an awful pharmacy, avoid it at all costs. My wife on 2 different occasions has given them plenty of time to fill her prescription before she left the country (Over a week) The medication she requires is needed and without it could be endangering not only her physical health but mental health also. Each time my wife has called they have played it off like it is not important and hung the phone up. As this has happened multiple times I am starting to believe they are discriminating against my wife. Once again, please avoid this pharmacy, they do not care about you nor the medication you require.
Not sure who is in charge of the minute clinic desk but that lady was very unreasonable. I’ve been sick for three days and scheduled my appointment. I showed up 7 minutes late and was asked to sit down while she gave someone a covid vaccine that took 25 minutes. Why would you have a vaccine appointment and a regular appointment scheduled around the same time? I’m very unhappy she asked me to sit and wait for 25 minutes just to tell me I needed to reschedule. I just shook my head and left. Guess I’ll have to go somewhere else that actually cares.
This CVS has a LOT of different self care, nail, and makeup products; a large selection of snacks, drinks, and liquor; The hours are good, self checkout always works, and employees are nice; Pharmacy has a clinic, doesn physicals, and gives vaccinations; Decent amount of parking; its always busy so if I have to use the register there's usually a line; conveniently located but sometimes hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to traffic. One of my go to places though and there is another CVS closer to me. Lol
Poorest excuse for a pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Promised prescriptions to be ready 24 hours prior, showed up today, and am told not ready, and I’d have to wait 30 minutes. Besides that, they never answer their phone in order for you to find out if ready for pick up. Either they are more disorganized than the Government, or very short handed. Being short handed can be fixed, but from seeing other reviews, they could care less.
My doctor sent over my medication on Thursday. I went to pick it up on Sunday. I was told it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. I said I need it bc it’s for my blood pressure. I can wait or come back in an hour. The pharmacist refused to fill it. She told me go to a 24 hour location if I wanted it today. The tech told me they are a month behind on filling prescriptions. The tech was nice but the pharmacist was quite rude!
Why is everything locked up? I’m not waiting for the underpaid customer service person manning the entire store (also the only person working the register) to come get me my item. I am shouting into the void at CVS to say: Pay your people more and hire more of them to run your store. I hope more than anything that every soulless CEO of CVS and everyone that defends them one day suffers the consequences of their actions.
I was so appalled and shocked at how the Minute Clinic staff member treated me. She told me I couldn’t be seen, which I understood why, but she would not even let me finish my sentences/questions. She kept interrupting me by shaking her head and repeating “no.” Her attitude was nasty and it was obvious she just wanted to get rid of me. There was no care, helpfulness, or even common decency. Disgusted.
I am usually not the one who will write a review but I just want to say how impressed I was with the pharmacist today. I came in and got my flu shot and she was very personable and knowledgeable. Prior to my shot, a customer walked in to talk about his sick wife and she CARED!! She listened to what he was saying and didn’t rush their conversation. I highly recommend this pharmacy and their staff!
Worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. I ordered one of my needed high blood pressure medication 4 days ago and specifically said I needed it sooner. It is still “in process”!??!! Now on hold for 30 minutes and they still haven’t answered. The app is of no use either. I am completely done with this joke of a pharmacy. I am calling and changing pharmacies TOMORROW.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They tell you one thing and you get there and it's something else totally different. Asked for the pharmacist name and they refuse to give it to you. She is very rude thinks she is god and has no customer service. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. This place and the blonde headed woman pharmacist are a joke.
Idk if she was having a bad day but the lady Jennifer was super rude and unprofessional she had a attitude as soon as she seen us. And treated us with the upmost disrespect lightweight prejudice. In front of my son she left the counter and came back once we got help and did that to every colored person in there. If she was a man she would have lost her teeth
Yakira is the best (Hope I got your name right). I needed my prescription and came in before close. I told them I was fine waiting til tomorrow cause it was close to close and she said don’t worry and got me filled. I really appreciate the speed service and felt so well treated! Best pharmacy!!!
Worst pharmacy ever!!! They always say , “it will be ready in a hour” and when you try to get your prescription they say ….. oooohh it’ll be another hour mann listen folks need they super power medicine to heal quit playing this already a high traffic area get ppl in and out !!
This used to be my favorite CVS to shop at. Unfortunately, like most other businesses in Speedway, it is now ghetto. Most of the employees are also rude and unhelpful. 75% of merchandise locked up, the store is also dirty. Very frustrating. The one in Clermont is much better.
Yalls pharmacy is a joke. Literally 20 ppl "working" yet no sense of urgency. And letting someone hold up the line for "prices with discount card and coupons" should not be happening during busy hours. She wasn't even getting the meds. Just the prices.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is horrendous. The pharmacy people are lazy and rude. I've been on hold for almost an hour just to be hung up on. Yet when I go through the drive true there's at least 7 of them in there just laughing it up.
I have been waiting for my cancer drugs for Over a week !!.they say there a week behind but I was promised twice that my prescription would be ready.now I have to wait for my cancer treatment.dont t theses people know that this is people lives...
Laura is a new provider at this CVS location. She is incredible. I came in with a UTI and got my appointments mixed up, but she was able to squeeze me in and get me treated asap. Very friendly and professional. I would 100% come back here again!
Always a good experience. Greeted by workers, smells amazing, spacious, clean organized, lots of products to choose from. They offer Covid-19 Testing & Covid-19 vaccinations as well. Convenient location & being open 24 hours is a bonus.
I have a great experience every time! Thankfully, in this time of need with switching insurances, they helped me find the cheapest price for my medication! Thank you guys for all you do, you all are very appreciated …
The pharmacist Caroline is so rude. She made a mistake and instead of apologizing smirked and made fun of me. Her mistake cost me $500 in a new prescription and she literally told me to "pay it and move along"
This is the worst CVS in this city. Anytime I go to pick up anything it's at least 30 minutes waiting. Half the time it's not ready. Wife had surgery and it took over 4 hours to fill her prescriptions.
Very rude staff. Don't Oh My God me when I am trying to tell you what I am calling about. I will definitely be switching pharmacies. Maybe the won't be as ignorant as the staff at CVS.
Pharmacy Review: Always, always long lines. In the rare instance I need to call in, I’m on hold for ever. I was on hold an hour once only to get hung up on at lunch time.
They have had a very necessary persciption for 2 days, and they are about to close. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, In store or pharmacy. I guess I will have to go to the ER
One the worst cvs in the area they will text you that prescription is ready but you get there it isn't. They been closed the last 2 days because no pharmacist on duty.
The woman running drive thru was very very rude I would go as far to say nasty 7/17/2023. Someone should terminate her
Pharmacy tech Shaden was amazing! She is truly what this world needs KIDNESS God bless her and the CVS team …
It's a great store. To crowded at times but they work pretty hard at accommodating their patrons.
This is the worst unprofessional pharmacy I have ever deal with. I do not recommend
