This is the absolute WORST pharmacy in the city. For a company whose name has the word "pharmacy" in it, they certainly were a big let down. I have to use CVS because it's where my insulin is covered by insurance. I'm new to insulin, and after I left the hospital a few weeks ago they prescribed me two types of insulin pens. I've never been to CVS. They were very busy and when it was my turn, I gave my birth date and name and the lady came back with a large brown paper bag that was stapled and sealed up. She rang me up and the total was $250. Each line item on my receipt only had an amount, no medication name. Now when you go to HEB or Walmart pharmacy, the cashier will go over it with you. You'll hear them say something like, "Ok, we've got an antibiotic for $25, 500mg Ibuprofen for $5" and so forth. You know what you're purchasing from the jump. I paid for it, which since I had been sick and off for weeks, that was half of the money I had at the time. I got home and opened the bag. There were $100 worth of medication that I did not need, or were not on the list. CVS pharmacy somehow got a hold of two prescriptions, one I had not taken in over 7 years, the other I had not taken in 5 years. How did they get those scripts? Why didn't they just fill what the ER doctor sent over which was two types of insulin pens, the needles for it and then my two diabetes medications? Why didn't the pharmacist show me how to use the pens? I called and they said they were unable to refund me for the scripts they filled but I did not need. I went up there in person and had a talk with the pharmacist on duty. I let her know that they need to do better. They should go over the medications we're paying for at the time of payment. Let me know what I'm buying! Had the first pharmacy tech gone thru the scripts when she was ringing me up I could have been like, "wait a minute, that's incorrect." When I explained this to the pharmacist in charge, she responded by saying that they get busy. I work in logistics. I get busy too, and often. But all of my customers walk away knowing what they've purchased and have been given careful and excellent customer service by me. It's not hard to do. They ended up refunding my money. I had them destroy the scripts I am no longer on. It's completely irresponsible of a pharmacy to give you medications that you are no longer on. I had no active scripts for those two medications so I don't know how they received that information. I never filled them there. It was alarming and the staff was rude. I have switched to a different location due to this staff's incompetence.
Pharmacy staff are rude and need to better their customer service. I have autorefills on my medications and I was supposed to get a prescription filled since Sunday and is Thursday now and still waiting on my refills. Yesterday ( Wednesday) I called the pharmacy and was told that my prescription was going to be ready in the afternoon and someone will give me a call to let me know when my prescription was going to be ready ,no one ever called. I’m here at the pharmacy and told them what was going on and so they asked me to talk to Martha which she was sitting in the drop off window. She asked for my personal information and she just sat there without saying anything. If she was going to have it ready or not so I just walked away and had to ask someone else for help. I’m still here at the pharmacy waiting with no answers and no medication.
I was in San Antonio for the day and dealing with a stomach virus on my way to a concert venue. My Uber driver was nice enough to drive me to the closest pharmacy which was this establishment. I kindly asked the pharmacy staff if I could borrow their restroom before I bought medication. The pharmacy staff was nice enough to say yes let me call the manager on shift to open the restroom for you. He walked over all snobby didn’t address me just gave attitude to the pharmacy technician about not letting me borrow the facilities. It was the first and last time I shopped at a CVS. I’ll keep getting my medication at Walgreens and H-E-B where I know they appreciate my business.
I wouldn't even give a one star but have to in order to put my bad review. They have the worst staff and the worst service ever, too bad we have no other choice because AETNA decided to buy them off. Giving us no choice what pharmacy to go to. Never have prescriptions ready always giving incomplete prescriptions. Im done with them. That little Rhonda manager has the worst service ever it exceeds her height. Told me to go get service elsewhere instead of correcting their store. About to go to corporate and AETNA to cut them off. Or hopefully replace the whole pitiful staff.
I went in to pick up my daughters medicine. The lady at the counter was very disrespectful and rude. She was speaking to me in a degrading way. Like I was slow or didn’t know what was going on. Their customer service needs some work. I’ve worked with customers my whole life and I’ve never treated or wanted to treat anyone the way she did me yesterday. Better training or maybe care how your pharmacists are treating people. Because that was not ok and I’m switching locations due to not wanting to see these rude people everytime I need to refill my daughters meds.
My family is loyal to this location on 2018 culebra rd And on several occasions. I have asked the MANAGER; HIMSELF for assistance. NATHAN CASAS is the manager, and is also THE RUDEST PERSON WITH HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HOW HE MADE IT TO MANAGER IS BEYOND ME. BUT BELIEVE THAT CORPORATE WILL HEAR FROM ME IN HIS UNPROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE, HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND UNCARING ATTITUDE.
Seriously rude Team Member when I was trying to check out. The team member was talking about getting termed and didn’t move when it was obvious I was trying to look at product he was blocking. The manager an absolute sweetheart. I love this CVS but I will go to Walgreens next time.
I have to come here due to insurance but I ended up liking it anyway. I can say they do get some angry customers and handle it well. This side of town is not easy to work at! They should be getting medals for even smiling at all! I like this location for my prescriptions.
Rude employees at pharmacy. Prescription never ready on time. Told me an hour went there after hour employee told me I am too early need to wait 40 more min. Seriously, 60 min makes one hour I think for them is 100 min makes it. If I could give 0 star. …
Convenient and a quick in and out. *updated 5/2022 Lots of empty shelves, no employees anywhere. No cashiers only self checkouts, and not enough staff in Pharmacy. What is going on with CVS? Been really horrible lately. Definitely not my favorite any longer.
I called to this CVS and the lady Carla was so helpful after there sister store on Nogalitos gave poor service and when I went in there the young man also gave exceptional service abd thats how it should always be in the customer service business!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any CVS location. The only reason I've been to this location is for it's convenience but I would rather travel hours than go here again. Management and employees are rude and lack professionalism.
The pharmacy here is flat out rude and they are flat out denying to give me my insulin that is required for me to carry on about my day and life for that matter. I was denied my medication even with a card provided directly by the Lilly company.
En cvs culebra - leon valley, tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente, cuando se trata de poner la vacuna covid..me refiero específicamente al encargado de la farmacia, un tipo de lentes muy prepotente que no debería estar en servicio al cliente.
Loyal customer for years but but will no longer have my business. New Pharmacy crew has made it so inconvienent. I'm just done with them. The only reason I am giving even one star is because it will not let me post with zero.
The pharmacist at this location is so rude. When I questioned him about something he walked away saying well we can't help you. He really wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him just kept ignoring me
Scheduled a flu shot appointment and later found out the online scheduler is no longer working. Waited too long to be seen. Everyone is too busy to help you here. Disappointed in the customer service.
My medication was lost then out of stock and now does not exist. First time customer switching to HEB. NO one was helpful with this either. Everyone one I talked to told me something different.
This place has the rudest employees they stereotype everyone one as to say we’re there to steal not ever gng bk i hope cooperation finds out about the employees conduct
Awful customer service. The check-out clerk openly laughed at me and was generally rude and unhelpful. Not enough staff on the floor. A shame for the brand.
Buen lugar para realizar compras solo que algunos artículos están un poco elevados a diferencia de su competencia.pero en general recomendable
It used to be good. Now it takes 4 days to get meds filled and only if you stay on them then they act like you are bothering them.
Friendly service, good place to find quick snacks, toiletries, health and beauty aides, and having doctor prescriptions filled
The manager or whoever she was with glasses looks like she hates her job no hello welcome or nothing... she was a mute …
Worst experience ever. Pharmacy is a joke, so disrespectful and rude. Will avoid this location at all costs moving forward.
Unfortunately I have no choice but to use cvs because of our insurance but I've had repeated issues, too many to mention.
Bad experience they lost my prescription and are very unorganized and don't care about customers rude and unprofessional
My favorite CVS location! The store is very clean and the manager is super helpful, definitely would come back again!
Absolutely the worst people deny my daughter her insulin because the staff doesn't know how to do their job.
The drive thru pharmacy takes FOREVER. I’m sick, i don’t want to be waiting in my car for over an hour.
I went to pick up medications at the Pharmacy. The workers there are always courteous & very helpful.
If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would!!! NOT accommodating at all whatsoever …
Will recommend CVS to individuals who need flu shots or purchase items and refill prescriptions.
Been on hold for 26 min. (Pharmacy) Looks like most cvs have bad customer service …
Pharmacy is full of excuses! If you need your prescription dont hold your breathe!
Worst customer service. People over there are rude and doesn't help the customers
Pesima la atencion y mucha demora en los servicios que ofrecen.
Miss Martha from Pharmacy was awsome, she was very helpful.
Customer service needs help. Always issues with pharmacy
Zero stars. The guy at the register was extremely rude.
I Enjoy" Shop There And and Finding New Things. …
I don't recommend the CVS brand. It doesn't work
One lady cashier always every kind and helpful
Very unprofessional manager and staff here !
Rude staff tried taking 14 hrs on 1 refill
