I just went here with my girlfriend. We spent $30 thinking we would see an actual museum. We walked in and what we saw downstairs was half the museum. We walked upstairs and saw 2 paintings that looked almost identical to the 3 downstairs. We also saw a few drawings that looked like someone drew them while bored in class. They were not very good. I know people who can scratch better than the drawings. Absolute waste of $30. Do not recommend at all.

Never been to CICA before but saw advertisements on Instagram for the Hajime Sorayama exhibition. My sister and I booked tickets in advance and it was just the two of us when we showed it so we had a lot of time to look at every piece and depth which was awesome :) we didn’t feel rushed at all. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I bought tickets in advance for the Javier Calleja exhibition. The tickets I bought were for 11am - 12pm. I waited 30 minutes outside in the rain with 20 other people. The gallery was supposed to open at 11am, but no one showed up to let us inside until 11:30. It was ridiculous and unacceptable.

Very cool medium size gallery! I would recommend tickets in advance only because we had to walk past some of the art to get to the spot where you can pay, it disrupted the flow a little. Highly recommend though! More
