When I originally brought my car in, they were really nice and I had a really good impression of them. The people I spoke to at the time were super nice and understanding. Months have passed since my collision and it turns out I have some underlying alignment issues. Not being very car savvy, I didn't really know what it was that was wrong with my car - just that it was 'off' - until I hit a pothole on my left tire and got a new tire and Firestone pointed out a severe alignment issue on my right side (where I was hit). I called State Farm who asked me to call CB Collisions to see if there was an alignment issue that was overlooked (my copy of the report mentioned nothing about it). The man - "Rick" I think - on the phone was dismissive and insulted that I would dare question his service and while I was half-expecting them to deny me (it has been a while after all), there was no need for that kind of treatment from him (I wasn't yelling or anything maybe a little curt but still polite). Even though my collision was on the right and on my wheel (though the tire itself wasn't damaged) he refused to even humor the chance of that resulting in an alignment issue. He blamed the pothole (even though it was on my left tire...) and repeated over and over that he was a mechanic as though I was questioning that. I'll be taking my car to another mechanic to get the alignment fixed - which I half expected I'd have to do anyway - but I won't be returning to this CB for any future incidents. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day but the whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I recently was involved in my first accident and decided to take my car here and was not disappointed. When I called to make an appointment, I was greeted by Keith whose first concern wasn’t about the damage to my car but rather if I was okay, which I found to be really nice. Since the experience was brand new to me, I wasn’t quite sure how the whole process worked since I was going through the other drivers insurance but Keith took care of everything from securing my rental to contacting the insurance company himself for payment and any other necessary information so that the process was completely hassle-free for me. He even provided a few upgrades to my vehicle at no extra charge and returned it looking even better than before the accident! I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the front desk but she was also very friendly and professional and made sure I was well taken care of. Of course I hope I’m never in an accident again but if I am I will be bringing my car here again! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and service guys!

Cut corners. We had our vehicle repaired there about a year ago. New bumper and fog lights. 2017 Acura MDX. 1. The day after arrival, I’m told I need a windshield replacement because it was cracked. It was not cracked when I dropped it off. 2. Upon completion, was told ACC and LKAS did not need to be calibrated. The following day, it nearly drives me into oncoming traffic. Only after some pushing did they agree to take it to Acura for calibration. 3. Bumper was painted, but no clear coat. After noticing obvious paint chips, I brought it in and was told “we’re not responsible for road debris”. 4. Over the winter I noticed the heated windshield not functioning. Opened up the cowling underneath only to discover that the wiring had been CUT off of the new windshield. The power wires from the vehicle were just left hanging there. The entire operation felt sketchy and not customer focused. Do not recommend. Will not return.

I could not recommend this business more. Ricky and his team took fantastic care of my car with a spotless repair, went above and beyond to fix something else no charge, worked me into their schedule promptly, completed the work faster than quoted, communicated frequently and effectively, cleaned my car inside and out when finished, and even handled helping me get and return my rental car. As someone with minimal car knowledge/experience, trying to find a body shop that isn't going to try to upsell you or get away with shady business can be difficult; but from the minute I began the process with CB, they were kind, professional, open and honest with me. Their prices were fair compared to other quotes I received. I felt as though they genuinely cared about my car and business which is a priceless experience!

They get a 50 out of 10. By far the best collision experience I've ever had and one of the very best service-oriented businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When I arrived today the manager, Keith, was painting over all the scratches where other car doors had hit my doors. For free. Communication was excellent and prompt, the pricing was good, and they were super-friendly and on top of things. Plus they were available much earlier than the other and their competitors and did a very efficient job. Hats off to Keith and the crew!

My Lincoln MKX was involved in a hit and run accident; I ended up coming here versus the Lincoln dealership for a couple different reasons, and I’m SO GLAD I did! I got an appointment within a reasonable time frame, Ricky was amazing at communicating throughout the week my vehicle was getting repairs (emails including pics of progress), and I am incredibly happy with the repairs. I’d def go there again if I were to ever need collision repairs and would also recommend to friends.

We came to the shop with a separate fender from the car and ask them to paint it. The minute we start conversation with the employees they left and before some other guy was interrupt our conversation, about buying a car. Not even looking that we started conversation first, and employees preferred talk to him first because it was more valuable business for them than us. Very poor customer service, looks like CB Collision don't want to have a business on a regular basis.

The customer service at the office was great. I got a quote for the work I needed (paint correction) within 24 hours as promised. Unfortunately this is where things went wrong. I tried to find out how long the repair would take, and when I could schedule the work. After multiple attempts via phone and email to contact CB Collison I got no response. It seems they're so successful that they don't need my money or my "good"review. Too bad.

This is the 2nd vehicle repair done at this shop. Both times I got very timely updates and felt completely in the loop. My jeep had a custom paint job that needed repair and the detail that they took was unmatched. Thanks to Rickey and Kevin specifically and everyone else that played a part in repairing my jeep to better than new condition. They got it back to me in less time than I anticipated. Thanks again guys.

These guys are amazing! Both times I've used them, they are always very prompt and give plenty of communication for all repairs. The guys there are all really nice and are more than willing to talk with you. Plus at the end of it all, my car looks just like new! (They even went the extra mile and vacuumed the inside) I live in the Franklin area and this place is more than worth the drive!!

These guys were fantastic! After State Farm estimated 2 weeks for the repair, it only took them a week and a day. I got a call with an update on the repair every Tuesday and Thursday leading up to when it was finished, and the call always ended with, "You have a great and wonderful day now!" I was sent to this shop by State Farm, as one of the Recommended to have my car repaired. There was Soo much confusion between the store and State Farm I was asked to collect my car and go somewhere else. It seems to me that this shop should have worked something out with state farm, rather than just telling me to come get my car out of garage. I can't give them a good review.

CB fixed my car after I got rear-ended. They were super fast, every other collision shop had a wait of 4-8 weeks just to drop off, but CB let me bring it in the same day I called. They handled all the insurance stuff and did the work very quickly. They returned it to me cleaned and looking brand new. Great business, highly recommend.

Wow! What a phenomenal job! Not only did they fix my jeep completely, but they cleaned it inside and out! It took much less time than i ever imagined, even though most the time they had it was over memorial day weekend. My car was a disaster and they made it look beautiful. I cannot recommend this body shop enough! Rick did an amazing job with my car, and he even completed the work a week ahead of schedule. He outlined when I dropped my car off that he would be emailing me updates twice a week, and he was consistent in that follow up. Great communication, timeline and work!
