I'll have to try them again but this visit was extremely disappointing. I went to the drive-thru an ordered nuggets and I figured I'd try one of their tacos for a dollar. As soon as I got to the window but young lady handed me the bag. She didn't even ask what kind of sauce I wanted with my nuggets. So I told her what sauce I wanted and she put in the bag. then I asked if the taco comes with hot sauce or not. She said yes. I figured I didn't need any extra then. While waiting to turn right and go to Costco I pulled out the taco. I wouldn't say it was cold but I can comfortably say that it was cool to touch. It looked exactly like Jack in the boxes tacos which tastes a lot better in my opinion. Again, does taco was cold extremely dry and the shell was almost burnt. Very dark brown. When I bit into it it was weird eating this dry cold taco. I opened it up and saw A little dab of meat and zero hot sauce. What a rip. If you're going to copy Jack in the boxes tacos and charge more for them, I might suggest serving them warmer and with sauce.

Went in to the dining area just before close then ordered got my receipt and waited for my order. So while I’m standing there I just so happen to glance over at the man working the burger line and had to take a double look at his hands. They were bare! No gloves. He was just putting a patty onto the burger then all the toppings. Then I watched him “clean” his hands via an ol wipe to the pant leg. Then I looked around at every persons hands that were working w food. And NONE of them hand gloves on. I canceled my order immediately. Then the manager asked me why I was canceling so I just pointed to the line cooks hands then he turns around and apologizes and said he has to remind that same guy about gloves on all the time. So think about a person working the cook line w no gloves while they touch your burgers bits.

I met a friend that not as fortunate as you and I as she was homeless. The attitudude of employees to her made me ponder. I realize there has be guidelines. But this was a female.good beliefs.good sincere lady. That I know. And attitudes towards homelessness people need to change. Starting with employees from burger king. McDonald's. Anywhere. These are Americans. They are human beings. 99% are in crisis because of drugs.mental disorders. But then who did jesus help ? He helped sick. poor. sinners.prostitutes.ect. we are all God's creation. We should treat all as equal. Be open minded to the cause and help thy fellow man

They recently completed construction on this location and it seems that results in a higher combo per dollar. I made a visit to another location near the 101 last week and the same impossible burger combo was two dollars cheaper. This location may still be under staffed as service is slow but even with the long wait times the staff are still friendly. Bathrooms and eating tables are clean but that is to be expected for such a young building. If you can't stand the wait of driving a few more blocks to the other location on McDowell, and don't mind paying the "new building" tax, then this location is just fine.

Customer service is poor she messed up my order. The women needs to know that her work is not tough so I went back so they can correct my order be like hey my milkshake is m&m . She goes you ordered that and she said your ordered it and I told her no I ordered a chocolate milkshake and I have the receipt . Don’t get me wrong yes it’s Burger King yes it’s fast food but come on your job is not that hard . Feel blessed you have a job most people have nothing . So I think you should fire her or. I am glad that Burger King is back in my neighborhood. However I must complain about two issues. First, train your employees on how to work the register before you put them on their own. My counter person had to ask the manager twice how to enter my order. After saying yes to her question of “do you want cheese on that”, my Whopper did not come with cheese. It should be noted that I was not charged for cheese, but I did request it. Second, please do something about the chirping crickets in the dining room. I really don’t like bugs in the same room I’m eating in.

We were getting ready to order but my friend had to use the bathroom they said the bathrooms are only for employees, but we just seen a homeless person come out of the bathroom in the MGR said they were supposed to let them use the bathroom I said we’re dine in customers can we use the bathroom she said no it’s just for employees . I get it but you put your restaurant next to a large homeless population!! but that shouldn’t Stop dine in customers from using your bathroom we won’t be coming back we didn’t buy anything anyway because of that

my experience at this Burger King specifically was very great I only had four bucks and wanted to get the rodeo burger and a Sunday came out to $4.45 something like that and the lady just charge me for a regular soft serve cup I just thought that was really nice they definitely have etiquette very clean everybody there is very polite and works very hard to satisfy their customers needs I definitely give this place a five star oh and the bathroom stinks God an area like this pretty clean bathrooms got to say.

Drive thru Ordered 2 for $5.00 whataburger with promo coupon. No napkins, no friendly reception and barely warm sandwich. Decided to give a second try for breakfast a week later at 10:40 Saturday morning. I was rudely informed, no breakfast after 10:30. No option or apologize offered. I left with no purchase and went to McDonalds. I am a business owner and the owner of this location needs to work with the staff. My Grand Opening experience will offer a failed 1 star rating.

Horrible manager and service got a whopper meal wanted extra lettuce, pickles we get a dry bun with a hamburger patty nothing else we went to.talk to manager she started arguing with us that we asked for that and finally made it how we wanted. Nothing like weighting 20 minutes in front of the speaker box to order a 2 dollar burger and a coke. I eventually assumed it was broken so I moved forward to order at the window only to be told I couldn't place my order there. I overall wasted 45 minutes of my time on line and a quarter of a tank of gas to not even get food. Will never, ever go to this location again and would recommend everyone else to go to one of the conveniently located alternatives

Just came through the drivethrough tonight at 7pm on 09.01.20. • The lady who took our order was very rude and short. • At the window, the same lady told us our order was $27 for 3 whoppers/3 orig chicken sandwiches. • I questioned the price and said the order should have been around $17 with tax • The lady rolled her eyes impatiently and said "No its $27". We cancelled our order and drove off! I did not want chance our order being messed with.

Very slow, even though the place wasn't full of customers. They seemed really disorganized, with worker asking what you ordered, instead of looking at screens. The burger i got was missing a crucial item: the bacon on a bacon king. I see them working hard, but management needs to train their people to be more efficient and organized. Place was fairly clean though.

Had 2 issues with this burger king. 1 had a large drink with the lid not on correctly, went all over my vehicle in a turn. Second issue - went for breakfast, their coffee maker was broken, ask if i would like a fountain drink instead, no problem. Then they upcharged me for that fountain drink. Your coffee machine is broken so i have to pay extra for a drink. This was a 4 star restaurant till the upcharge, now i will not be returning.

Went last night and waited at the speaker box 10 minutes. Then ordered at the window and was told to park. Then they closed the drive thru, ignored me when I went up to the doors after waiting 20 more minutes. They took my money, then locked their doors. Gonna try to go in today to get it back and will notify the police if necessary, this is the first fast food place that blatantly robbed me of my time and money. Avoid at all costs.

The “don’t care” attitude was well executed here. Everyone seems to be stuck on turtle speed. Additionally, indoor amenities for dining in customers were of course not replenished. Therefore it is advised to bring your own ketchup and soft drinks.

Worst Burger King in Phoenix. The store has been open for nearly 2 months and they have messed up my order 2 out of 4 visits. The last visit I ordered 2 bacon egg & cheese croissants and 2 ham egg & cheese croissants. When I got home, all 4 sandwiches were missing eggs. When I went back to the store, the manager flat out called me a liar and refused to replace them. Avoid this location like the plague!!!!!!!!!

The Burgers were delicious but the service (raspberry). I had a T Mobile coupon for A free Whopper and they said I had to d/l the Bk and T Mobile app. I have both T mobile and Burger King apps but they still refused me my free burger they told me I had to pay for it. I called the store and district manager to complain but still have not heard back They don't care about their customers

Worst Burger King ever the woman working the drive thru was to busy on her cellphone to worry about taking the order correctly. We had to stop in the middle of ordering because she kept saying anything else anything else yet.....she wasn't even listening and they made the order incorrect causing us to wait even longer for our kids food seriously replace them with I'm done idiots

When potential customers walk up to the counter there needs to be immediate & proper conscientious attention to them from the moment they walk in the door!!! I watched people constantly walk out on a consistent basis just like today again, I at times cringe to have to walk into this location with what I regularly experience from this closest to my home BK, I regret to have to say!

Great food, I don't know why people hate on Burger king so much but I came for the New Spicy Chicken Sandwhich and it was amazing. Everything about it was great, and if your worried about how clean it is, its a relatively new store and i've came here and ate inside and it was a great experience.

First time going to that location and I really regret it. Food is cold and I'm less that 5 minutes away from the location, I ordered 4 orders of 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and they just put 3 sides of dipping sauce, they didn't put my 4 orders of cookies. Totally dissatisfied. Next time I will rather drive a little more to the other closer location.

Impossible whopper: had one, could not tell the pattie was not meat. Then I realized that fast food burgers are generally $h!t tier and never seasoned. I really don't know what a BK pattie tastes like because they are so unremarkable I never noticed. On the positive side, it didn't make me gag

Will never eat here again, got my mozzarella sticks and the cheese was a yellow tint from them leaving them under the warmer for most of the day, jalapeno bites were also soggy instead of crispy. Makes me think all of their food is made and left in the warmer for many hours.

Quick Tiny 3$ double burger, small frozen coke 1.50$. Pleasant music. Just saying, tiny burgers are from the 1-2$ days. If you aren't going to sell something quality for 3$ then just don't sell it.

Kinda meh about the location, but it's close to home so we go here occasionally. The drive thru speaker is super quiet to the point you can't hear them. Hopefully it's just them trying to get into the swing of things in their first year open.

Used the self service computer, and employees were shouting out numbers, not our names, and I also had to grab my own receipt. Why ask for our name, if you don't call it out? Also I've seen at least three of these employees touch their hat

I gave them a 3 bcauz if you don't ask for hot food you may get lukewarm or COLD food. And let them know what you want on your burger bcauz they may add something that doesn't even come with the burgers. CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL OFF.

Just waited for drive through about 5 minutes. A homeless person came to our car and said I don’t think anyone is inside. We drove past the drive through windows and saw two people in there, trying to stay out of sight. Not cool.

When this location first opened every time we ordered it was wrong! That problem had been fixed but they need to work on their customer service at the inside counter. Customers before idle conversation with your coworkers.

Girl who rang us up was high as a kite, could barely even focus on our order. Lobby was extremely dirty. At one point I heard a puppy barking in the kitchen. Beware of this place!!

Used the drive through. VERY slow. 4 whoppers no onion took almost 20 minutes (in a cab) Wow. I went in off thomas, it's a little challenge discerning the correct entrance.

This is the second time within two weeks that something is short with my order. I'm glad there are other burger places around. Burger King is not the place to go anymore.
