I feel safe to travel on buddha air and it’s my frist choice and i respect and believe in buddha air .. but ! The way of talking of the pkr buddha air staff’s is so rude and unfriendly with passenger’s when i called pkr buddha air help centre the way of staff treating worst to passenger.. (061455997)when i called them for help just to ask the terms and conditions or rule of the plain for pet’s.. they treated me so rude .. unfriendly and they cut the call when i wasn’t finished saying my words just because i thought they are there for the help for passengers .. but ! when i was saying him my problem suddenly he cuts the call without listening me i couldn’t even finish my words he suddenly cuts the call .. this was so rude and disrespectful treat by the staff of buddha airlines.. maybe they forgot that they are feeding foods to there family.. they are fulfilling the wants and there needs.. just because of there passengers.. So, Respectfully i request to airline.. Only safety is not enough.. Main this is discipline that the employ’s should follow and respect people’s..

The flight was very safe and comfortable. Every penny was worth it. Everyone know the reputation and complements for Buddha air. The staffs, (air hostage) were very kind and helpful. I had my first flight of my life through Buddha air. And, I really loved the experience. The flight time was also as mentioned. But, one of the main problem was with flight cancellations, and sometimes delay. Although, I personally haven't experienced flight delay. But, many times my relatives and parents have faced it. Sometimes the package delivery is also delayed because of flight delay. Which have resulted me in extra more hours of excited waiting. And, my flight to Dhangadhi was also cancelled. Because, prior to the flight day, there was a flight available. But, it wasn't available on the flight day. When asked, they just responded with, "sorry sir! Flight is not available for today. Please try Tomorrow or other destinations". Otherwise the experience was nice. Also, the pictures doesn't belong to me. They are used for reference propose.

Sector got wrong in the tickets and immediately approached Buddha Air office, fortunately they managed to get 2 seats at last minute and the flight was too costly around 5K/pax.......can we manage this type of issue with more affordable rate?? Now I have submitted claim for refund for missed Sector at Pokhara.....Anyway flight was little uncomfortable due to seat being at the last......but the beautiful view of Pokhara took it away.....

I don’t like the way the person on the call talked to me .I called on this number 061455997 buddha air pokhara . He was so rude with zero customer service . Need to learn more before working on such sectors.

I flew with them from Kathmandu to Pokhara and Pokhara to Kathmandu couple of times. Loved 30 minutes flight. Safe take off and landing. From your seat you can see what pilots can see. Interesting.

3 Star for office as it is too small. 2 stars for lack of parkings. 5 Stars for staff hospitality and response. Hats off to Mr. Sudip for his co-operation and the way he answered my querries.

Worst airline ever because my flight delayed by 4 hour ．I missed my international flight to Japan and they charged 14000 nrs to my wife who is a foreigner too bad ．

Well maintained and fine airplanes. ATR 72 flies to Terai destination. Sometime due to weather it may get delay for few more hours.

Congested office space, humble staff persons, multiple destinations offered by the airline makes it a choice of many!
