Worst laundry mat! Manager was useless! My grandmother went today to do laundry and during one of the loads the laundry machine stopped working and locked her clothes inside. My grandmother called the manager and told him the problem and he was like ill call the technician, i’ll call you back when we hear something... this was at around 11am... at around 3:30pm still nothing so i called back asking why it is taking so long and he said that he already called his technician and he said later in the afternoon. I told him that we are waiting for our clothes and that it shouldnt be taking this long ... he said he didnt want to call his technician again because it might get him mad. Are you kidding me... i then asked for a refund cause what a waste of time but nop, the manager said “why should i give you a refund its out of our control” yes i understand but the laundry didnt even finish its wash and now we waiting more than 4hrs ...

IF YOU SEE BEDBUGS OR COCKROACH IN LAUNDRY ROOM, CALL THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO SAW IT!! Price is good. But I think I got bed bugs from this place. My house has no bed bugs. Came to use this laundry mat and while I was in there doing my laundry, one customer saw bed bugs. I went home and couple days later, I started itching after wearing the clothes I washed there. Every time I sleep on my bed, I have red cercles itches while sleeping on my bed! I called the owner to notify him to check laundry mat for bed bugs AND HE REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING! He said one customer (me) is not enough to believe there’s beg bugs. He went back and forth basically back and forth telling me he won’t do anything. 3 stars for good price -2 stars for owner inaction to even have it check for the concern of other customers and building that might get infected/infested.

They advertise large washing machine. Well, the largest ( only one) cannot accommodate a king size bed mattress cover. I had called them before going to make sure they had the proper equipment. The owner assured me he did... The owner Gerry thinks he knows and saw it all, and is not on the premise, as it is big chain. So don’t expect any help. No refund. It is at least 10 degrees hotter inside the premise than outside, in the middle of July with 34 degrees outside today. Unbearable... air conditioning???

Machines work well, they have small washers (lots of them are currently out of order) and new medium ones, big and powerful dryers, efficient to do laundry in a short time, not too expensive. You can get change and tokens here at the machine, the soap/bleacher/softener machine doesn't work as well. There's a small washroom if you need, the Internet is pretty fast. As for transportation is a couple of blocks from Snowdon metro, there's also a bus station across the street.

If I could give 0 stars, I'd do it. Terrible laundry, I lost my money and my time as when the washer finished, my clothes were wet. I had to move my clothes to another washer and had to pray that the machine worked this time. The same problem with the dryers, after 24 minutes waiting my clothes were still wet, then a person suggest me to use a particular machine because most of them were not working. What a waste of time and money !!

CE SONT DES VOLEURS ET SALES en plus ! TRÈS, TRÈS sale!! Aucun entretien !! Les sécheuses ne sèchent plus ( 3/4 heure et le linge pas sec ! ) / Leurs grosses machines NE TORDENT pas les vêtements !! Imaginez-vous, ce n'est pas séchable ! Et Le « Gerry » impoli, mal élevé et discourtois ne répond même pas au téléphone !! FUYEZ le plus loin possible de cet endroit !!

Do not go here! My laundry didn't smell cleaned after using the washing machine and they were still wet after an hour in the dryer. They also make you convert cash into "tokens" for some dumb reason. And the worst of all, it's more expensive than any other laundromat I've been to. 25c gets you 4 minutes in a broken dryer.

Les machines sont récentes, MAIS, ont souvent des problèmes. Perdu 4$ parce que la machine s'est arrêté avec un code. Après avoir appelé le propriétaire, qui est radin, n'a pas voulu me rembourser. Il me dit que la machine est très fragile avec le filtre. Il se fait de l'argent avec ça. Voleur

I went there today. The floor was filthy. For the second time the washing machine ruined my cloths. I chose 'cold' and the water was boiling. Last time I notified the owner but obviously he is useless. (I used the bigger, more expensive machines, assuming they work better, but no such luck)

dont waste your money here... -1/5 of washers broken... -half the dryers aren't drying hot enough... neighbourhood leaves there clothes to wash, goes home and comes back hours later... same with dryers

Vraiment pas un bon service le Mesieur ferme le téléphone ne rembourse pas ses machines brisé avec nos vêtements vraiment pas bon un gros 0 et en plus 2 h avec une machine qui marche à chaque 5 min

It's okay, place could use more maintenance a lot of machines are out of order. So I can only image what it would be like if a lot of people showed up to use the machines

Greasy looking staines ruined some of my clothes after washing my clothes there, it happened more then once, lots of broken machine, definetly never going back.

This place is dirty and smelly . The most annoying thing states open at 6am I was there at 6am and the machines had no coins zero maintenance on everything .

Les fois ou j'y suis allé c'était ou bien un laveuse hors fonction ou une secheuse sans chaleur. Plusieurs dollar jeté par les fenêtres.

clean and well lighted. There are machines of detergent and for exchange, so you can go there only with your clothes.

Is alright. Can clean we clothes, so is all good in the hood. Mind the automatic lock system if you reach late.

Pretty decent. I cant really say if it is good or bad. I do have to say, the dryers do a great job though.

Coin machine does not accept twenty dollar bills from the past 2 releases. Has Wi-Fi, which is good.
