This place is great! First of all, it’s huge -- plenty of sitting space for waiting, long tables for folding, various sizes of washers and dryers for different size loads, convenient plastic and metal rolling laundry baskets, wifi, tv, and a surprisingly helpful staff who maintain the equipment and keep the place clean. It’s even got an ice-cream section with tables, selling ice cream during the summer months (not to mention the coffee machine). I own a home and have have had a washer dryer in our basement, but after the July 13th flood our machines were damaged. We haven’t replaced them yet so it’s been a relief to find this great place to bail us out until we get our life back in order. If anyone’s interested, they also have a wash and fold laundry service. Never used it but I’ve seen people picking up their stuff and they seemed satisfied. So over all, two thumbs up )) (and more thumbs if I had them)

This is the ONLY place I go to do laundry! I have two boys who are very busy athletes that create a mountain of stinky laundry every week. This location has the best machines, friendly staff - who is always available for any question Or assistance. It is clean, and safe! I was doing so much laundry on my last visit I forgot to grab 2 dryers worth of laundry … and when I came back 4 days later it was there in a basket waiting for me! Some of the clothing was very expensive name brand lines so I was extremely relieved and grateful to the staff and others who use this locations laundry services! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else this is bar far the bast place !!!!

First time using a laundromat in Montreal and so happy I started here. Even though I have no comparison I cannot imagine a better place to go to. Establishment is very clean; machines are top of the line; owner is super friendly and very helpful. I called ahead because I was concerned about cleaning my goose down winter coat. I didn't want harsh, perfumed detergents from previous washes to effect my wash so the owner said he would sanitize and reserve a machine for me. When I arrived the sanitizing was just finishing and the owner helped me throughout the process. I have never in my life had such great service!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner is so kind and generous. I often have to bring my infant, and the whole staff is extremely helpful and supportive. I always feel comfortable coming and relaxing or even eating lunch in between loads. The parking is great too, street parking and metro accessible! I haven’t been to a laundry facility this clean and modernized. Which is really important when washing intimates and baby clothes. I’ve been coming for months and honestly it has become the easiest part of my routine!

I was in the area and saw that ice cream was being offered . As I approached I was greeted by the owner. We started chatting and he explained to me all the different items that they have and that they are soon adding even more to their menu. He was so generous in asking me to try the different flavors of Italian Gelato ice cream and they were all excellent pistachio ,Bachi my favorite .my wife preferred having a smoothie . The service was great considering that they are trying to find people who want to work.

Hello, I've been coming to Lavadora since March 2019, and I fell in love with this positive and kind environment. The owner is kind and helpful which made my transition here wonderful. Everything is clean, bright and organized. It now become my other community and now new laundry family. I feel so bless, and happy to finally have place to do my laundry for now on. It was really nice to stop on a busy day for a chocolate dipped ice cream which I ate in a relaxed manner sitting in the sun on a table on their terrasse... simply delicious and such friendly service made me feel right at home. It was a very pleasurable experience I intend to repeat often this summer. In these stressful and busy lives we lead it's so wonderful to just to relax somewhere and forget about it all.

Mr. Abbas and his wife are 2 very special people. They run a clean, efficient, comfortable operation. I always thought that laundry-mats were dismal and not welcoming. Lavadora is bright and very welcoming. They even sell slushes and ice cream during the summer months. Oh yes, they have ample machines of different sizes and prices. It’s a GREAT place! I give it 5 stars.

I had a very good experience with this laundromat. Very clean machines , washed my cloths clean , efforodable price , the good thing is change machine it gives real money. Owner of the store Abbas he is well mannered and helps me a lot to understand the machines as I am new to those machines . Finally I will recommend this Laundromat . It’s worth .

A small ice cream cone here costs $5.10. Also, the lady here encouraged me to get sprinkles (it was literally a sprinkle) since I had my 3 year old...$.75 for sprinkles. This ice cream is not any different than the dipperie and more expensive...it's just soft serve ice cream. Also, no prices are displayed anywhere. Beware.

I went Last week after a long day at work. I loved my expérience, good customer service, clean and Quick. I will come back one more time and try another ice cream flavour. As my only comment for the ice cream molle it was not with rich flavor to my taste.

For the price of the ice cream products i was expecting better quality. Ice cream used for the milkshake was equal of the one at Mcdonald's. Paysanne Gelato for exemple is a better ice cream for quite the same price.

Very clean, giant machines , plenty of sitting places, two 60 inch TVs . They even have a ice cream shop within the buanderie Lavadora. Ice cream was delicious and I was very impressed by service.
