    "Absolutely terabit experience will never recommend this dealer ship basically bankrupted me from day 1 Purchased what i hoped was my car for the next 10 years on 03/11/2022 but got sorely disappointed as soon as i left the dealership with my 2014 BMW 118i F20 5dr Auto with 169000km for R 182 000 car looked clean even passed Dekra not to sure how but never the less tired getting them to help with problem that started showing up but got told that it is a secondhand car so it will have problems i have at this moment and point payed more on repairs than what i have paid to purchased the car have replaced 80% of mechanical parts on the car also have replaced the DME 45k each time twice now replaced all cooling components as i had none stop coolant leaks 3 weeks after Purchased 25k nonstop electrical problems intermittent problems with the motor to a point that i have had the hole motor rebuild 100k latter and still no assistance from dealer ship it seams that the car also was repaid body wise as paint is cracked and bubbled on numerous places to the point that the paint is falling of numerous traces of hail damage repairs i have tried all the options i can to try and recuperate some of the money i have spent but i have been disappointed every time even the BIOM can't help me CPA States 6 month's repair, replace or refund but unfortunately i was set back every time please do your self a favor and don't buy from them they are only going to make you get more and more financially unstable due to problematic cars the just get patched and soled then problems come up after purchase the owner is quick to take your money but not willing to help after sale has been completed when you send email to the complaisant email it goes to the owner and he just doesn't respond or gets his lawyers to draft a mail and after replying to the received mail and supplying all paper work as requested you will once again be disappointed as i did not get any feedback trying to trade the car in but no one wants the car looks like this will have to me my lemon and lesson learned"

I paid a hold deposit for a vehicle on 07/05/22, and was told by the saleswoman Mandie that the car I was interested would NOT be sold while I do the finance application if I paid this deposit. I submitted all my documents when I paid this deposit to get the process started and got approved on 12/05/22. I informed BEC that I was going to do my drivers license on Monday 16/05 as this was needed to complete the deal. Without informing me, the vehicle which I paid a HOLD deposit on was sold to somebody else on the Saturday 14/05. Without even calling me to ask me to pay a higher deposit (which I would have done if necessary), Bryanston Executive Cars sold the vehicle quietly on the side. Only after I went in during the week looking for the vehicle to inspect it further for damages was I informed that the car was not on the premises. I then received a WhatsApp message informing me that the vehicle was sold. I then requested Mandie on 19/05/22 to refund my deposit, to which I received no response and no funds. Further communications to her were ignored, and every time I called she was conveniently not available. Calls to her cellphone also went ignored with no response, not even just a message back to acknowledge my call. I left messages with the dealership staff that answered the landline for her to call me back, and still never heard anything. Only when I angrily called the dealer principal on Monday 23/5/22 to demand my deposit money back, threatening to bring the police to their dealership, and further demand that they destroy all of my FICA documents and information in their possession did I actually get acknowledged, but with a half-arsed response. Bryanston Executive Cars is in my opinion dishonest and does not seem to care to look after their customers. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. Taking my deposit under the guise of it “holding” the vehicle and then selling the vehicle behind my back, then sitting quietly with my money, not bothering to refund it, is utterly tantamount to fraud and should be investigated. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a dealership which I can trust, where I am taken care of properly as any client should be. As a result of this experience, I will never support Bryanston Executive Cars, nor do I encourage anyone else to either.

I recently had to go back to Bryanston Executive Cars for after sales care. My gearbox had no oil and it got stuffed up. Although there is no way either myself or the dealership could foreseen the unfortunate incident, I can only commend their after sale care. The vehicle was checked thoroughly beforehand, but I suppose not everything could always be perfect when purchasing a second hand car. I did take out a warranty regrettably though as it seems like these guys are the real crooks. To this day I really don't know what I'm insured for with them. Rather take out a maintenance plan or the equivalent. Back to the dealership and I would like to thank especially Paul for his way he helped me to get the gearbox fixed. Not only did he give me constant feedback on what's happening, he went out his way to insure my bakkie was fixed properly. To Luciano and his team thanks for your after sale care. You guys I will recommend anytime. Niel

Don't walk away...RUN! I bought a vehicle less than 3 weeks ago and was misled by the sales team of Tiro, Luciano and Jerome on the terms of sale and warranty. The vehicle was tampered with after inspection with parts removed. Within 200kms, there was an engine system fault with 12 systems faults registering on the diagnostics and more than 80K repairs required. The additional 2 year warranty I purchased turns out not to be valid for the first 30 days, even though I was informed otherwise. I have had to sell the vehicle as scrap writing off 80% of what I paid...making what little lemonade I can from the lemon they sold!

I had a very different experience at Bryanston Executive cars - Everyone was helpful, friendly - most of all - very open and honest about the vehicles. i was told the vehicle i am looking at had Spray work on the bumper in front. i didnt even notice that to be honest. my brother is also in the car business in cape town and i know the dealer must prepare the car for the next buyer. I am very happy with the positive experience i had from all at Bryanston exec - thanks guys

Bought a car from them Feb/March 2022 it had issues they agreed to fix, overheating, took it back within 5 days. They refused to cover the costs of repairs. I paid just so I can get my car back. On the way from where they were fixing the car it broke down again. I opted to cancel the deal. They refused to give me my money back to this day 2023. Matter in court, court file was stolen before matter can be heard in court. I will never recommend them. The owner is arrogant.

Worst service, communication and poor systems. I purchased a vehicle from them, they still haven't gave me my roadworthy certificate which I need for business purposes. The staff is highly incompetent, the managers are never around to attend to queries. I'm currently taking legal action against them. All we ask for is good business! Do take advantage of people. Attend urgently to complaints the same way you ring that bell whenever you close a deal.

All was good at sales, then I paid and picked up the car. I should not have taken their word. I was very naive. It's been a week and four days and I am sitting with a R150 000 nightmare, a regret and an "you are on your own" attitude. They never call back even when they promise. You must keep following up. They are done with you anyway.

"We don't sell accident damaged cars" - words straight from the mouth of one of their sales execs (TJ), yet anyone with a set of eyes can clearly see that many of the cars they're selling are accident damaged. Like why not just be honest? Err on the side of the side of caution when visiting this dealership.

They have some good cars. Great service but did not like the rent to own concept. Repayments does not make sense when a person looking to start over has to pay more. My friend bought elsewhere. Other than that, really great service and friendly knowledgable sales team
