My sister made an application to visit UK over 4months ago and although charged for a 3 day service, she never received any decision. I have chased it severally and got charged for that too but still all I got was "decision pending'". Doesnt even take this long for a settlement visa. In the end I even withdrew the application as the wait was too long but still her passport has not been returned neither does anyone know where her passport is. No explanation or anything. I have sent an email complaining to the home office and still no one responds. Seems you people have no regard for Ghanaians. Not everyone who makes application to you is desparate to live abroad you know, just like your nationals take holidays abroad some Ghanaians also do sometimes. This is very disgraceful.

I have just used the Consular Appointment system and I found information on the application form very clear, concise and informative. The system was very fast and every other thing was straight forward indeed. I am not at all surprise to see the current google rating as 4.9 out of 5 as there is always room for improvement. Otherwise, I would have rated it to be 5 out of 5. Excellent. Well done and keep it up.

One star is too much for the UK Embassy. My fiancée n future wife Dorcas Arllo had presented everything in the original to the UK Embassy n has an impeccable certificate of good conduct, a degree as a nurse n speak perfect English. Why was the work visa rejected? Is it racism or is Ghanaian people still considered slaves?

Very nice environment except for this particular problem. I submitted my documents 5 months ago and still no response i don't know the reason for this but am very disappointed. And no reason for this insufficiency

It might be considerate of you and for the sake of your neighbours; to ask google maps to take out the private road between your buildings off the maps. Thank you!
