TLDR: Poor craftsmanship. Terrible QA. False advertising. Untrustworthy business practices. Poor customer support. Lack of communication. No local repair/maintenance support. It took almost 4 months to get my ring in the correct size. Before making my purchase I was assured by the sales staff in the Dallas showroom that resizing would be complimentary within 60 days from pickup, and that for a brand new ring, the setting would actually be remade rather than resized. I didn't know precisely the size needed before proposing so I thought this policy was great in that I could still get a brand new ring made in the perfect size after the proposal. I would later find out that they don't actually follow this policy, they resize the original ring, the practice of which may cause severe defects. After the proposal I brought the ring back to the store to be remade in a smaller size. Since they don't have a jeweler onsite, all repairs/resizing must be shipped off to California which makes for long delays. After a few weeks when I came to pick up the new setting, the center stone was very noticeably crooked. The showroom staff had obviously not inspected the ring for quality assurance. They sent it back to the factory, and after more delays, it was returned to the showroom and I was notified that it was ready for pickup for the 2nd time, but shortly after, before I had returned for pickup I was informed that it had another defect and they had sent it back for yet another repair. During the wait time for the 3rd attempt, it was revealed that they had not in fact followed the policy of remaking the brand new ring in the correct size, but rather, they had tried to resize/repair the same setting twice now, and had failed to do so without causing additional defects. They finally agreed to "remake" the ring per their advertised policy. When I came to pick up the ring for the third time, we discovered they had made it in the wrong size despite confirmation verbally and in writing the size intended. This meant another remake (4th attempt) to finally get it correct. Thankfully this was the last time, making a total of nearly FOUR months to get my ring back. During the process, they granted us a showroom ring (cubic zirconia) on loan. They made me sign an invoice for the cost of this ring, as well as multiple "invoices" for the numerous resizing/repair returns, despite saying in person that there would be no cost. It was unclear and unprofessional to have such a contradictory paper trail. The showroom team and the manufacturing team also contradicted one another on multiple occasions on policies and procedures, and the communication between them is seemingly unreliable considering they were rarely on the same page about the current status or needs of the ring repairs, making it difficult to trust any part of the process or product. Brilliant Earth corporate was also completely unhelpful or unaware of this case when I attempted contacting support on multiple occasions, until I ewas eventually given a direct contact. During the wait time for the 3rd attempt, the showroom manager offered a complimentary pair of lab diamond stud earrings to compensate for the delays and craftsmanship mistakes, but these were never given. During the wait for the final attempt, we sent a formal request for a refund or store credit for the amount of the setting due to these numerous mistakes. This was out of respect to the Brilliant Earth staff to give them an opportunity to resolve these issues and keep our business before negatively reviewing and/or reporting them. This request was ignored for weeks until finally they gave a meager offer of a tiny discount (about 6%) on a future purchase, as if I would ever purchase from this company again. Do your diligence and read more than the top reviews. These experiences are common with Brilliant Earth. It's been an overwhelmingly negative experience and I do not recommend them in any way.

So deeply wanted to love Brilliant Earth because absolutely adore the Primrose. My boyfriend, Ryan, and I went into the Dallas location in West Village early January 2023 where 2 ladies were kind enough to help us, Lauren (I think) and Emily. When we asked to see if the Primrose was even there on the floor, the first said sorry we don't have it and then when Emily came over to us later on because we asked if we could see one more option, she said she'll check in the back and there it was in rose gold. The first lady was just lazy and didn't even care to go check or ask a co-worker to check. Regardless, I really loved it, but was curious if they had it in white or yellow gold because I'm not the biggest wearer of rose gold but loved yellow gold and like how white gold looks with complection. They said to make an appointment for the end of January and said sure they'd ask the other stores to see if they could get it in for us for our appoint. Told us they'd send an email with everything we were intrested in and wanted reference for and that they'd keep us posted about the yellow and white gold Primrose for our appointment. Waited for that breifed email which never was sent. So we show up to our appointment, and they took us back, and what do you know, no Primrose in yellow or white gold to look at. Like what a waist of 3 weeks for something we came into and already looked at and tried on. We could have already ordered the ring and had it by then. But what's annoying is that on thw site you cant order quarter sizes and I would need a 5.75 (which i could only get in store) not a 6. Anyway Melissa showed us a few diamonds in oval and marquise which I thought were unimpressive, but really found some nice male wedding bands that go well with the Primrose. Melissa said she would be sending a follow up email with those details in bands for him a well as the diamonds that were okay in regards to cut and carat. Did she ever send the email or follow up on if and what we were interest in getting? Nope. Simply unprofessional and quite annoying, now. Maybe they don't make a commission off of selling rings, I don't know, but sure as heck doesn't seem like any of them actually want to make a sale! Odd for it being at least 4-5k for an engagement ring... Anyway, now I have a sour taste in my mouth and don't even want to get a ring from them anymore, but love that setting. I'm conflicted. I just don't trust their people. Their staff and costumer care clearly have no real concern for costumers or making an effort. So yeah, we are most likely going to go with another maker and get a custom ring instead. Thanks for nothing Brilliant Earth, you brilliantly suck at giving a damn. Congrats.

I cannot recommend doing your engagement ring shopping here enough. The hardest part of the whole process was trying to hide the excitement waiting for my appointment date. When my fiancé and I arrived for our appointment, we were greeted by the two persons working the floor and had a nice chat about our day and our excitement for our appointment. Exactly at our appointment time, we were introduced to Justin who would be our diamond expert. We were taken to a secure and intimate viewing room to view their wide, but not overwhelming setting selections which were laid our based on the preferences I had filled out during the appointment making process. My fiancé had done her research and pretty well knew exactly what she wanted setting wise, Justin was able to make a few other really good recommendations on the setting as well that helped solidify our decision. We then moved over to a smaller table where Justin gave us a good education on what makes a diamond and the different qualities of a diamond. Justin then laid out several diamonds based our selected preferences. With Justin's expertise, we were able to build the perfect ring that my fiancé is excited to wear the rest of her life! Overall this was a fantastic experience. The appointment process was easy and the short amount of time it took to complete paid dividends during our appointment. The selections I made allowed the staff to prepare the viewing room with only the designs we were looking for which both made the process more efficient but also less over whelming. Justin was incredibly personable and was clearly up to snuff on all things engagement ring related. While both my fiancé and I were there to pick the ring out, I have full confidence that Justin would have been able to help me pick the exact same ring had I been there alone. At no point did I ever feel pressured into making a different/less expensive/more expensive selection during both the setting and diamond selections. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I cannot thank Justin and his team enough for the experience.

Not much reason to do business with these guys. Where do I even begin. Poor craftsmanship and inflated prices. The only good thing to come out of doing business with Brilliant Earth was the diamond, which I could have easily gotten elsewhere. I was originally hesitant to buy from them after reading so many other poor reviews, but my fiance wanted a ring that only they had, so I just hoped I would have better luck than other customers. I was originally going to just buy the ring from Brilliant Earth and the diamond from Robbins Brothers (RB had a better deal on a comparable diamond) but BE does not allow their customers to purchase the ring without a stone. So in the end, I purchased the ring and diamond from BE. The ordering process was easy, and customer service was very helpful in tracking my order, but that was the end of the good news. After waiting weeks for the ring to arrive, I get it, and it's not the size I ordered. In the showroom, they tried to downplay it by saying I could mail it back for a complimentary resize, which would take at least another two weeks. 1. I did not have time to mail it back since I was planning to propose soon. 2. Why would I want them to be the ones to resize the ring when they did it incorrectly the first time? Thankfully, I was wrong about my fiance's ring size, and it just happened to fit perfectly thanks to BE's error. However, after she wore the ring out to dinner on the night of our engagement, one of the accent stones had fallen off. After only wearing it for about 4 hours! How am I supposed to trust Brilliant Earth to make a ring that lasts a lifetime if they can't even make one that lasts a day? Additionally, the warranty is a joke. BE will not cover the accent stone that fell out after 4 hours of use. What a way to stand behind a product. TLDR: Horrible craftsmanship, inflated prices, and long lead times. Definitely take your business elsewhere if you can.

The worst experience I've had. Ever. Nobody in this company is on the same page with each other (Such as other departments) and nobody either cares to , or has the ability to find out answers about your order if something goes wrong. From the start I was told by the sales team that I would have my engagement ring in my hand within 3 weeks of the order date (with a $250 rush order), but the next day I was told that it would be a minimum of 4 weeks before it was even ready by the customer service department. Then the problems happened, I was told my order was delayed but no one, and I mean no one, even 3 levels up the food chain, could tell me why. Finally a month later I reached someone who knew anything about what happened to my order (which again, is strange if you are spending $15k with them). They said the diamond I had picked out was "lost" at India's customs office and they had no idea when it would be sent or even where it was there, and the best they could do to find out is email the people there, not call, not actually send someone to the physical office, just email. On top of that they assured me that it wasn't just my order that was messed up but everyone else's in the shipment too and it might be suspended indefinitely and they were considering writing off the whole shipment. Now I bought a $10k diamond for the ring, and assuming there were a few others in that shipment as well, they are really willing to just write all that cost off? Doesn't at all make sense to me. The only bright side is they refunded my order without any issue after waiting 2 months for my order with still no expected completion date. So again, please for you own sanity, shop anywhere else for engagement rings. If your fiancé finds a style they really like from Brilliant Earth, there are dozens of other companies that can make an exact copy of it for the same price, that's what I did and now I couldn't be happier

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered a ring with a delivery date. Planned a proposal a week after the date. I had not heard anything so I called the day before I was supposed to go pick it up. I live two hours away from the location. They informed me that it was not in and wouldn’t be in for another week. They offered nothing other than to expedite it one day, so I had to change the plans of proposal. Again, I had not heard anything so I called the day before the expedited day and they informed me AGAIN, it wouldn’t be ready for ANOTHER WEEK. I had to buy a temporary one off Amazon so I could at least propose. I called again a few days later to see if I could get some information on what was going on and to see if I could talk to a supervisor. Only then did they offer a temporary ring. They said a supervisor wasn’t available but they’d have one call me the next day. That never happened. A few days later, I got an email from their supervisor saying to call her or to make an appointment with a link. I did both. But of course the lady gets off at 5pm and she sent the email at 4:47. I left a voicemail, email, and made a request through the link. HEARD NOTHING BACK. Long story short, they changed the date 5 times and then gave us a day to pick up on the day they’re closed. After being promised the supervisor multiple times we finally got her on the phone. There was zero empathy from these people, they never attempted to make it right and just made us feel like an inconvenience. This is a huge milestone in my life and to have this experience is disappointing. After speaking to my fiancé about it. We agreed this ring will always be associated with this bad experience so we decided to cancel the order and pick one out together. Fingers crossed I actually get my money back for the original ring.

Brilliant Bait and Switch should be the name here. I'm looking for a very specific and very rare stone. When searching, I found that Brilliant Bait and Switch had that specific stone. I followed their process online, setting up an (ridiculous process BTW) appointment to see said stone. I was called back, and on the line, I was asked "did you want this stone or another stone" (both stones were natural stones BTW). I then reiterated the stone I wanted (stating the exact carat weight, color, and clarity of that stone that I was shown online, that I indicated I wanted to see in my initial online request). She then repeated those characteristics back to me. We even talked about how it might take a week to get the stone to Dallas, so not a big deal. So I drive the hour down there, at my appointed time, and was first shown a lab created stone (which was never mentioned to me on the phone, nor online). Completely different stone, different weight, color, and clarity that I specifically asked the see. Turns out they never even sent the right stone, and the on-site person stated "well that stone is not even on our site." Like somehow this is my fault. Like I wanted to waste 2 hours of my day to come see a stone that wasn't even remotely close to what I wanted (and was extremely clear about wanting to see). Look I get it, the margins on a lab created stone are much better than natural, and lab created stones fit your company mantra of "beyond conflict free," but you wasted my time in a very underhanded way, and I refuse to be bait and switched to buying a man-made item.

most terrible experience. Items were either tarnished, completely broken clasps, and one item was completely wrong and I didn't order it at all. Also, shipping was careless- items displayed backwards, when opening the items- so many issues upon opening the entire package. I purchased the items in person in the Dallas store, so I returned all the items in a timely manner because I didn't want any issues getting the return. The salesperson, Austin Murray, saw with his own eyes the broken clasps on the necklace, the broken backs on the earrings, the tarnished earrings, and the completely wrong item. So then he issued me a "return authorization paper." I thought that meant the return was done. I happily left their fancy showroom thinking maybe the whole thing was a fluke but I was glad to get my money back. But several days later, I noticed that there was no activity of a return credit on my credit card. I called and emailed so many times bringing this to their attention but no one told me as to why I was not receiving my credit. So many weeks had passed- after weekly calls and multiple emails with multiple sales reps (including Austin from the Dallas store)- nothing. So we reported it to our credit card company that Brilliant Earth was not issuing our credit. We documented our return authorization with them. This was my single worst experience with any retail sales operation. Total scam. I don't think they ever intended to give me my money back- $1100. it's been almost 2 months now. zero stars!

A really trashy experience. Since this would be my fist time buying jewelry online, I started with something small. I ordered the Luxe Sia diamond ring to be a spacer for my engagement ring. It came in a timely fashion but I was surprised to see that when inspecting the ring, inside was so chopped up like it had been through a garbage disposal. From the outside it actually looked okay and out of convenience, I even considered living with it since it wasn’t that big of a purchase (a little more than $1,000) but this was my first experience with Brilliant Earth and I really wanted it to be a great one. I emailed the pictures of the ring immediately and the next day got a response that “recommended” I call for a “repair or exchange”. Okay…I guess they didn’t want to call me to fix this. When I called the next day, the lady was fairly nice and empathetic but could only offered me a repair. WHAT. I explained oh no, I received a damaged product and I do not want this ring to be repaired. I wanted a brand new one that had not been previously damaged. The ring I was supposed to get the first time around. Again, she was nice but said they would only be able to do a repair. I said forget it. I just asked them to refund me and sent it back. Brilliant Earth, I really wanted to give you a chance but my experience but extremely disappointing and exactly what I had feared an online jewelry quality and customer service to be.

Melissa was super helpful!! In June, I started engagement ring shopping. I went to the larger companies -- the Zales, the Robbins Brothers, and I just wasn't sold -- on products or customer service. I made an appointment with Melissa and when I got there, the appointment was intimate and uniquely designed for just me. She pulled all the bands and diamonds I was interested in before the appointment and had them laid out for me in a private showroom. I didn't choose a diamond immediately. I sat on it awhile and did a little bit more shopping. But I came back to Brilliant Earth because of the customer service. I ordered a ring... but about a month in to them making the ring... my girlfriend told me her ring desires had changed completely and she didn't want an oval diamond anymore. Melissa acted quickly and was able to get me in for another appointment and had my girlfriend's desired rings laid out for me (again!!). Melissa handled all of the background paperwork and even managed to get a policy exception pushed through for me since I was a few days outside of my exchange window. I had also gotten my girlfriend the wrong ring size (nervousness causes mistakes, I guess). The Brilliant Earth team was able to make this change for me, too. And they made it all so simple. All in all.... great experience. I'll re-write this once I get the ring in hand. or... on hand. ; ) Cheers.

The only reason I’m giving this place any stars at all is because my ring is beautiful and was a good price. However, we have had the worst customer experience. My fiancé has placed 2 separate orders here, one for a braclet and one for my engagement ring and BOTH orders came in damaged/incorrect. We had to send both orders back to repair their mistakes. When we sent my ring back they told us they would “expedite” the repair and that it would take 2 weeks. It has been a month and a half and I still have not gotten it back. Every time we try calling to ask where it is they tell us that the estimated delivery date is pushed back even further, and they never give me any explaination as to why. It is the most simple ring in the world, and there is no reason that it should take more than 2 weeks to repair it. We’ve had to spend these first months of our engagement without the ring. I have had to reschedule our engagement photoshoot session twice now, which has cost me hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees. If you want jewelry that is made right the first time and quality customer service I would not recommend purchasing from Brilliant Earth.

I had a wonderful experience that the Dallas Brilliant Earth location on October 29, 2023. My fiancé proposed with a custom brilliant earth designed ring so it was only fitting to go there to get our wedding bands. I made an appointment online and about a week and a half before the appointment i received an email from the store asking us to provide the style preferences to ensure that they could provide them for us on the appointment date. After confirming, a few days before the appointment, I received a confirmation text that my appointment would be with Olivia and I am so happy that it was! OLIVIA WAS FANTASTIC!!!!! She was so warm and welcoming from the very beginning of my appointment until I walked out of the door. She provided knowledge, expertise, and honesty when I asked her any question or asked her option about the bands we were selecting. She truly wanted to make sure that I was 100 percent comfortable and satisfied with my decision before I made my purchase. Thank you so much Olivia for your guidance and the most stress free and fun experience yesterday ! Brilliant Earth you have a gem!

Had the absolute WORST experience here.. Lilan was rude from the start. I didn’t realize beforehand I had to chose the kind of ring I liked and she made a comment about how I didn’t pick the styles I liked beforehand and she had to go change the ones she picked.. She had oval picked out already… Not sure why she assumed I wanted a certain style but whatever. Trying on rings was awkward, I asked if she had other styles and she just looked annoyed that I didn’t like the ones she chose. We started to ask about pricing and payment plans and she said “well if you’d let me get to that”. When she spoke privately with my boyfriend about his timeline for proposal upon returning she had the AUDACITY to give me a “piece of advice” to stop being so indecisive and narrow down my choice to one style, “stop sending him pictures of rings you like”. Mind you my boyfriend never ever said anything about sending pictures or being indecisive. This was all said in front of everyone in the store. Just outright rude and disrespectful. Ring shopping should be fun and Lilan made our experience here very upsetting.

Ordered ring on dec 11th to be pick up on Dec 23rd at Dallas showroom. I received 2 emails from them the whole time during this initial process, the date I purchased the ring and the morning it was shipped Dec 23. It’s getting closer to closing time so I give them a call to get an update… they are unable to locate the ring or provide an adequate update. Dec 24th the try to make it better and give me a clone ring with different shape different color, I accept it’d bc I wasn’t going to show up empty handed. Head to showroom only for that shipment to be late as well. Dec 25th morning and I don’t have any ring whatsoever. Safe to say they ruined Christmas. Today is the 28th and I have no idea when I will see this ring. Their customer service is well below par and refuse to escalate the call to speak with upper management/ manager/ supervisor. They don’t have a proper response training to these things and I have yet to be given a call from an upper management. DO NOT GO HERE. Timing is everything and they did not meet timeline expectations. Just go with Blue Nile!!

This business is a total scam. They messed up my ring 3 times and did not give me proper customer service upon my concerns. The prongs got loose the first time, I had diamonds FALL out the second time, and they sized it the wrong size the 3rd time without asking me. I do not recommend anyone buy anything here. I specifically worked with Latoya Miler at the Dallas location on McKinney and I was met with extremely lack of good customer service. They tried to tell me that the loaner they had given me to make up for not having my engagement ring for 3 months was crooked. Then the receipt of my new ring had the word “loose” written on the size. I did not sign off on this, it is too big, and now I am sitting with a new ring that is the wrong size back to square 1. Just horrible. They still haven’t contacted me about my incorrect ring size and I have not even had my engagement ring for the majority of the time I have been engaged.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at our consultation session. The associate was incredibly helpful and walked us through everything we needed to know. With that said, we were told we would receive all of this information via email and never heard back. We emailed and called multiple times over a few weeks. When we were able to get a hold of them, we were told the associate that helped us no longer works there and we were given a new associate. This would’ve been helpful, but we have not heard back after trying to contact them. We also still haven’t had the information sent to us. We were disappointed because we loved our time there and even found a few rings that we were very interested in potentially purchasing. Even if we do hear back, we feel unsure if this would be a good place to make such an important (and expensive) purchase.

I had purchased a wedding ring, engagement ring and diamond on 24 Dec. That same day I had requested a change order for just the diamond. I had then called to receive a email confirmation of that change order confirmation. Associates assured the corrections would be made. When rings, diamond were shipped they were incorrect. At no point did a representative reach out to let me know of this change. I then called representatives after receiving incorrect purchase and they told me to return it or accept it in so many words. Customer service is not helpful, fail to contact if they cannot fulfill your order and afterwards unapologetic for errors made within their company. Full return/ refund was requested. 3 weeks of wasted time and countless hours on the phone. I have documentation of all this if requested.

I had an appointment to look at engagement rings. They asked me what my budget was when I made the appointment. When I got to the store with my girlfriend they showed us stones that were almost double what my budget was. They only showed me two stones that were in the price range that I specified. My girlfriend had an idea of what she wanted but they only showed her two different bands. The sales person barely made any small talk and didn’t make any effort to show us any extra stones after admitting that the stones he brought out were out of our price range. The whole appointment only lasted about 15 minutes. Nobody ever called to follow up about the appointment and see if we made any selections on a ring. The whole experience was very underwhelming for something that was supposed to be a lot of fun.

My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas. He was charged 2 times for the same ring. He called for several weeks. Finally had the credit card company deal with them as Brilliant Earth would not take care of the double charge. When the ring arrived it wasn’t what it appeared to be in the picture. We made an appointment to return the ring to the Dallas location. This was December 27th. I have the return receipt. Brilliant Earth has confirmed many times that the ring was returned. They still to this day February 28th, have not give us our money back. This was not a cheap ring $2800.00. When have been given the run around every single day. I have no idea how this company is still in business with service like this. DO NOT deal with this company. Take your money to a trustworthy jewelry store.

My worst experience with this store, please guy if you love your future wife never buy any ring here! I will get married in 1t December for this 2023. The last November my fiance bought a engaged ring here (1 caract, oval shape with white gold) and after 1 month, exactly today q7 November I woke up and I saw my hand my ring without my diamond! How is possible! The diamond fell out of the ring! The quality is so so so low here! And now they destroy my mood and memories with my fiance. I asked customer service to help me with this situation and they told me to wait between 3 or 4 weeks!! To analyze what happens? Are you kidding me! I am so disappointed with this store and is near my wedding how is possible! BAD QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AF...number of order was this: 20231061112

Horribly disappointing. A closet-sized store with a weird smell I just couldn’t get over. No one greeted us for over 15 minutes and there were about 10 ring styles to view. They do not offer a warranty on their rings—> ***red flag.*** When I booked the appointment for my sister, I sent an in-depth description of what we were looking for. The person helping us first told me I did not send a description, quickly retracted that statement when she realized she was wrong without admitting it, and then asked if we’d like to book another appointment so she could bring it sample rings. That was the entire point of making an appointment in the first place, no? The employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Truly an absurd experience. Don’t waste your time here.

My girlfriend and I visited this location on Saturday, May 7th, we are in the market for an engagement ring. Reserving an appointment online was exceedingly easy and simple. Our representative was Lalin, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming during the entirety of our visit. Lalin listened to our needs and provided thoughtful suggestions to meet and exceed those needs. She showed great patience while presenting various settings, styles, sizes, etc. understanding this is an important moment of life, she helped us to find the perfect one. Lalin promptly followed up via email to provide a detailed list of the rings/options we liked. Her professionalism is greatly appreciated. My experience at Brilliant Earth was one to remember! Justin Leal did an amazing job at showing my boyfriend and I engagement rings. He was highly knowledgeable and helped explain all the facets of the diamonds in a way that we could understand to pick the best diamond. Prior to our visit he made sure to reach out, walked me through each different setting and diamond I was wanting. Upon our appointment arrival, he already had the different pieces I was wanting to try on and explore. That made our appointment run smoothly and successfully. The store it self is simply beautiful and the other staff we encountered there were friendly and helpful as well. We will defiantly be going back in the future. My boyfriend and I highly recommend Brilliant Earth!

I would make this ZERO stars if I could. What a disgusting company with worse customer service. My bf bought an engagement ring online in August 2020 in Covid - what arrived was not what was promised and it was returned in their policy 30 day. It wasn’t ‘scanned’ in my them until 36 hours after. According to them this voids the return policy and they will not honor a refund. On top of that, they have had this ring returned to them since sept 2020. No ring and out the money and they’re just like…well sorry….I have never seen such a dishonest company with such sketchy business happening. You can’t ever get anyone to call you back and no one wants to talk to you when you do. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nightmare.

My now fiancé and I had an overall great experience with Brilliant Earth in Dallas! We had 6-7 appointments over the last year with Mellissa. We appreciated her thoroughness and patience in helping us find our engagement rings! They turned out even more beautiful than we imagined! One thing that made the visits a bit challenging was the fact that they weren't always able to show us the rings we were wanting to see. They frequently only had silver when we needed to see white gold, so this prolonged our decision making process. We did use the virtual try-on on their website, but it just wasn't the same as seeing it on your hand in person. Just something to keep in mind if you're really needing to see a particular style!

My partner and I were helped by Emily during our appointment. We absolutely love her! She was very patient and explained jewelry lingo in terms that my boyfriend could understand. I was not patient enough to explain, since I did my research beforehand and felt as if he should have done so as well (but hey… men… am I right? Lol!) She has a great knowledge of the stock in-house as well as online, and she did let me know that she’d check before confirming any customizations that I requested. My girlfriend and I visited Brilliant Earth to look at rings and had a really great experience. The staff, especially Austin Murray were very friendly and knowledgeable on the different options and helped us narrow down all the options. There was a very professional but causal atmosphere which made the process comfortable and didn’t feel too rushed to make any decisions. Although we didn’t purchase anything this visit, after our appointment we received an email with notes of all the rings we saw and summary of things we liked which was really helpful. We will definitely look to come back when we are ready to purchase and work with the same staff.

My now fiancé and I went to this location to see engagement rings. Appointment was super easy to make and I added as a preference I wanted to see moissanite rings. Quinton was super nice, showed us only moissanite and kept the rings under our budget. While waiting for the ring I saw some horrible comments about this company on reddit and was super scared, but then found some good comments too on reddit and was hoping for the best. When I saw the ring I fell in love with it and it turned out better than expected with my choices of color, setting and stone! We’ll be coming back for wedding rings.

Have been searching on line for a new wedding ring and found exactly what I didn't know I wanted on the Brilliant Earth website. But we were not willing to make such a big investment sight unseen so we made an appointment at our local showroom. They reached out several times prior to make sure they'd have on hand what we wanted to see. The whole experience was very tailored to our needs and Melissa was full of helpful advice while still giving me room to explore different styles. Since my boyfriend will be purchasing I can’t say a whole lot on that side, but if you set up a consultation I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in the selection or the experience. Definitely would recommend for any couples, even if you’re in the preliminary stages of finding rings.

Not only did we find a few rings to choose from but Saed helped with combinations and questions concerning the perfect ring and the 4 C’s. Melissa was so helpful during our search. We only called to set up an appointment the day before, and she still had a variety of diamonds in our preferred shape. She explained the difference between lab and natural diamonds, and walked us through the prices of each diamond in relation to their unique characteristics, making the whole experience very educational. Terrible experience and no one at the company cares. My engagement ring has taken a 1.5 months to be resized and after an extra $600 and a 30 minute drive to the shop to pick it up, it was still not correctly sized. For being the most important and personal piece of jewelry, they do not go out of their way to help at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

Calls are routed to representatives elsewhere, and they refuse to provide information about what's available in the store. I would suggest engraving if you are planning to do, have it perfectly engraved the first time. We wanted to add a heart and they missed that added heart even with notes. But ring is perfect !
