I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner Morne' and his staff. I left a blanket, boots and a bag to be fixed there and a week later when my husband went to collect I was told that there is no bag on the invoice and secondly it was not charged. The bag was not even fixed and he wanted to to pay extra for the bag and yet it had been charged for a week ago. His service is absolutely disappointing, I have been using this laundrymat for more than 4yrs now and since Morne took over it has the service has been really bad. This is such a huge disappointment. I miss the old owners.... Now I need to look for a new laundrymat.

The service was fantastic and my clothes came back looking and smelling great. I’m very happy although I do wish there were some student discounts available as it’s a bit expensive to do regularly.
