Went to the store Fudge. The order was placed on line and a photo was provided if the handbag I wanted to purchase. I was told that the item was ready for collection. On arrival at the store I was told that the bag had not been delivered and would I mind either waiting for the item to get delivered or collecting on another day. I had driven 45 minutes to pick up. I had to fill in time to wait and get the bag. I was given the bag. My wife opened her present for her birthday the next morning. I called the store the next morning and the isses was blamed on the supplier. I had to go back to the store to get the right bag. I was very disappointed in the service and the way I was treated after sending off a letter of complaint.

Captains Choice fish & chips + burgers are excellent. Jeremy at LeFort podiatry does a brilliant job and keeps me walking. Culinaria Cafe has excellent egg & bacon sandwiches and omelettes plus good coffee. Pauls Pies has excellent pasties, pies & cakes, well worth a visit. The op shop is excellent and the butcher has a good range of quality products. The newsagent / tattslotto staff are always friendly and helpful. The chicken shop and pizza shop are excellent and the Dan Murphys is very good with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Woolworths is good quality with a wide range of products in a well laid out store. A great neighbourhood shopping centre that offers an excellent alternative to Forest Hills shopping mall.

Busy little shopping block due to the stores here meeting many popular needs. Chemist Warehouse has recently opened, situated at the entrance on Canterbury Rd and joining other well-known names Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Baker's Delight and KFC on the perimeter of this block. Also, catering to your day to day needs, there's a newsagent, chemist, butcher, greengrocer and takeaway food shops offering pizza, fish n chips, chicken and international cuisines. The outdoor free parking makes up the middle of this square and there's also a public toilet and children's playground. You can still find a parking space without too much effort, although at peak times it can be a little hectic.

This is a good decent shopping strip beside Canterbury road. It has a good Woolworths, a Dan Murphys, pharmacy, few pizza and fish & chip, few cafes and few a laundry and a dry cleaner. What else you need for all daily needs? The car park is also a decent sized one. It is bit crowded during day time. However,The good thing is the car park is spreaded around the shopping area. The adjecent filling station fullfills all the daily needs of an average person/family.

Great small local community shopping centre. Fantastic alternative to "The Glen" whereby you can actually find a parking spot and get most of your shopping done all in one place! Support your local shops! There are Cafe's, a Baker, Chemist, Travel Centre, RSPCA Op-Shop, Podiatrist, Dry Cleaners, Kebab joint, Big Man's fashion shop (handy after a few Kebab's) and people that can help with doing your tax returns - handy if you're being chased...

Brentford square has pretty much everything you need from petrol, to groceries, coffee to chips, $2.ships to classy boutiques and much else. It is all contained in an easy walkable area. If you are local you often meet people you know which is nice. The staff in all the businesses are friendly and offer good service. In summer there are great sunsets from the square. Cafes open early for Brekky and coffee. Good value!!

Handy local set of shops with Woolworths, Dan Murphy, Caltex and a number of smaller eateries and medium to fast food shops and miscellaneous stores. Parking is generally no problem but is fairly sprawling with limited shady spots to keep the car cooler. The east side car park was recently redone and has improved access and pedestrian safety. A larger development of the site wouldn't go astray.

Love going to this little shopping mall! You can get just about everything you need including great little gifts, awesome socks at the hairdresser, the chemist is awesome for a browse and they are always helpful and welcoming. It is a lovely little community. The fish n chip shop, the chicken shop, the green grocer and butcher are all awesome too! Woolworths renovation looks great.

Dan Murphy's Liquor store is a favourite, and next door, we can enjoy the Chicken shop's take away Roast Dinners, just as we did nearly 30 years ago. The next generation have continued the old fashion good quality food and service. It's again our choice of a Roast Chicken dinner on a cold Saturday or Sunday night. (and great value)

Shopping strip that has all the basics, including supermarket, petrol station, bakery, chemist, & 2 bottle shops. The newly renovated Woolworths is well overdue, and will hopefully lead to a superior selection of items. However, the carpark is really poorly laid out, with what seems to be tiny parking spots in certain areas.

First time visiting. Lots of lovely little shops and cafes, right near a Woolworths. I especially liked visiting Whisked - The Egg, Honey & Jam Specialists, but they have so much more than that, and are getting more in all the time, and 'I Beauty Shop', where I had a lovely facial & back massage by Stephanie. I'll be back!

  • Henry V

Easy access, and it actually has a VIDEO SHOP - in 2018!! Go on. Go rent Raiders or Ghostbusters - on DVD and Blu-Ray. Decent prices too. Oh yeah - some pretty good buskers ply their trade outside Woolworths sometimes too. Services surrounding area as well as Canterbury road traffic - petrol, food, booze, fish n chips etc

  • Michael Jones

I always end up here to avoid multi level parks. Access is good and there is a public toilet available during the day. Very friendly staff across the retail community here and it has a great local community feel about it. From bakery to haircuts and news agency this is a convenient, well rounded one stop shopping hub.

  • Forest Hill

Very nice little shopping precinct. Most commonly used goods and services are covered. Maybe one bakery/cafe too much but as long as they can all survive, who's complaining. The parking can be a bit crazy so could use a bit more improvement/organisation. Overall, great value for people living nearby.

Heaps of people at maccas despite the lockdown. Crispy chicken burger was nice but the chips, considering how busy it was, were very average. I'd guess the chips have been cooked in ageing oil which affects the texture and taste and they were just warm and had lost any crispness they may have had.

  • Carol Williams

Great shops to buy things. For all the girls or ladies out there try Emma's Nail. If you want your nails done with shellac it costs $40 and with a loyalty card on your 7th visit you get $10 off. We have a variety of shops including Woolworths. I love going there, friendly staff in all the shops.

  • Wom Bat

Got the basics from a decent Chemist Direct to big Safeway, lawyers, bread shop, $2 shop, news agency, clothes repair & cleaners, fish chips, pizza, coffee restaurant, POST Office, 24hr Post Drop Off boxes, MacDonalds, Grog shop, HEAPS of parking, plus many other friendly shops.

  • Joseph Gould

A great old-fashioned shopping centre with all the shops & variety you need. The Woolworths is a great store, and adjacent ATMs and variety stores make this one of my favourite shopping centres to visit, to avoid the hustle and bustle of many other major shopping centres.

  • Jen Boyd

It is a pretty good shopping centre and has a very good charcoal chicken shop, and the KFC is very good. All in all the chicken shops are good there. I'm unsure of the other shops as I have not been to them. If I could I would really give a three-and-a-half star rating.

  • Ryan F

Paul's Pies, down the lower back corner of carpark, still making the same good pies etc as they did when last had them about 5yrs ago. Looking for a good Pie or Sweet Treats, check them out. Recommend -Bushman -Steak and Mushroom -Thai Curry -Sausage Roll -Lasagna Roll

  • Mel Curtis

What can I say another gem not too busy as one of everything almost Dan Murphy's Charcoal Chicken Woolies chemist public toilet easy parking a few fast food places a couple of Asian restaurants TattsLotto couple of trinket shops good little shopping centre

  • Ley Design

Great little shops, decent coffee shops, an amazing butcher with unprecedented friendiness and service (who have good BBQs in the mornings), great fish and chips, friendly pizza store, good Woolworths and a good pharmacy with friendly staff.

  • Kim Flowers

Love this little local square. Has almost anything you would need. Quite a few independent stores to buy from local small businesses but it has a Woolworths and Dan Murphies (etc) there for all the items you can't find in the smaller shops.

  • Rich Lawrence

Has just about everything for day to day shopping and take away food. Compact enough to visit all the shops. Ok parking and street access. Could improve at the Safeway entrance where pedestrians mix with entering and departing traffic.

  • Eleanor King

Really nice open area shopping. Brentford Dental Surgery is the best dental surgery I have ever been to. There are plenty of great places to eat, several cafés and a huge Woolworths with a wide range of products. Love the $2 shop here!

  • Gary Smith

Pleasant little shopping area with the usual selection of small outlets plus a Woolworths supermarket. On our last visit there was quite a bit of construction work being carried out. Unsure what it was for? or what was being built?

  • Mark O'Neil

Brentford Square shopping centre is great. Woolies, Baker's delight, newsagent, fruit shop, our shop, bakery, fan Murphy, chemist, op shop, fish and chip Shop, pizza shop. Watch out on weekends - busy and parking is at a premium

  • Barbara Coward

Local shopping centre. Several good shops with good, friendly and helpful staff. Good cafes and quite a wide range of options. All outdoor parking. Supermarket renovation in progress so currently less parking spaces available.

  • Jennifer Ye

it's a good spot for everyday needs, there's a Woolies, a butchers shop, fruits and vegetables, a pharmacy and a baker's delight. there's also a few food places too, including a KFC. most of these places do takeaway as well

  • Christian Bannard

Stopped into get some groceries quickly from Woolworths. Good range of products and fresh produce, and their bakery had a good range. A further stop in at KFC for a late lunch was good and the food was quite good and fresh!

  • Anton ANTON

Convenient little spot for quick shopping needs. It's got a really good pizza shop, delicious fish and chips shop, friendly AustPost staff, useful green grocery, and best of all, it's even got a decent public toilet!

  • Hayden May

Small shopping centre, in olde style strip shopping format. Best attraction is an excellent bakery stuck in a corner location. They have terrific meat pies on sale. Compliments the large Woolworths store nearby.

  • Daniel E Richardson

This is a wonderful collection of different shops. Woolies refurbishment is under way and should be completed soon. There is a fantastic Cafe to get a coffee and Al's Pizza is the highlight of Brentford Square

  • Maria Ngo

A good collection of small businesses plus Woolworth supermarket to meet your every day needs. A small children's playground, attention to landscaping and public toilet complete the rather attractive picture.

  • Paul Chao

I honestly like shopping strips over shopping malls. Most of them are mum and dad businesses, which are the core of the economy. I really hope that these businesses are not gouged by greedy landlords.

  • Carly Salmon

Regularly stop by here for petrol at the Caltex, and groceries. Woolworths store is good. Also a number of takeaway and variety stores within the large shopping precinct. Easy parking and access.

  • Jarrod Stevens

Good selection of shops. Nice strip style mall. However car parking always seems a bit chaotic. Worth nothing woolworths is going through a refurbishment so that should help the square in looks.

  • Thomas Smith

Great place to find whatever I need. Expect for the bakery in the top corner. Found a hair in my pie and on coming back in to complain the lady sneaky pulled it out then asked me where it was..

  • jan cohen

Good standard, yet functional, centre square carpark. Multiple entrances for shopping. Probably all you need there, though some may consider it a bit rustic for being long established.
